    I have ordered a 10kg digital kitchen scale in snapdeal but i was not satisfied with the product so i called to the customer care and returned the product to the mentioned address but i have not received the refund amount and courier charge rs 120.00. I called many times but still i haven't get my money. Please help me to get my money back.

      I was ordered the product gionee s6s model mobile from snapdeal website. I have facing some issues like heating up the phone and almost like dead then i will go to the gionee customer care centre beacuse product is in under warranty they even said the product is already repaired and they can't do anything. Now i am sending the msg on snapdeal help desk support. But don't revert back from there side. This is the fraud with me. I am very disappointed about these type of online services kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I am gagandeep .This snapdeal company is fraud because I have already complaint about they sent the repaired mobile phone after that they do'nt even except their mistake and tell to collect proves from the customer service centre of Gionee .They all frauds and make the customers fool .
      I really fed up kindly resolve this complaint because this is not a Small amount for me.

            I placed order in snapdeal on order id: [protected] (3 items), placed on 22 jul, 2017 containing

            Item 1. Suborder id: [protected]- woodland blue casual shoes
            Item 2. Suborder id: [protected]- izod navy round t-shirt
            Item 3. Suborder id: [protected] - izod black slim jeans

            I received the same on 28th jul.

            Due to poor quality of items 2 and item 3 i raised a return request on the same day. They picked on 31st july and updated status as refunded in portal, but i dint receive the refund still now.

            I sent mail on the same to [protected]@snapdeal.com they responded as we cannot refund you money and we are blocking your accountdont do any transactions again in this account.

                This is the worst ever experience so far with snapdeal. This order was placed on 7 aug 2017 & estimated delivery date was 12-14 aug 2017. So far no one has contacted me. But i am getting update your delivery attempt has been failed.

                Such a worst service i have never expected from snapdeal. To improve your service my advice is please donot send your material using fedex.

                Very unhappy.

                Will never do any online shopping using snapdeal. Good bye snapdeal.

                      Please note that the above battery i received & put in my lenovo a6000 mobile on 26/7/2017 for the whole night for full charge. But sorry to note that it was not charged.
                      I doubt about my charger. I charged other mobile with the same charger & it was ok
                      However, once again i tried but with no positive result.
                      Therefore, please arrange to replace the said battery immediately. I do not know how such type of defective battery supplied which badly affect the image of your company.

                        I have placed an order for a xolo era 1x pro (2gb, 16gb) - 4g volte phone on 28.07.17 and my order id was [protected]. But, the product was defective and i have raised a complaint for replacement. The reference number was 43153083. As per my request it was picked up by your courier person after the visit of your service engineer. I have received thereplaced product on 12.08.17. But again i have received the product with the same defective issue. I have immediately raised a complaint again (Thus time for full refund) on 12.08.17 and the reference number was 43317546. Again service engineer's visit was rescheduled. Surprisingly, snapdeal closed my complaint on 14.08.17 without resolving my issue. Neither any service engineer visited me nor i received any call from snapdeal. I have raised a complaint again on 14.08.17 and again as usual service engineer's visit is rescheduled. But until now nobody has visited me and resolved my issue. This is a sheer harrasment and if i don't get my refund, i am definitely going to take legal counsel on it.

                            I have ordered amway milk thisle through snap deal during last month, but unfortunately i got a wrong product which is delivered to my address, i have asked for the pick up of wrong product and delivery of the right one, after 2 days snap deal picked up the wrong product assuring the pay back of the money which i gave for wrong product, since a month i am following it up with snap deal, unfortunately neither my e mail/calls are not been answered

                              I want to return the product i've received today. It is a fake one. It doesn't has the scoop, it was not even sealed pack and the quantity is also less i. E. I should've received quantity of 2.4 kg but the seller gave me 1 kg of fake powder. I've already complained about it. Please see to it and help me.

                                I ordered puma men shoes n i received a totally different shoe i doubt it's even original because of the way it was packed n has no tags on it. It's nothing like the pic showed online n i can't even find a coustomer care number where i can call n complaint all iam getting is a annoying operator service.. It's really disappointing i wil think twice before ordering from snapdeal next time specially since i doubt the originality of the product

                                    I have ordered 3 guia museli fruit and nut[1 kg each] on 23 rd july 2017 and paid for them beforehand through debit card . on 27 th july 2017 i have got only one pack.but my order detail says that three of them have been delivered. either return my money or deliver the other two packs. i am very disappointed. i want an urgent solution of this problem.

                                      This mail is regarding purchased product Net Protector Total Security 2016 from snapdeal on 7th Aug 2017 order id: [protected].
                                      Product delivered to me after 4 days, after delivery i found that product is not working.
                                      I have found that CD software is corrupted and not installed in my machine
                                      So overall I am not satisfied with the product, after that I raised a return request (Under return policy) on 14 Aug 2017 with ticket id[protected].
                                      But still matter is not resolved they are saying that we can’t return product still you don’t have any big issue. Please help me.

                                        I'm a seller at snapdeal and my seller id is s278a6 my payment is on hold coz i update a new bank details on 02/08/2017 and tat for releasing a hold my payment was 7-10 working days which was over but still its on hold and yesterday i twit whole concern at kunal behl twitter account then i got a call from your seller support they said my bank detail are updated properly and my payment will release in next payment cycle and my next payment cycle is on 17/08/2017 but still my payment on hold
