I ordered some bottles of caboki hair building fiber. I have been noticing that it does not perfectly stick to hair and sometimes goes inside the nose as well, also the mouth, it gets transported through air.
I have got a sore throat because of it and also some particles stuck to the inside of my nose, to my nose hairs.
It is a health issue and i can sue the company after getting a medical checkup done.

    I ordered urban black kurti from snapdeal on 31 july. It was so long and of low quality. I requested to return but till after 1 week there was no update of my product. There is costumer care no. On which we can contact. Only one no. Is provided which is not tollfree. I lost my 50rs. Calling on that no. But there is no option of talking to costoner care. I mailed to snapdeal my picup is done after one week of mail. But still there is no update of my product. I didn't get my refund. Worst snapdeal and its service. I always face problems whenever i ordered something from snapdeal. Very bad snapdeal.👎

        I bought a treadmill named fit 24 fitness from snapdeal online and i have some problems to install the machine. The company (Snapdeal) told me that they will positively come to me and they will install the machine but now after the delivery till now nobody come to me to install the machine and i called the snapdeal company customer care and now they telling me that nobody will come and install the machine.. Now i am seeking help for installing the machine i dint know how to install the machine and i have nowhere to go.. Please send me a engineer or the treadmill operator to install the machine nd show me how to use the machine...

          I have purchased pigeon non-stick grand 7 pcs 5 layer cookware set from snapdeal, the details are as below:

          Placed on: sun, 18 jun, 2017 issued on: 27/6/2017

          But they have delivered the different damaged item returned by some other person as the name is mentioned on the inside cover of ekart which was placed inside in snapdeal cover / main coverbag.
          Dispute many mails and phone calls to help center they fail to pick up the same.
          Now it is likely 2 months to be passed but they are not doing the same.
          Now i am fully depressed from the snapdeal.

              My name is mahender rawat, i ordered nike shoes from snap deal on 14th august 2017. On the web site they claim that shoes is original. As per their policy customer can't open packet until customer pay the whole amount. I gave 3000 rs to the pickup guy and open the box and found that the shoes is totally duplicate. I am very shocked that such a big company making fool of the customers. I think a strict action should be taken against the company.

                This is regarding my order ID [protected] which I placed with snapdeal. I ordered Honor 6X 64Gb gray version but I received a 32gb version. Post which I talked to customer care and they gave me the CHOICE to either get an exchange or get a refund. Since I was already upset because of THEIR MISTAKE I decided to get a refund. Now when the product has reached them, they are refusing to pay any refund. Moreover the customer care is really very rude to me. They disconnect the call on my face refusing to return saying I have a 'suspicious' account, which they didn't realize until now. The another reason they give is that ma'am you have returned more products than you kept. So sir, if that's the problem, like Street Style Store, be very clear that you wouldn't accept return. Secondly, if you provide me with ####### products, I cannot keep them. Provide quality and "accurate" products which I order and I promise to keep them. Moreover, I even asked them to kindly give me my phone back if you are not willing to refund because my account is "suspicious", they even refused to do that! I am not getting my phone back, I am not getting my money! What kind of a business and service is this? So please stop harassing me and kindly refund my money. I am however never ever gonna get back to snapdeal after such horrendous experience they gave me and I would tell everyone about what you did to me and how you are harassing me! This is not how you treat your customers. It's your fault that you gave me faulty product, not mine that I complained about the same. So kindly process my request. I am asking for what I am entitled to and you cannot deny me that.

                You have not yet taken any action! Just called up once to say sorry!! I had been calling your customer care and your senior executives since so long! But you guys won't pay any heed unless things go online! Just stop harassing me! I need my money back! You cannot deceive me like that! WOM affects your image. I am highly disappointed in you. Never getting back to you ever again. Mind that. Just give me my money back. It's 14K! You cannot keep it in your pockets just like that and refuse to refund and give some silly reasons that makes no sense! I had been using snapdeal for long. you never created issues outta my ID or phone number or bank account number! It has always been the same! What turned out to he so suspicious for you to not refund a customer's money now all of a sudden? Your will to not do so!

                I bought a mi powerbank 10000 mah from snapdeal when I received it, It was totally fake after that I requested for refund but there is no response when I called customer care he told that It does not meet their quality check and send it return to me... But 3 months over I am not received money as well as my powerbank till now

                      I am blogger and working/prompting snapdeal products in my website (Janatohmana.in) but they are not giving my money.

                      Earned commission - rs 7000 in one year but not got a single money from it.
                      I mail them twicely week regarding same but they reply automate reply that we will look in this issue after no responses i beg them to give my affiliate money. They are not reply from 7 months.
                      They have no contact no for affiliate promoters
                      No reply from email.

                      I already updated my bank info and perse info.

                      They are fraud they harrased me.
                      As i am student i worked for snapdeal affiliate and give the company rs 206700 revenue sale but they have not given a single money or warm thank reply.
                      They loot money i request you to not to join snapdeal affiliate
                      .
                      Join amazon affiliate, flipkart affiliate and earn they are real affiliate marketer they keep good care of promotera.
                      Now my target to campign on social media and i will give lose to snapdeal as they are fraud they loot my money and wasted my 1 year labour.

                      Now my target is to lose the revenue of snapdeal..

The size was not appropriate and thats why i requested for the return on 5th august 2017. Snapdeal sent the status that it is under process and nobody came to pick up for return request.                             I need to cancel my order and i have cancelled before dispatch but i did not get my refund amount till now such a pathetic service cheating customers ruining their brand value.                                 Snapdeal is big fraud company, they are just cheating by sending faulty pieces to customers. I ordered 2 morepen bp machines, which is giving faulty readings instead of 120/80 it is showing 175/115. So we have to go 2 to 3 places to verify the correctness of machine. So it took long time 10 days as surgeon shop told us it is faulty piece. We contacted snapdeal where their executive is telling us that we had crossed easy return policy of 7 days & she cant refund or return back the item, instead you contact repairing centre of dr morepen company.

                                That means she is easily agreeing that they had send us faulty piece to keep us in position to repair the item from company only. This shows that snapdeal is doing online marketing to sell faulty pieces to customers and they are not bothered about it.

                                    I have ordered a 10kg digital kitchen scale in snapdeal but i was not satisfied with the product so i called to the customer care and returned the product to the mentioned address but i have not received the refund amount and courier charge rs 120.00. I called many times but still i haven't get my money. Please help me to get my money back.

                                      I was ordered the product gionee s6s model mobile from snapdeal website. I have facing some issues like heating up the phone and almost like dead then i will go to the gionee customer care centre beacuse product is in under warranty they even said the product is already repaired and they can't do anything. Now i am sending the msg on snapdeal help desk support. But don't revert back from there side. This is the fraud with me. I am very disappointed about these type of online services kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I am gagandeep .This snapdeal company is fraud because I have already complaint about they sent the repaired mobile phone after that they do'nt even except their mistake and tell to collect proves from the customer service centre of Gionee .They all frauds and make the customers fool .
                                      I really fed up kindly resolve this complaint because this is not a Small amount for me.
