Now 20 days have passed they have not refunded my amount. The worst is the site shows item delivered to me however i did not accept their item. Customer care executive not attending my call. She mentioned that i have been selected to be a part of The Biggest Snapdeal Promotion ever and i am eligible for free gifts on purchase of Rs 4000 worth of goods.
The payment to be made was only via online modes. The mail read:

Out of 20 orders i get only one or 2 get delivered and all other order returned back to my. And snapdeal deduct a huge logistic fee.

I order amway nutrilite daily 120 tablet price of 1370 through snapdeal through delhivery id[protected] but i got diffrent product calcium plus tablet.. tonga herbs..after refund request they said order is not dispatched yet..resolve my problem..if not then i file case against snapdeal.....

I recently returned the shoes in question after finding out that they were a cheap knock-off worth rs.600 which i (Being oblivious) bought for a massive sum of rs.6000. Now that have i returned it to them they're trying to rob me for a worthless piece of garbage and telling me that the product failed the quality check. We have ordered karma tv-30 from snapdeal worth rs 6800/. We had got the product, after some one or two days we have registered a refund complaint of the product and they get ready to refund our money. Then we had sent the karma tv-30 to their warehouse. I have placed order online to snapdeal for amway nutrilite for 120 tablets on cod mode of payment. I have received a pkt from snapdeal through delhivery courier bill no.[protected].
