Dear sir, i have ordered a jaquar shower panel 300*300, reached me on 22nd july, order no-[protected], when it arrived to me, the cartoon packaging was not of jaquar box not even warranty paper was there, when i checked the same product in original jaquar site with product code 1839 here is the link http://thai.jaquar.com/en/overhead-shower-ohs-1839, the product is completely different from which was delivered to me, so immediately i returned the product after when the product got picked up they sent me text message "returned item qc failed". I am attaching the picture of screenshot of snapdeal website where they selling fake/duplicate product. I want complete refund of 2950/-

Till now i have not received any response, i have mailed several times, now you sent me mail that you will not refund me as it fails, quality check, first of all you have sent me a fake/duplicate product as details sent in mail and above its mentioned, i am going to file a consumer complaint regarding the big fraud of duplicacy with all the proof.FYI, I have sent mail many times to [protected]@snapdeal.com, [protected]@snapdeal.com

    On line i have booked a watch for rs.298 on 04th aug 2017. Immediately i got a reply that the watch would be delivered to you between 07th aug 2017 to 10th aug 2017.
    Today is 10th aug. Neither i received the watch nor any information form snapdeal.

      On 10-Aug-201 snapdeal resent the philips trimmer which i earlier returned. please see the images of that product & there was one more shocking i saw the trimmer begin used because i saw tiny hairs inside the blades

      I ordered a philips trimmer, i got it but the the original philips box packing was damaged so i cancelled it.. the query said its in process of quality check
      & then i received a mail
      " As your item does not meet our quality check guidelines, we have shipped it back to your original delivery address. It will be delivered to you within next 7-8 days...
      Please note that in case you refuse to accept delivery, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your item. Your return request remains closed."

      my simple question is will anyone gift his friend with a damaged packaging?

      pls tell me this is the way you treat a customer...

          I received it on 26 june. And on july 5 the phone is not charging as the charger getting connected and disconnected persistently. I don't expect this from a new bought phone. Pls inform.
          And one more thing is u have delivered item whose features differ from specifications of cover page of phone to that of features shown in snap deal.
          On mobile box it is written as 8mp front cam but on snapdeal it is written as 13mp front camera.

              I bought a puma shoe 9 july 2017 from snapdeal but got small size shoe then i requested for exchange. But after 2 days i got massage from snapdeal that they cant exchange because size is not available, so they will refund my money.
              And today is 09 august 2017 and i am still waiting for my money and i am trying to contact to customer care but its very difficult them... Only few times my calls contact to customer care rest of the time i was just wasting my time to contacting them.
              Its very pathetic and disappointing.

                I ordered a gift (Go hooked multicolour wooden wall painting with frame set of 3) (Order id: [protected]) on 26 july 2017 from snapdeal and paid rs.974/-. Then, i got a sms and email on 28 july 2017 that my order has been delivered. But neither me nor my any friend have received any parcel from the "snapdeal". Then, i sent an email ([protected]@snapdeal.com) to snapdeal, then they replied that "please check with your family/neighbours if they have accepted the package on your behalf". Then i replied that no one has received the parcel. After that i sent several reminder emails (More than 10 emails/complaints) that no one has received the parcel so please look into the matter, but they have not replied even single time. I also asked to return my money, but as usual they are not replying.

                    I had ordered 14 ltrs capacity car washer vide order id-[protected] at a cost of rs 5026.00 through cash on delivery system, received the ordered items on[protected]. On testing heavy water leakage observed through the bottom of the bucket. Complain was lodge on consumer complain web site of snap deal on[protected]. On the same night 2 nos call received from cell no[protected] and[protected] from snap deal as they told and after discussion they informed that the appliance is defective and they will cancel the order and for refund of the paid amount the 19 digit ATM card number will be required. I thought as they are from snapdeal, a good reliable company and after hesitation gave the no as asked for. On inquiry it has found that total 9999.00 (3 nos transaction) has been made and withdrawn from my account. I want justice from snapdeal atleast replacement of the defective items/refund of amount and punish the culprit and save faith on the snapdeal. Hope snapdeal will look into the matter and solve my problem . But till to date no fruitful action is observed .

                    Hellow, team snapdeal, what happened to my complain dated[protected], about making fool to customers by supplying defective, unusable car washer appliance by snapdeal . Till to date as on[protected] no response has been found from snapdeal, either the defective items should be replace or refund of money to me . Please do something, the activity of your company has been observed by the Indian customers and every needy customers will be afraid of ordering anything from yours fraud and hopeless Snapdeal company . Hope this time your company will do something to redress my grievances .

                      Please stop taking customers for granted. I had placed an order for mi power bank and received a fake one. Upon initiating a refund, it sends me a message about quality check failed. I just payed 600 bucks for that item. And i am being fooled by this quality check policy. Please initiate a refund as soon as possible or i will have to raise a token about the same.

                              After many requests made by me to refund my amount they failed to refund it.. I have approached to consumer court ranga reddy telangana state. 2 hearings were completed but the snapdeal and dealer failed to come to the court.

                              I purchased chair on 19th april 2017 and paid 8513+ delivery charge of 380. The next day a carpenter had come from snapdeal to fix the chair. He found the chair was damaged and intimated same to the customer care. Hence snapdeal asked to send pics and reverse pick was done and atlast after 20 to 25 days they are saying your refund will not be processed so i have filed a case in consumer court.

                                My sister had ordered one wildcraft bag pack from snapdeal on 5 jul 2017 however when we received the order, we found bag is different from the order (Actual bag was having 2 compartment on the upper side however we have ordered a bag 3 compartment.

                                We initiated for refund and informed snapdeal to take the bag return and return our money. They collected the bag and informed us they will refund the amount. However suddenly they returned our bag again to our family member without any notification & they updated their status online that we found quality checking issue.

                                Its a pure non sense thing that could happen to anyone o[censored]s. Finally i have informed my family & friends about this issue and alerted them not to take anything from snapdeal anymore.

                                Ps : i follow up for my refund again but they didnt reply a word on my query.

                                      I got d same call +[protected] from and email today
                                      I can't believe these people are such thieves.
                                      First call i got from a girl named shraddha then she transferred my call to priya sharma
                                      I paid 4000 through paytm
                                      But did not get any confirmation msg or email 😢
                                      They promised this purchase is going to reflect in my snapdeal account my orders and i will get 10%cashback as i am paying through paytm
                                      This is how these frauds use to loot our hard earned money
                                      What to do pls help
                                      How can i get my money back.

                                        This is regarding sub order id [protected]. I have registered complaint 3 times recently and they are not replying either at phone or email. I bought this lan adapter and it stopped working within its warranty period. I contacted snapdeal then and they told me that they will make the refund once it send the product to their hub. I did the same and sent it and now when i am trying to contact, they are not reply. Neither my refund has been initiated.
