    It is not getting charged. I t is charging my phone. It is dry now. It doesn't have any power in it. So i connected it to a charger but it is not getting charged. What would be the problem in it? So please help me to get rid of this problem. If it is charging the adopter will get hot, but now it is not at all getting hot. And the charging indicated light is also not working..

      I had placed an order on july 25, 2017 on snapdeal order no.- [protected] reebok white running shoes and made a online payment of rs 2299/-. However, i received a damaged product on august 2, 2017 i place a return request and as per sla the team needs to rever with 48 hrs, since i didnt received any call and one one came to pick up a product i called the customer care team, they assured me they will call me in next 24 to 48 hrs and pick up the product aggain i follwed up and finally on august 6, 2017 i receive an e-mail stating that we found your account doesnot passes the internal checks so we suspended your account.

      When i called up an exceutive they told me your returns are more than purchase so we will not give you your money back refernce no[protected]. This is not acceptable of a organization like snap deal. If my account had faults and issues snapdeal should have not accepted my online payment. Moreover snapdeal no where mentiones that you can return the product only 1time or 2 time. A person can never see the physical product so its natural the returns are going to happen.

      Finally when i said that i will like to raise issue with consumer court, snapdeal calls me

      Every time snapdeal executives calls me and i have to explain the entire history, why cant they just go throw the entire email chain and every executive tells me that they are the final level of escalation fail to understand how many final level of escalations snapdeal has... Till now neha, mossis, and vikash have called me and they have similar reply that "your account does not passes our internal check and we cannot disclose the reason" on probing they say... "we will not refund your money coz your returns are more". I really fail to understand that no where your policy mentions the same.

      Moreover your executive vikash tell me snapdeal has all the right to not refund or take back the product. This is insane you have sold me a defective product and when i raise a return request you are giving me wag reasons

      I feel cheated and really don't want the indian citizen to get cheated... I would definitely like to share my bad experience with snapdeal with maximum indian citizen and all the rating agency and on all the possible platforms and social media, consumer court, so that i can save at least few indian citizen

      I have been very tolerant, but snapdeal has no value for genuine people. If you value customers then definitely you should return my money.

      Have have sent a multiple followup e-mails to these ids [protected]@snapdeal.com; kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com; [protected]@snapdeal.com; [protected]@snapdeal.com

      Cheap strategy of making money faurding the indian customers and i see several other have a same issue... They are cheating citizens of india by making wrong disclaimers and promises on their website. I think the ceo kunal has no bell ringing in his ears inspite of so many e-mails... Indian citizens should ban snapdeal they are a fake organization.

      Dont claim wrong policy of easy return.

      I purchase exide 150 ah battery from snapdeal worth 11555 rs on 26 june 17..up to 10 th july 17 my item was not delievered so i cancel my order and they told me that your refund will be within 6 business days. I contact customer care for 65 times to refund my amount 11555.but till now i cant get my refund.

        Hi,

        I ordered one canon battery from snapdeal and it is not fit in my camera so i raise return request from my side but snapdeal did return my battery to me and not provide me refund i want to my refund and last 15 days i continuously call their customer care but no option available to transfer customer care and i also dropped email to snapdeal but still not received any response kindly check it and provide me my refund.

          We have purchased a trolley bag (Order id: [protected]) on but on arrival we found that the product quality is not good. We raised a ticket for return but we received a call from snapdeal customer care that this product can not be returned based on quality issue. Snapdeal is arguing the product is branded and can not be return based on quality issue. I want to know how they forced us to keep a product without allowing us to return.

            Snapdeal affiliate program is looking like a fraud means from affiliate I earned approx 10, 000 but yet they didn't pay for my work .I think I need to go for consumer forum and file a complaint against snapdeal affiliate program in police station too.

            It took 8 month yet snapdeal didn't pay for affiliate what's wrong with snapdeal??
            If it is not paid with in 72 hours I am going to register your complaint and take it seriously otherwise my second step is go to the media and viral this on youtobe too.

                Snapdeal has sent me a wrong product. When i have placed a return they did not come to pick up nd later on sent a mail saying return request closed. It's 2k money they have blocked me. I was in a foreign trip so communicated them over mail but didn't receive any revert today when i have called them they are saying it's month old nd they can't do anything.
                Please check with them every time they create some nonsense i[censored] raise a return request.

                  Hi team, I have place the return and refund request for the order no. [protected], it has already 2 days passed but no one has contacted for the pick up and refund till now. This is disappointing as per your return policy of 14 days.

                  Rather they have emailed me We're unable to initiate return/replacement of your Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime (Black, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM).

                  This is totally frustrating and mis behave by snapdeal as you have mentioned against the product a 14 days return and replacement policy and this product was under the

I found that the seal is broken and the product in it contain nasty things in it and i contacted the distributer he told me that we have nothing to do with it...                         I ordered a Samsung S7582 1500mAh battery and it was delivered around 5 May, 2017. It worked well at first but now it only gives backup for 15-20 mins. If I use mobile network then only for 5-10mins. Its a really irritating experience. Also, the battery has swollen up a bit. Please have a solution to this problem as soon as possible.

                          I have purchased ifb microwave from snap deal but on delivery i found product is not working and in box another invoice through amazon having less price from snap deal. I complained about this to snap deal through customer care via mail and orally they register my complained to return the product but after some time they told me that reverse pick up is not arrange in your area so send this item to lucknow warehouse. I have courier the item through dtdc courier but snap deal warehouse refuse to accept the item and the old and damaged product is again i have recieved. I again complained about this but their is no response regarding this. Such a disgusting behavior by snapdeal

                            On monday 31st july 2017, delivery guy had picked the parcel, in that parcel it has 3 items (1order 3 suborder in it). But on my order it show's only one picked up, it had 3 items in it. Below are the order number, suborder & status. Delivery guy had come to the picked the parcel for 3 times & have informed that it was already picked up on the first picked up items. Delivery guy will update the same on the system.

Kindly let me know the status and what needs to be done. Called to customer care, it say my mobile number is invalid and unable to connect to the customer care, almost 9000 amount got stuck.                               A damaged and faulty hard disk was shipped to me.
                              Having not even a basic plastic cover on it. With jus two foams on both sides.
                              (Is this the way to ship a hard disk??)

                              It had signs o[censored]sage and a physical dent on a corner.
                              I returned the junk back to snapdeal.

                              They replied with :

                              "The product did not meet quality check.
                              Saying that it is not the same hard disk. "

                              There was no explanation regarding what they meant by this as this was the same shoddy hard disk delivered to me.

                              It did not meet my quality check hence I returned the product!!

                              It appeared they were running a scam or protecting a dishonest seller.

                              Why didn't Snapdeal check the product before sending it to me in the first place ?

                              This is absolute cheating and fraudulent if snapdeal intends me to silently keep this non functioning product .

                              I am outraged by your audacity to return me this damaged product on such baseless grounds.

                              I have sent several mails to snapdeal help email address but no reply.
                              Their customer care phone number is a sham. Cannot contact any representative.

                              The consumer is not your garbage disposal personnel .
                              Don't treat me like one.

                              I want a refund for this faulty hard disk.
                              Please arrange for pick up. This time don't dare return it to me.

                                    I have been writing to snapdeal for my refund since a month and they always reply me that our company is working on it. My order id is [protected]. Snapdeal is soo irresponsible that they even don't reply me for most of mails. Neither they have any option to connect to there executive when we call on their customer care number. Snapdeal should be shameful for this.
