I had ordered ray-ban brown aviator sunglasses and recieved a different shade.
I immediately raised a refund request and my pickup was done after 3 days and after another 3days i got a mail that my return request is declined stating - quality check failed and the product had no defects and they are shipping the product back but that was not my concern. I raised the request because the product i got was not the same as displayed on their site. This is beyond ridiculous!
I don't understand what quality check was failed. I just returned what they sent.
I have tried calling theircustomer care several times but i think its impossible to talk to ur executives on phone as the messages are pre-recorded and its only a one sided means of communication and i am feeling like cheated, its never expected from a giant in the e-commerce market like snapdeal

Snapdeal needs to seriously look into this matter as i see there are several similar fraud cases registered! Such a pathetic experience.

    I had purchased hp-laptop from snapdeal on 4th sep 2016 which was delivered to me on 7th sep. It showed 1 year warranty, so the warranty is supposed to be till month of sep 2017 but now when i faced some issue with laptop, i checked on hp website which shows warranty is expired in month of june. I have invoice of the product. This is so much disappointing.

      Hi snapdeal,

      I am very disappointed with the service of snapdeal. My family has purchased 6 gift cards last year from snapdeal and out of 6 three of them are not working now. I have raised a request for that on 1st august since the vouchers expiry date was 3rd august and they promised me to resolve the issue or extend the validity by 1 month. But to my surprise i haven't received any mail or call. I called from germany at that time and cant call again n again. I sent several mails but now they are telling to reach quicksilver to refund the money. I reached them too but they said i need to reach out to snapdeal. They are just blaming each others. Pls refund my money otherwise i will take a legal action.

            I flew out of country on 7th august night. I created a cancellation request as i would not be there to collect the order in a hurry. The delivery guy, delivered it to my neighbour with any consent from me. Also the neighbour accepted the delivery by paying rs.3000. As i was out of country i was not able to create a return request within the specified time. Also the shoes does not fit me, the fitting is not proper, whats the point of giving money and not getting to wear it if the fit is not proper. Please accept the return request. I made several calls to the customer care, but there was no help from the snapdeal persons. I asked to escalate the call to the team manager so i can share my concern. It was not done. Even they dont have a toll free number, they kept me hold for a long time. As nobody was ready to listen to my issue, i am raising my complain here. Please look into it and accept the return request.

              I ordered a pair of verre blue clubmaster sunglasses, the delievery date when i ordered was different and when the package was dispatched, the delievery dates shifted to two days later and so i had to canceled the order on 13 august 2017 as it was not going to reach on time for a friend i was gifting it to.. I still have not received the re-fund which i was said i wud. I cannot keep checking if everyday to see if it has been refunded of not.

                      Order id - [protected] placed on 16 th aug
                      First of all i recieved a refurbished product not the new one and on website when i ordered it was no where written that that product is refurbished, secondly the screen was full of scratchs and ither applications were downloaded in that tab so anybody can make out the the tab is used and the day i got that tab.. On the same day i post a return request. After 2 day the quality check guy came and check the tablet and verified the imei no. And all and it was all ok and now after 2 days a guy came to pick the tab and today you guys are saying the quality check failed.. Obviously it will get failed bcz it was damaged and u guys are saying that its not the similar tablet as well.. Who are you fooling yourself. That quality chck guy confirm the imei no and it was ok and now you dont want to refund and get rid of that damaged tablet. With due respect i am saying to refund my money or i have to take help of police. Thank you

                        I run a cashback and coupons website, cashback india and used to run snapdeal's affiliate program. It has been 2 years and we have still not received the payment for september 2015 amounting to rs 18, 981. Also, no one from the current snapdeal affiliate team is replying to my mails and are ignoring calls. This consumer complaint is my last resort before i take this matter up in court and demand interest on the amount as well.

                            This email is written with the sad and unforgettable mail for snapdeal i have ordered philips hd4419 table grill for rs 6247/- today i received the product and it was received by my wife and i was in office, my wife called and told the product what we ordered and not the same its just a iron box with the mesh on top from the office i called snapdeal customer i was asked to enter the registered mobile number, when i entered the mobile number i am getting message that the entered mobile number is not registered with snapdeal checked my profile in snapdeal i can see the registered mobile number is [protected], when i came home and check i was shocked to see the product, its just an metal unbranded box, i request you to please refund my paid amount an i will register this issue with customer care so that they can take action with snapdeal, the sealer of this product is a cube enterprises. Please find the attached photos of the product you have sent, and do the needful. And also please closely have a look of the box its very dirty and very old box manufacturing year of the product is 2016.
                            Today i received a call from snapdeal call came on 1:45 pm thursday 24/08/2017 from snapdeal agent spoke to me is dipesh neghwal, he gave a big shock to me stating me that "the item does not meet our quality check guidelines as their is no bar-code sticker on the brand box," which is not aware to us, as you should know what happen and why the wrong product has delivered to me, as he told that no refund and no replacement will be done as per the snapdeal, will be return item, and i am not going to accept the wrong product what i have not ordered, i request you to replace or refund the amount what is paid to you. When i have sent the proof of photos what i have got the product to snapdeal then why cant snapdeal proof me that they have stick the bar-code on the brand box, as on the brand box the manufacturing date is 10/2016 and the condition of the box was so old and unclean,
                            One intresting point in this order is i have recieve 2 invoices with the product, first the product is purchase on 3rd april 2017 by name narresh he is the first buyer from telangana, i called him and asked did you purchase the phillips product he told yes but i got wrong product he return and then snapdeal called and told the their is no bar code on it due to that quality has return the same product with no refund or replace. And i am the second customer for this i purchased on 17th august 2017 and i got the same product what narresh has return to snapdeal, i also got the same answer what narresh got from snapdeal,
                            When i called shapdeal they have picked up and assured me that will replace or refund, today called back and told me we cant refund nor replace due to no barcode, the whole of cheating in in front of you, you have send the same product what the 1st buyer has rejected and did the same what you have dont to the 1st buyer,
                            My question is why i got 2 invoices first invoice on april and 2nd invoice is august see the differences that means snapdeal is openly cheating indian customer and playing with them.

                              When i ordered loreal professional shampoo.. There was loreal professional shampoo 2and matrix bioulage shampoo 600 ml on 497 price.. I ordered this item.. But i received 1 loreal professional shampoo 250 ml and 1 matrix bioulage hair serum 100ml... And there is no contact no. For complaining on this website.. So, i'm not satisfied..                                 The trouser which i ordered was of beige colour in 34 size but snapdeal sent me a trouser of very low quality material whose bottom was not stitched in black color with 36 size... Which is not as per my requirement.. So i requested them to pick up the product n refund my money back... But still its almost 1 month no one has came for pick up n 5-6 times i had called customer care about the issue... Every time they guarantee that within 2-3 days they will make d arrangements for pickup... But no positive response till now.. Plz i request snapdeal to make pickup n refund my money...

                                    I ordered wd wd10purx 1 tb internal hard drive on 12 aug 2017.
                                    I received item on 17 aug 2017 my order id :[protected]
                                    On same day as soon as i opened this item i found i received old item then i raised return request (Ticked id:[protected] on snapdeal,
                                    Snapdeal team proceeded quality check process even they know that i received old item i discussed all this thing to snapdeal help desk team.
                                    After quality check process snapdeal team saying that we found quality check failed so we can't provide you your refund back.
                                    My question is that why snapdeal team not doing quality check process before they delivered item to customer, hence i received old product.

                                    I am waiting that i should get my refund back.
