Sir,
Snapdeal is not refunding my money (INR 8, 000) for the Camera Canon IXUS 190 that i purchased from them.After getting the camera I realized that the device is not compatible with my Cellphone and Laptop and I returned. The returned product passed quality check also. They are not refunding my hard earned money since last 4 months. Please help!

        Hello SD Team,

        My name is Ankit Chauhan, I placed an order for a Samsung Head Phones Order ID: [protected] on 23rd June and Due to some defect, I asked for the replacement. I received a call for pick up from the courier partner for the pick up and on 3rd July I submitted the packet to him along with the original packing and bill.

        Then on 4th July I received an SMS from Snapdeal stating “My pick up location is out of serviceable area and I need to courier my packet to the ware house” Still the status on the website under my orders is “Waiting for Packet”.

        My question is why this miss communication and what is the reason for the delay in replacement?

        My order had already been picked up and I even have the number of the courier person who picket my parcel. I’m sharing his details below.

        He is the same person who had delivered few more items I ordered from Snapdeal, also he had that entry on his delivery sheet which they carry at the time of delivery for customer signing.
        I had been following up with your customer service team from last 2-3 days and all they say is “We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we will resolve it, we had escalated this issue”

        You may reach me at my mobile number in case of any future clarification required.

        Long story short, All I want is my order replacement ASAP or else I had to reach consumer court for treating your customer like this.

          I ordered a ambrane powerbank from snapdeal on 23 June on 1 of July I got a delivery without snapdeal packaging, but mentioned my name address and ordered details, but on opening I found it is not powerbank but a fake and cheap wrist watch. N I lodge a complaint immediately on snapdeal customer care and they assured to resolve the issue and replace my product, but after 5 days of dealing they rejected to replace the order and said this product was not send by them and they can't do anything.

            I also received the phone call today, the number is +91 [protected], she was telling me the offer taht you choose a product like iphone 7 and just buy anything from snapdeal, tell us the id and through pytm you can also pay, but payment is done through them and then they will send both the goods together. This is fraud and like this case has arised in the near past as well. Snapdeal team should take this seriously. It is the value and the name of snapdeal thats been damaged in this. Snapdeal is fooling us thats the tag that comes in. Please take a serious note of this. And if you do so then this will be chance to enhance your loosing name in the market.

                  I ordered for iphone7 in april starting and they delivered me an empty box of 4s to which i started my procedure then someone from there end named as there engineer who surveyed everythingand gave me a green signal to which i have there receiptsigned by engineer then somebody from customer care department modified my complaint as empty box rec'd only then the whole thing started and they thought that i was lying to them but i didn't i have there empty box of 4s to which this scenario continued for 2 months then i messaged there ceo about all the activities but he was reluctant to help me and now i want to go to consumer court. Mainly ceo was very indecent as he asked me for the pictures then i provided him and then he closed my case saying i did not sent him anything and i have screenshots of everything as i did sent him.

                    The play backup is only about 50 minutes, whereas it had been stated to have a battery backup of 5 hrs.
                    Pl ask the vendor to send new batteries with instructions for replacement in the said speaker or else I will return it .As I believe it has not gone through proper quality checks.

                      These two products I have returned to your warehouse ...in my account it is showing they have reached to your warehouse and quality checking is going on ... it's already 23 days the products reached to you... I have called around 10 times every time customer care request me to wait for 24 hrs u would get mail or call... but nothing happens... today I called to customer care and what I got to know dat my refund won't be done because there are some issues in my account... for god sake snapdeal is this a joke u have given refund to me for some other products in the same account... all of a sudden some discrepancy arises... it can not be more unethical that u are keeping both the returned products along with the money and troubling Customer how u could justify it... I request you go through my issue please be ethical on your business I have never experienced such thing in any marketplace... I m really frustrated now... return my money

                              I have ordered the material from Snap deal on 26/june/2017 for COD basis till 30th june no reply from snap deal all of sudden the courier called me and delivery the material for the COD charge. i paid the cod amount and collected the material, when i saw the materials it is not the material which is have ordered. I complained the snap deal for the same, but after a long dispute they finally confirmed the seller who sent the material is not an authorized seller, seller has betrayed the snap deal, so they are not ready to involve in this case, so the snap deal is not ready to refund my COD amount which i have paid for the product even i am ready to return back the materials. My points are clear 1. if they are not responsible for my order, how can i trust them for the payment/ credit/ netbanking etc. So guys please avoid snap deal at any cost it is my humble request get safe from Snap deal cheater...

                                Hi Snapdeal Team,

                                I got below mail and call on 28 June (form this no. [protected] & [protected]) around 4:00 pm form customer care executive (Name : Shraddha Sharma) of snapdeal. Congratulated me on winning expensive gifts (as per below mail deals). To avail the gift I have to pay 4000 to the account.

                                customer care executive (Name : Shraddha Sharma) of snapdeal told me the payment mode is only through Paytm, net banking & imobile pocket. She told to to select any 3 product (that cost around 4000) but not place from app because to avail the gift I have to place the order over phone only and will get the product in 2 days.

                                I selected 3 items (CURL UP Multicolour Satin Abstract Double Bedsheet, Raymond Blue Polyester Abstract Double Quiilt & [protected]@Home 100% Cotton 152 TC King Size Bedsheet) form snapdeal that is still added in snapdeal card and paid the amount Rs. 4037 through Paytm to no. [protected] (To Snap Deal) with txn ID. [protected].
                                After payment done, i got confirmation mail from no. [protected] as well.

                                When I called after 2 days on same customer care no. ([protected] & [protected]), no one is picking the call and after some time I got a call from no. [protected] (Ranveer singh). He toking to me very badly and abusing me when I told for refund my money.

                                I have all the screen shot and call dissuasion records. I request you to take stick action and refund my money ASAP. I am attaching all the Screen shot of paytm payment, confirmation message and calls that i got form snapdeal customer care executive.

                                If I will not get any response on urgent basics, I will go to consumer court or police to take action no these people's. Please take my request on urgent basics and reply me back.

                                  I had purchased adidas navy blue shoes on 27 th of Aprail, order no is [protected]. at the time of making the payment through net banking the amount which was RS 2523 was deducted twice from my account. the amount which was wrongly reducted by payment gateway was credited into my account on 9th of May but the refund which i was expecting from snapdeal has not been returned to me.

                                    I placed order (Order id [protected]) with snapdeal on 16th june, 2017 after multiple follow-ups finally product was delivered on 30th june, 2017 (15 days after order was placed) that too after multiple calls and 3 emails written to there shameless ceo who don't care about customer sentiments.

                                    I thought my mental torture is over just be surprised with another level of torture which has been initiated.

                                    Product delivered was open box where i paid for brand new product, opened the request for refund / replacement which they has refused to accept, even replacement request was opened within an hour of receipt of this open box product, shared with them all the pics, but they are blind enough to make out the difference.

                                    Wish me best of luck with these cheaters and whomsoever is reading please don't buy from snapdeal even if its offered for free.

                                    These people are going out of business because of this arrogance.

                                      I have purchased glen lpg stove 1033 gt ai 3 burner auto gas stove. It delivered on 1st july 2017. Everything is fine... Two burners are working properly but the third and the biggest one is not at all working. As a result we are getting problems. We have trsuted on your site that's why we placed order.
                                      Please give some suggestions to solve this problem..

                                      My order no [protected] - hello i have ordered a pepe jeans from snapdeal of rs 1199..and due to fitting issue I returned to snapdeal and they ask for my bank account number.. and bymistake i tell him incroreect bank detail.. and now i sended the right one and now they got reversal from bank.. but still they didn't refund my money.. plzz help me..

                                        I had ordered an ambrane powerbank from snapdeal. On 23/06/2017. Its 02/07/2017 and still not delivered. My expected delivery date was 26/06/2017-29/06/2017. I have still not received the product. Now they are telling that they would be able to deliver the product as seller is offline. I had ordered at price of 699/- inr. Now they are asking me to reorder again. And when i am trying to reorder then the price of product is now 1099/- inr. They have increased the price. Now they want me to reorder. So this is their trick to cheat the customer. When i had ordered at other websites also it was less. But i chose snapdeal. But now there are cheating. Now price is increased everywhere. Beware guys.

                                        I requested them to deliver the same powerbank may be from a different seller. But they denied this also. I dont mind getting the same item from a different seller if the price i have to pay is same. Do look into this matter.
