I have ordered a product at 1st august.. But as it was defective so i have replaced this product for a new one.. But the snapdeal is not giving the product to me.. Also at the customer care no there is no option for contacting the customer care executive..
They are cheating me and not giving my product to me..

So kindly take some important steps so that i would get my product..

[protected] using j&k bank net banking the amount rs.849 has been deducted from my j&k bank account no.[protected] but still 48 hours has been passed out but i didnt received any amount from snapdeal.         I had ordered a pair of nike shoes on 31st july whose order id is [protected] from snapdeal.com. When i received the product it looked a duplicate one. I got it checked with an official nike store in my city and they confirmed that the shoes were fake. I returned the product as it is to the company. After receiving the product they e-mailed me that there is no defect in the product and they are re-sending me the product. I e-mailed them that i will not receive the product because it is a fake one. Then they refunded me my amount. But the point is that it was god's grace that i recognized that the shoes were fake, if i could not recognize them then what? They must have cheated so many customers till now as they tried to cheat me. Kindly look into the matter.

          Product delivered is not what they have shown in the app, measurement is lesser than what they have mentioned, quality is of poor leather but in the product description they have mentioned pure grain cosy marshal italian leather in all body touching parts. Stitching is of poor quality, in images they have given of different design but delivered different one. Beginning when we placed complaint they said once there service engineer checked the product they will take it back, even he sail that it is different from what they have shown, after that they said after conversation with seller they will take it back, but the seller is offering it for less price but we dinied his offer and asked for return and refund. They are dragging the issue from 19 the august, but always they will give time but no action. First 6 images what i have uploded is what they have shown and after images are what i have received.

          I asked that delivery boy Toh daley my delivery for one day I will collect my product by 21st of Aug.. But instead of putting it by tomorrow he just cancelled my order... Very very poor survice by snapdeal...

                Hi, i ordered a 5 seated sofa from snapdeal with order i'd [protected] which was deliver on 19 the of august 2017. First of all 3 seated is of less size compared to your measurements mentioned in the app, it has very poor quality leather, it is not a rocker recliner as mentioned in the product description, what the images you have updated is different from what we have received. I have already raised a complaint against this through call, at first they said service engineer will visit and check, even he told that the product is different and suggested for return of sofa and sent you mail regarding that, then you said the seller will contact us, he is also telling that it is not the same but similar type of sofa and he is also offering for less price but i don't want to accept this for less price, i want you to arrange a pickup it from our place and refund us as soon as possible. If it is not done i have all the documents, call recording, photos with that i will raise a complaint against you in the consumer court. I am uploading the snaps, first 6 will be of your app and next will be what we have received, even you can see the difference by seeing them.

                  I have ordered 2 skull candy headsets 20 days back it got delivered just 10 days back. And now both the headsets are not working at all. It coated 1500 rs and not even worked properly. What kind of products delivery is this. I just want my money back or need the exchange.
                  How can you cheat the customers by sending cheap products which don't even work for 10 days also. Even though i used them very carefully. Never expected this kind of service from this particular online store.

                    I ordered a skmei watch on 27th july i got delivered very lately my packaged arrived at 7 of july but since i recieved defect peice i requested it replacement but i've received an sms regarding my replacement request which cannot be proceed i recieved an sms where i was told that i will recieve my refund within 8-9 days its been 14 days since i've not recieve my refund... Snapdeal is a fooking fagoot..😠

                        Regarding order number [protected] pepe slim fit jeans 32 inch

                        Dear sir/madam

                        I have ordered the jeans with the above mentioned order number. I found the product and was surprised when opened as the size on the outside sticker was 32 but in the jeans it was 34. When i have tried the jeans the i also found that the fitting of the product was also not ok. After it i re-packed the item with the sticker and other stuff (Which was also shown to the person from snapdeal who came to collect the product) of the jean after safely trying once.
                        The product was then returned after the snapdeal person said that everything is ok.
                        I have also tried to speak with the customer care number from my registered number at [protected] but could not find option to speak to anybody even trying more than half an hour.
                        Now i have received the information from snapdeal that the snapdeal is returning back the product to me as the quality check of the product found not ok.
                        I am a regular user of internet shopping for the last five years and bought hundreds of item online. So i am really surprised that was quality check want wrong. I have tried jean only once that is also with safety and returned the item with all the stuff. Since the product can not returned packed so i shown everything to the courier person and only after confirming i returned the product.

                        I request snapdeal to solve the issue and returned the amount paid by me.

                                    I have purchased one allen solly trousers from snapdeal .
                                    Order id - [protected].
                                    Due to fiting problem i wanted to return the product but snapdeal people refuse to take back the product .They have the return policy to return the product within 14days but inspite of that they are not returning the product and when i said that i will complain in consumer forum they said do what ever u want nothing will happen to us .they have also opened one [protected]@snapdealonlines.com to cheat honest customer like me so that they can increase there profit margin by doing that.as it is there company running short of many .so they have introduce new method to cheat people.i want you to take strict action against them.

                                      This is Navnath Marpale I have ordered "Motorola Verve Loop Plus Bluetooth wireless Earphones" from my friends account which is [protected]@gmail.com Order No: [protected] but I have received a wrong product which is Motorola Verve Loop only that makes a big difference between both the products. I have placed a request to return the product on 19th Aug'17 but today I got a text message my request cannot be processed due to some transactions being incomplete which I am not aware of. I have been shopping with Snapdeal on frequently. I have made call to customer service number as well but I have not got a proper answer from them. Snapdeal customer care team says to keep the wrong product what kind of service is Snapdeal providing to their customers. So I am writing this to take necessary action and schedule a proper return for the Wrong product received and refund the money back. As i do not want the product. I have called & mailed many times but its the same repitive answers i got i have lost my money for wrong product so i am registering complaint at this forum so that issue is resolved on a positive note.

                                      Its already been several times i have mailed all the details why cant you check your previous mails from my mail id. So many times will i have to the same details again and again. What kind of srervices you provided so cheap and worst service ever come crossed as compared to all the others shopping websites ever. If I dont get positive reply for my issue I am really going to sue to people on Tv. I never thought that I have shopped from the worst company ever. I will also make sure whatever goodwill you have in the market goes waste as you dont value your customers. I have attached the screenshot on earlier mail sent with issue for the worng product recieved you can check. I hope i dont have to write order details again & again.

Its been so many times i have sent mail with attachment did you people even check those or have the willingness to reply or no. I have placed return request in 19th Aug'17 it not yet been resolved.                                         I have ordered a product from snapdeal and as it was defective so i apply for replacement.. But they dont replace the product.. When i checked my order status they said that the attempt was failed but even the courier service does not called me.. Then when i contacted the customer care it was said that to update the pick up date and time.. But there is no option for pick up update.. Only there is a option for cancellation.. What should i do for replacement of my product..
