I have purchased a skullcandy ear phone from snapdeal.com but now the ear phone is not working properly. I have already 3times informed him but i didn't get any response. So i informed to direct skullcandy but he replied me that there is not mention ear phons model no in invoice copy. Again i informed to snapdeal to send me proper invoice copy with model no but not replied.

    I have purchased one allen solly trousers from snapdeal .
    Order id - [protected].
    Due to fiting problem i wanted to return the product but snapdeal people refuse to take back the product .They have the return policy to return the product within 14days but inspite of that they are not returning the product and when i said that i will complain in consumer forum they said do what ever u want nothing will happen to us .they have also opened one [protected]@snapdealonlines.com to cheat honest customer like me so that they can increase there profit margin by doing that.as it is there company running short of many .so they have introduce new method to cheat people.i want you to take strict action against them.

      This is Navnath Marpale I have ordered "Motorola Verve Loop Plus Bluetooth wireless Earphones" from my friends account which is [protected]@gmail.com Order No: [protected] but I have received a wrong product which is Motorola Verve Loop only that makes a big difference between both the products. I have placed a request to return the product on 19th Aug'17 but today I got a text message my request cannot be processed due to some transactions being incomplete which I am not aware of. I have been shopping with Snapdeal on frequently. I have made call to customer service number as well but I have not got a proper answer from them. Snapdeal customer care team says to keep the wrong product what kind of service is Snapdeal providing to their customers. So I am writing this to take necessary action and schedule a proper return for the Wrong product received and refund the money back. As i do not want the product. I have called & mailed many times but its the same repitive answers i got i have lost my money for wrong product so i am registering complaint at this forum so that issue is resolved on a positive note.

      Its already been several times i have mailed all the details why cant you check your previous mails from my mail id. So many times will i have to the same details again and again. What kind of srervices you provided so cheap and worst service ever come crossed as compared to all the others shopping websites ever. If I dont get positive reply for my issue I am really going to sue to people on Tv. I never thought that I have shopped from the worst company ever. I will also make sure whatever goodwill you have in the market goes waste as you dont value your customers. I have attached the screenshot on earlier mail sent with issue for the worng product recieved you can check. I hope i dont have to write order details again & again.

Its been so many times i have sent mail with attachment did you people even check those or have the willingness to reply or no. I have placed return request in 19th Aug'17 it not yet been resolved. More how many days you guys are going to sloug me for this.

When i checked my order status they said that the attempt was failed but even the courier service does not called me.. Then when i contacted the customer care it was said that to update the pick up date and time.. But there is no option for pick up update.. Only there is a option for cancellation.. What should i do for replacement of my product..

          15 days back i ordered mi band 2 from snapdeal, after 4-5 days i received the product and found the product a fake and cheap product when i returned the product after pick up i called several times to snapdeal regarding the refund first 10 days they told me that they didnt received it after that they are saying that we have got it but cant give refund because the product they found is genuine how can it be possible they are making us fool please help

              I ordered a product on snapdeal.com with order id: [protected]. The product i ordered is completely different to what i received. I made a return request at the moment i received the item. The item was picked by a third party logistic. Now when i am expecting a refund from the company they are coming up with some non-sense replays like the product doesn't meet the quality check process and hence no refund can be initiated to my account.
              I tried to contact the company many times but seems like there is no one interested in resolving my issue.
              The company has betrayed me by make to pay for a thing which i never ordered.
              Now i request your highness to kindly to solve my issue on humanitarian grounds.

                            I had ordered a bag of mark and keith blue faux leather handheld online at a discount price which I got at 1200.
                            But the product is just not branded but a replica.
                            There is no mention of brand in the entire bag.
                            I have an invoice which clears states the brand name .I have the paid the GST also.

                                    Hi,

                                    Snapdeal is not going to refund saying that this is a not product that we have delivered. I have booked the a shes (
                                    Red tape brown office genuine leather formal shoes) from snapdeal. Due to below mentioned reason i have initiated the request for return/refund.

                                    1. Not a genuine product
                                    2. Shoes size is not perfect as size no 7. And even no any size no is physically mentioned on shoes.

                                    I marked email to snapdeal on [protected]@snapdeal.com but no any response. And there is no option to call.

                                    Please help me to get refund.

                                    This is remark of very bed services of snapdeal. I wouldn't like to order any items to snapdeal.

                                      I ordered a micromax tab p702 black but snapdeal delivered me micromax p702 white and also send a invoice for black tab. For the replace of my order my mail many times snapdeal but nothing happen, and on 23 august 2017 they closed my replacement request. i want to replace my order as soon as possible.

                                        I got a call from snapdeal with a number [protected] saying the name ritu from snapdeal and that i have been selected as a lucky winner and i have to make a purchase worth rs 4000 and they. D gv me an assured free gift in the form of. A tv washing machine apple iphone 7 plus etc.
                                        All i have to do is select the products and call her back.
                                        She will add them to cart and place the order.
                                        And after wch they would be delivered in 2 days.
                                        I did so and after the transaction was made. Neither they ever received my call back. Nor was any order or gift sent to me.
