I had retun for order id [protected] howevery nobody come to pickup .I got msg to reschedule the pick up however I m getting in option to reschedule onot app or on site ..but it's can't work so requesting to reschedule my pick up on order id [protected]...

My name is mahender rawat, i ordered nike shoes from snap deal on 14th august 2017. On the web site they claim that shoes is original. As per their policy customer can't open packet until customer pay the whole amount. I gave 3000 rs to the pickup guy and open the box and found that the shoes is totally duplicate. I am very shocked that such a big company making fool of the customers. I think a strict action should be taken against the company.br...

Post which I talked to customer care and they gave me the CHOICE to either get an exchange or get a refund. Since I was already upset because of THEIR MISTAKE I decided to get a refund. I have purchase some of product from snap deal order no. [protected], [protected] dated 30.07.2017 and have received the same on 03.08.2017. We have checked and found all item are in poor quality and we have returned the same. But after some day snap deal return the same to us without any reason. This is a sheer harassment.

Earned commission - rs 7000 in one year but not got a single money from it.

I need to cancel my order and i have cancelled before dispatch but i did not get my refund amount till now such a pathetic service cheating customers ruining their brand value. U people are cheating ur loyal customers. There is no customer care calling facility. Horrible no reply to mails no facilities. Try to resolve my issue and refund my amount as soon as possible....

Snapdeal is big fraud company, they are just cheating by sending faulty pieces to customers. I ordered 2 morepen bp machines, which is giving faulty readings instead of 120/80 it is showing 175/115. So we have to go 2 to 3 places to verify the correctness of machine. So it took long time 10 days as surgeon shop told us it is faulty piece. We contacted snapdeal where their executive is telling us that we had crossed easy return policy of 7...

The order placed was 6 pairs of socks but it had only 3 pairs this is fraud from ur side very upset with it will sguest other not to buy anything from ur site...

I was ordered the product gionee s6s model mobile from snapdeal website. I have facing some issues like heating up the phone and almost like dead then i will go to the gionee customer care centre beacuse product is in under warranty they even said the product is already repaired and they can't do anything. Now i am sending the msg on snapdeal help desk support. But don't revert back from there side. This is the fraud with me. I am very disappointed...

The product was not expected as on my expectations... Refund the money immediately...

Near about 1 month i was not getting my replacement. No status updated. This is my first & last experience. Now i am not dealing with snapdeal onward. This is my worst experience with snapdeal. When will i get my replacement. Two three times i send message to help center. But no reply from them....
