Dear sir, i have ordered a jaquar shower panel 300*300, reached me on 22nd july, order no-[protected], when it arrived to me, the cartoon packaging was not of jaquar box not even warranty paper was there, when i checked the same product in original jaquar site with product code 1839 here is the link http://thai.jaquar.com/en/overhead-shower-ohs-1839, the product is completely different from which was delivered to me, so immediately i returned the product after when the product got picked up they sent me text message "returned item qc failed". I am attaching the picture of screenshot of snapdeal website where they selling fake/duplicate product. I want complete refund of 2950/-

Till now i have not received any response, i have mailed several times, now you sent me mail that you will not refund me as it fails, quality check, first of all you have sent me a fake/duplicate product as details sent in mail and above its mentioned, i am going to file a consumer complaint regarding the big fraud of duplicacy with all the proof.FYI, I have sent mail many times to [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com
