I placed the order also paid for it through sbi net banking and the transaction was successful still the has not been placed. Earlier it showed retry paymemt but now nothing is getting displayed. I mailed at the email address but no reply has come. Pls kindly look in to this matter. As soon as possible.

This is really not tolearatable, how irresponsible you are guys, after multiple attempt atlast recieved the call back and the problem was not resolved in properly, when i am getting the call back? Today?

I have ordered jagging which order id is [protected] and after some i want to cancel that order but that is not cancelling from app. I have sent the mail to custemer care they also says that cancel from app.
How should i cancel that.
Other thing is that i have order three piece of jagging of same size but 2 i got of same size but 3rd i got in bigger size.

But the product is just not branded but a replica.
There is no mention of brand in the entire bag.
I have an invoice which clears states the brand name .I have the paid the GST also.

How can they cheat...

Snapdeal is not going to refund saying that this is a not product that we have delivered. I have booked the a shes (
Red tape brown office genuine leather formal shoes) from snapdeal. Due to below mentioned reason i have initiated the request for return/refund.

1. Not a genuine product
2. Shoes size is not perfect as size no 7. And even no any size no is...

My name is kb obanna, i ordered i phone 5s from snap deal on 17/08/2016. On web site they claim that i phone is original. I gave 30500rs to the guy and i use the phone for i year but they have battery problem we went to the bangalore service center but they told me that this mobile purchase on[protected] and warranty in end and they said it is an second handle mobile. I am very shocked that such a big company making fool of the customers....

This is totally frustrating. Give my refund immediately else i ll contact consumer court....

I placed order on 7.8.17 it was deliverd on 13.8.17 but this product is very poor quality so i gave return request still no one taken return the item so please take action immediately iam attaching all details

I ordered some bottles of caboki hair building fiber. I have been noticing that it does not perfectly stick to hair and sometimes goes inside the nose as well, also the mouth, it gets transported through air.
I have got a sore throat because of it and also some particles stuck to the inside of my nose, to my nose hairs.
It is a health issue and i can sue the company after getting a medical checkup done....

I ordered urban black kurti from snapdeal on 31 july. It was so long and of low quality. I requested to return but till after 1 week there was no update of my product. There is costumer care no. On which we can contact. Only one no. Is provided which is not tollfree. I lost my 50rs. Calling on that no. But there is no option of talking to costoner care. I bought a treadmill named fit 24 fitness from snapdeal online and i have some problems to install the machine.
