I have received a parcel in which there is no phone. I have raised a complaint at snapdeal and i have mentioned that. I have received a bill that does not contact an device imei. But snapdeal did not refund may amount stating that i have some transactions discrepancies, that have not given me a product a proper bill and my money is gone.
One snapdeal agent came to my place and verified everything along with a scanned copy of my government-issued photo id and address proof along with parcel images from all possible angels again snap deal asked me to provide same thing after 2 hours of his visit.

Next day in the morning i am getting this

I do not have any other snapdeal account.

Please refund my money. You have not give me the product, you have not give me the proper invoice (A phone invoice must contact imei or phone serial number) you are not refunding my money. I have called you and asked you what is the problem. And the customer care executive is telling me that she can't resolve the problem. It has been decided by senior team. I am sending emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but i am not getting any response.
Just getting some automated email that they can not process my refund.

I need my money back. Or please send me a proper product.

    Sir i have purchased a mobile order no. [protected]. But item not received according to their specifications mentioned in the site. On the next day (13th of july) i returned it confirmation number 42925338. Today one of your representative called up and said that they have gone through the quality check and they are going to return back to me. It was clearly mentioned in your specifications that it has vibration facility. But the phone doesn't have. Now they are not accepting it. I have provided the screen shot of the site. But they said they won't return my money back. Need your help.

      My return request was accepted on 11.06.2017, vide screen shot attached. On 12.06.2017, an email was sent that suspicious activities were found in my account & the account is suspended. Also no refund or replacement would be provided on the same, screenshot attached of the same. Tried to get in touch with snapdeal nuber of times, but the customer care executives talk rudely. Also not ready to update the reason for suspension of account, only telling that the back end has done the same, & nothing can be done. Please help me out.

      Again the same update, & new screenshot sent by Snapdeal. Please update the suspicious transaction in my account. Snapdeal cannot block the account, & not refund the product, without giving any proper reason, just internal checks update. Need to update that though the mail was sent on 26.07.2017, nothing of that is mentioned on the reply received from them.

        I have ordered royal fashion geogrette one-pice dress on 24 may 2017 received the product on 31 may 2017 and i dont like the quality of produced, so i returned the product by courier as there is no pick up service available for location.
        From last 2 month im following with snapdeal but they not refunded money yet.

          My snapdeal order id is [protected]., [protected], [protected] i've been delivered a very cheap and bad puma's duplicate product by seller's mistake and there is no way to directly contact seller and resolve the issue. I raised a replacement request on snapdeal website but it says that no pick up facility available in my area and i've to pack it and return it by myself through courier.

          Courier delivered product to my address and why they are not picking up.
          Also i cancelled order on 15th june and didnt got the money back [protected],

          I suspect that snapdeal or its sellers are running a fraud business. They intentionally send a wrong cheap product and then ask the customer to return it by courier. The returning process is so hectic that the buyer is just going to give up and will never send the product back

          The return process is rather a harassment. Following are the steps to return a snapdeal product:

          [ easy steps to return your snapdeal item

          Step 1. Repack item with invoice, accessories, original labels and tags.
          Step 2. Download, print and paste the return form on the package. Click here for the return form.
          Step 3. Send the package to our warehouse. Don't forget to take the courier receipt from the courier.
          Step 4. Upload a scanned copy of the courier receipt at help center. Go to your relevant order and select an issue under ‘i have a query on returns/refunds/cashback’. Here you can drag and drop the scanned copy.

          I couldnt get the place to upload it,

          * please note that refund/replacement will be initiated only if the original packaging, tags, etc. Are present along with the returned item. ]

          Snapdeal’s customer care executive will further add to your harassment by repeating same thing again and again. “we are sorry for the inconvenience but you’ve to send the product back following few easy (Harassing) steps”.
          I’ve already sent my complaint to snapdeal’s customer case mail id [protected]@snapdeal.com but no statisfactory action taken by them. Now i’m escalating my complaint and hope proper action will be taken as per consumer affair act.

            I ordered 2 frocks on month of may, tjey both are too small so i returned, one was pink wings frock cost 1252, and other was tiny toons costs 498
            Tiny toons frock was been refused 2 times so snapdeal refunded my money 498 and told me to keep rhat frock
            The frock costs 1252 was successfully delivered on 19 may. I sent 10 times pod of 41925529 there bur they evertime said that they refunded my money of 498, even that was the refund of 42528085 timy toons. Its been 3 months and they mailed my evertime that they are working on my concern. I am unabketi speak customer care now, i wasted my 500 r. S in calling them

                  Dish tv has been ordered on 12th july 2017. Dish tv person visited and installed dish tv connection and now they are asking me to pay for 2000/-.
                  They are saying, we don't know snapdeal, you asked for installation and we did it. Now give our money.
                  Neither i'm getting dishtv installation from snapdeal, nor dishtv connection is being activated and they are also asking me for 2000/- rupees.
                  They are also abusing my wife at home, while i was not at home and ashed her to give them money.

                    I purchased violin from snapdeal and the violin i have received is entirely different from product description. Hence i have returned the item. But i haven't received any refund. Instead i got a mail from snap deal customer care that theater has passed quality check and hence no refund will be initiated. I have not returned the item due to manufacturing defect but the item is entirely different from product description.in their easy return policy they mentioned that you can return the item if it is entirely different from product description.

                          I ordered amway nutrilite glucosamine hcl with boswellia (120n capsules) from snapdeal website. Even cancelling confirmation from snapdeal side, i received this order and i paid rs. 1800 (As mentioned on invoice attached outside the box) for same. But when i opened the pack i found product was not same which i ordered. It was some other brand product with cost of rs. 210 (Mentioned on label of the bottle). I have been sent some fraud product on the name of amway by snapdeal’s seller and took 1800 from me. Product was in snapdeal packing and invoice was on name of snapdeal (Pics attached) there is something serious fraud is being done by snapdeal with involvement with their seller.
                          The seller of snapdeal was not contactable since there was no phone number or email id mentioned on invoice.
                          When contacted snapdeal, they refused to take any responsibility of same; even fraud is being done on their name. I purchased from snapdeal platform and only they were knowing about my purchasing. They manipulated and illegally transmitted my information to someone else and sent me some fraud product on their name and took 1800 from me.

                              Beware while placing an order with snapdeal. They are the crook of highest order. I had by mistake placed an order for urhalt phyto-oil. The two bottles were shipped to me in a single pack. I placed an order for the return. The product was lifted by vulcan express on 22nd May 2017 after proper verification. However snapdeal refunded my only for one bottle stating that they have received back only one bottle. Case was registered by snapdeal (case ID[protected]. After so much of persuasion on their stupid helpline for 2 months they finally told me that they are not going to refund by money. Planing to approach consumer protection court.

                                (1) the system is showing the product as "delivered" but i have not received the product. The delivery address was in raxaul, bihar.

                                (2) the tracking number provided shows the product was delivered in mumbai. So, there was something wrong with the delivery.

                                (3) initially, i was told that i will get the refund. So far, i have neither received any refund nor the product.

                                (4) no "human" is present on the support call, and hence no matching option for this issue.

                                      I ordered one fastrack men's watched then they delivered wrong model, again raised request for the delivery of right model, again delivered wrong model. Then request for return, no one came to collect, then they share address and told me to courier material on this address. I did the same, material is delivered on 10th july 2017, but they are not updating anything or returning money. Even i couldn't connect my call to their customer care. Help to me t get my money back.

                                        I had ordered an "blue star 1.5 ton r410a inverter cnhw18raf split air conditioner" on 22 june, before payment and just after payment it says that it will be delivered by 27 june. I planned accordingly all other works so that i can get that installed and attend my other works, but for every alternate day the delivery date was changing and i kept on postponing my works according to delivery date and it was delivered on 3rd july where i cant wait two more days for installation, due to heavy bundled up work left.
                                        The installation people from bluestar also responded two days late and when they visit my home after looking at product they clearly mentioned that this model doesn't work in telangana region, and if you visit any store you cant find it because bluestar doesn't recommend this product in this region and told that please return the product & order a different model from snapdeal. Bluestar people has also mentioned that this model in this region doesn't even function as aircooler, sir for a common man 40, 000 is not a small amount and we shop that large amount online only on the trust of snapdeal.
                                        Sir can you please imagine how a common individual feels if a 40, 000 ac which doesn't function while he see it daily, through his life how much he should be regretting online purchase from snapdeal.
                                        Sir at least if it was mentioned in the product page i wouldnt have ordered that and if the product could have reached on time as snapdeal promised i could have known that i could have requested for return immediately, but both didn't happen sir.
                                        Sir the bluestar installation people has refused to install that as it is not suitable and the product is not even opened from the box sir, not even single tape sir.

                                        Please understand the problem sir.

                                        I need this product to be returned, as the product description doesn't convey that it doesn't in particular region and the product was delivered late, which resulted in delay in raising return.
