    Dear team,

    It's regarding my below complain (Reference no:[protected] raised with [protected]@snapdeal.com on 2/7/2017.

    Dolphin solitaire fabric 3+2 seater sofa set - brown & grey

    A very very worst product. I didn't expect snapdeal to sell such low quality products. I just wonder how snapdeal is having such fraud vendor's associated with them. Such a fraudulence and cheating act will not be tolerated or accepted at all.

    The team is covering the defective and very bad quality product which they sold to the customer and giving the predetermined term “damaged” and claiming that it doesn’t come under warranty. The same song singing from the very first day.

    I am really surprised by the behavior, the rudeness, the unprofessionalism and the resolution the customer care executives are providing me. Other than resolving the issue and hearing the genuine grievances of the customer, they have been giving me illogical and baseless overview of terms, conditions and policies and definitely they are trying to cover the low quality product that has been sold on snapdeal.

    Snapdeal and vendor took 13 days more to install the product. Without installing the legs of the product one can't use the sofa sets at all.

    The product was ready to be used on 15/1/2017. Hence forth, from 15/01/2017 till 02/07/2017 (Complain raised), the total days are 169 and well within the warranty of 6 months or 180 days.

    Please note, it is still under warranty period when i have raised the complaint on 2/7/2017

    As promised on call to give me a guaranteed resolution on my issue by the escalation team on 6th, 7th and 8th of july 2017 during follow-up, i please urge you to take the issue seriously and action on my concern and provide me with a definite resolution as early as possible.

    It's becoming a high time since i have been following the issue for couple of weeks now.

    Snapdeal help team seems to have taken my issue very casually and moving the case round and round which is not at all acceptable and will not be tolerated at all.

    So i request you to please take immediate action and give me a guaranteed resolution as assured.

    What a drama has been staged by snapdeal and vendor to cover up the truth and fool the customer in the name of term “damaged”.

    Got a mail from [protected]@snapdeal.com and they are singing the same old song that the product is damaged and it doesn’t comes under warranty which they are determined from the very first day.

    It seems like the resolution to be given is preplanned, predetermined and was decided earlier what need to be told to the customer. Just a drama was planned in the name of inspection to cheat and fool the customer.

    What surprising and shocking is, even the technician (Named irfan) who came for inspection, inspected the product and reiterated us regarding the defective problem of the product and poor quality of the product. He himself told that the product is defective and is of very low quality and is not worth at all. The wordings has been manipulated by snapdeal. The response coming from snapdeal team is “damaged”. How easily snapdeal are fooling and cheating the customer in the name of “damaged” product and telling “damaged” doesn’t come under warranty.

    And suddenly the guys from escalation team who used to call me for follow up and to whom i have described the whole scenario and who has assured for 100% positive resolution are silent now. No response at all. Everything seems to be fishy over here.

    From the very first day i have mentioned it due to manufacturing defect the inside wood of the right arm of the 2 seater sofa has bended downside. No external damage has been has been done from our side. The snapdeal team has come up with a resolution terming as "damaged" what they are continuing to do from the very first day to avoid their fault and fool the customer.

    I am really surprised to see that after sharing the genuine concern ofdefective product for so many days with all the teams, the [protected]@snapdeal.com is determined to resolve the issue with the term "damaged" and close the case which is clear cut of cheating and fraudulence act. Other than resolving the issue and hearing the genuine grievances of the customer, they have been giving me illogical and baseless overview of terms, conditions and policies and definitely they are trying to cover the low quality product that are being sold on snapdeal.

    I can say with guarantee that they haven't used wood inside, they used only formica sheets. Every time we sit in the sofa, they makes cracking sounds. While ordering the sofa online, it was clearly mentioned that they are using fine/teak woods. I am 100% sure that the sofa sets will not survive for few more months, which is totally unacceptable and is a clear cut of fraud and cheating case.

    Even i mentioned 100 times and shared all the experiences and the situation of the product with the team and grievances team, everything looks to be in vain. Nothing has been heard of the customer and cheating & fooling the customer is the moto after all.

    The team again coming up with the word “damaged” rather than the actual truth of defective product.

    I want the sofa set to be repaired/ fixed immediately or i want my refund of my money or compensation for that and it is still under warranty period since i have raised the complaint on 2/7/2017. It is not worth kind of product with such huge money.

    I haven't received any response yet from the Snapdeal team regarding my above complaint ("Snapdeal.com — defective and very low quality product - need to be repaired immediately") raised on 15/07/2017 at https://www.consumercomplaints.in.

    The original complain (Reference no:[protected] was raised with Snapdeal on 02/07/2017.

    They always ignored the customer complain and grievances and fooling the customer in the name of their baseless, illogical terms and policies. By their rudeness and unprofessional behavior, they tried to cover up their mistake and the low quality & defective product they have sold.

    Cheating the customer by selling very poor quality product and looting the customer in the name of terms and conditions will not be accepted and tolerated at all.

    I want the defective sofa set to be repaired/ fixed immediately or I want my refund of my money or compensation for that.

    I urge the team to look at the matter with utmost priority and provide me with definite resolution.

          I tried to buy a nokia 150 dual sim on 11 th july 2017. But the transaction failed but the money deducted from my account. The shopping site is snapdeal. I called the costumer care they said to wait for 72 hours for refund. They promised for refund. But money is not refunded yet. What should i do.             I ordered two mobile phones on 23 june from snapdeal. Order no[protected] &[protected]. Because i got cheaper price in local market i cancelled the both orders. Now 20 days have passed they have not refunded my amount. The worst is the site shows item delivered to me however i did not accept their item. Customer care executive not attending my call. I want to know why my money has not been refunded yet and why executive not declaring current status of my complain. Why it is still showing item delivered to me however i have not received item. I am providing details below. These are replies from team snapdeal when i first register complain. After that i have made every effort to talk to them but they dont.

                Dear sir,

                I would like to inform you that snapdeal is cheating with it sellers as it places fraud orders to it sellers which can not be delivered and they deduct its logistic charges.

                Out of 20 orders i get only one or 2 get delivered and all other order returned back to my. And snapdeal deduct a huge logistic fee.

                They hold our payment for a long. My buisness is in complete loss selling on snapdeal. Strict action must be taken against snapdeal.

                Please help me with this issues. Please dont get registerd on snapdeal seller portal for selling on snapdeal you will get nothing instead of a huge loss.

                      I recently returned the shoes in question after finding out that they were a cheap knock-off worth rs.600 which i (Being oblivious) bought for a massive sum of rs.6000. Now that have i returned it to them they're trying to rob me for a worthless piece of garbage and telling me that the product failed the quality check. I couldn't possibly be more mortified after learning that these are the cheap tactics the company deploys to fool the customers and they're showing reluctancy replying to my emails or calls when the case was otherwise before i ordered the product. I now see the kind of fraudulent methods this company is using to frustrate the customers who relentlessly give negative reviews to your service. I still am ready to give you a chance if you smoothly reimburse my money otherwise the consequences may dire. You people are unbelievable.

                        Hey 1.5 month ago... Of returning my item both chinos order id [protected] of amount rs 626 and second order id of amount rs 1199... I already called you and complained about that.. But no response till now.. Now i'm taking a legal action.. I already claimed this file to nation consumer.. My docket i'd is 346992.. You can verify also...
                        My problem was i entered a wrong bank detail in neft refunding forum.. Instead of 16 digit i fill 17 digit. And you also got a reversal of this amount... But still you nit refunding my money... Kindly refund

                          According to this call from +[protected] (On july 13th 2017. True caller says its from maharastra - i recorded this call too) on minimum purchase of rs.4000, there is a assured gift (Gift like iphone, led tv, bluestar a/c etc... Such other expensive gifts). Cod is not available... There is only online payment option... And i need to complete my transaction by 4 pm.
                          I requested for an e-mail confirmation & then they say that their server is down. I asked to talk to their authorities & he took some time & he himself answered as a person from accounts department... He said my full address & my e-mail id too to make me believe! He asked me to choose the colour i want.
                          Later, i googled for the "snapdeal fraud" & confirmed that it's a fraud call faced by many.
                          Dear snapdeal... Please look into this & take action. Don't allow others spoil ur reputation.

                              I am a blogger & promoting snapdeal products in my site/group as a affiliate partner from last 11-12 months but till yet i have not recieved a single rupee from them. My all bank & address details with all documents uploaded on thier affiliate account website. From last 6 months i email them 20-25 times & aslo put query on facebook but no reply from their side. They mentally harrassed me alot from last 6 months, now i will take this issue with higher authority. Very pathetic service & support. Kindly send my affiliate payment as soon as possible.                                 I applied a job in snapdeal via quicker job. After applying i have receive a email regarding the requirement and then i fill the form and send my details.
                                After 2 days i have a receive a conformation regarding the selection and they call me and said pay the amount of rupees 1650 (Uniform fees).
                                After paying the amount, for opening salary account and mediclaim they told me to pay the amount of rupees 5990.
                                They said that the amount 5990 is refundable after opening the account.
                                After i paid the amount they are not responding to me.

                                    We have ordered karma tv-30 from snapdeal worth rs 6800/. We had got the product, after some one or two days we have registered a refund complaint of the product and they get ready to refund our money. Then we had sent the karma tv-30 to their warehouse. But they had refunded onlyrs 680/ instead of rs 6800/. And we had got the email from our bank is only rs 680/and the courier charges is rs 900/. They could not given our money return thats why i am raising a complaint against them.
