I placed order (Order id [protected]) with snapdeal on 16th june, 2017 after multiple follow-ups finally product was delivered on 30th june, 2017 (15 days after order was placed) that too after multiple calls and 3 emails written to there shameless ceo who don't care about customer sentiments.

I thought my mental torture is over just be surprised with another level of torture which has been initiated.

Product delivered was open box where i paid for brand new product, opened the request for refund / replacement which they has refused to accept, even replacement request was opened within an hour of receipt of this open box product, shared with them all the pics, but they are blind enough to make out the difference.

Wish me best of luck with these cheaters and whomsoever is reading please don't buy from snapdeal even if its offered for free.

These people are going out of business because of this arrogance.

    I have purchased glen lpg stove 1033 gt ai 3 burner auto gas stove. It delivered on 1st july 2017. Everything is fine... Two burners are working properly but the third and the biggest one is not at all working. As a result we are getting problems. We have trsuted on your site that's why we placed order.
    Please give some suggestions to solve this problem..

      I had ordered an ambrane powerbank from snapdeal. On 23/06/2017. Its 02/07/2017 and still not delivered. My expected delivery date was 26/06/2017-29/06/2017. I have still not received the product. Now they are telling that they would be able to deliver the product as seller is offline. I had ordered at price of 699/- inr. Now they are asking me to reorder again. And when i am trying to reorder then the price of product is now 1099/- inr. They have increased the price. Now they want me to reorder. So this is their trick to cheat the customer. When i had ordered at other websites also it was less. But i chose snapdeal. But now there are cheating. Now price is increased everywhere. Beware guys.

      I requested them to deliver the same powerbank may be from a different seller. But they denied this also. I dont mind getting the same item from a different seller if the price i have to pay is same. Do look into this matter.

            I cancelled my order of kindle paperwhite with item no. [protected] on 25th june before the dispatch of the order. I was supposed to get the refund within 4-7 days but i still haven't received my refund of 10k. I want to know by when will i receive my refund since the 'track refund' button in your app never works. I tried to reach out to the customer care also but i didn't get any respond. Snapdeal really needs to bring up their game of keeping the customers happy.

                    Issue: I bought American tourister suitcase from snapdeal in October 2014 and invoice not received from seller on mail and same not provided in my snapdeal account .

                    1 .I am chasing snapdeal and calling multiple times to provide but they are saying ur query will resolve in 24 hour but after that no response invoice and some garbage letter they send as a invoice but that is not actual invoice – same attached with this mail .

                    2 .I used to call snapdeal in every week since last 5 months but no resolution so far and I am not frustrated with SNAPDEAL and kind of service they provide to customer .

                    3 .This is my Complain to get the invoice because warranty will be over after 3 months and then service center will not be repair my suitcase in the absent of Invoice/Bill .

                    4 .Also if they are unable to provide the invoice/Bill then they can say very clearly they cannot provide the same, also if it will come on your show so that public can understand what kind of services are providing by snapdeal to customer’s .
                    So customer will be beware before buying the product from snapdeal .

                                I Pawan Kansal (Contact No.[protected] resident of Seth Brij lal Street, Ward No 14, Jaitu (PUNJAB), ordered and booked a Samsung Mobile Galaxy J3 on June 2, 2017 vide order number [protected], confirmation mail was sent by Snapdeal.That a Parcel was sent snapdeal, was received by me on June 8, and when i opened the parcel in presence of delivery boy, i was shocked to see that parcel was containing a TRIMMER, i called on Snapdeal helpline number[protected] immediately in presence of delivery boy, i was asked helpline to take a photo of TRIMMER and send through email, I did the same as per instructions of Snapdeal helpline, and after that i received an email from in which it said that wrong delivered parcel will be picked back in 48 hours and it was picked up on June 12. That after two days i called helpline to know about my pending order of Mobile Phone Samsung galaxy J3 but surprisingly i was told that picked up item does not match
                                quality product about which i had no connection or concern at all and moreove i was informed through email on JUNE 17 that TRIMMER is being sent back to me.So please help me in getting my ordered moblile, thanks

                                    I have ordered a mobile (Lava x81) on 29.05.2017through my credit card but in others site the price was low so i cancelled the product immediately and they sharing that the refund initiated but not reflect my credit card as on 29.06.2017. I requested snapdeal to provide me arn no but they not still did it. And i have contacted several time but they assuring me but don't do the real work.

                                    I have ordered Cbeeso company's beige colour product and I have received a complete different product. I have returned the product and not yet received the money. If you can't even deliver the correct product which is being requested Jus close the business and sit at home.

                                      I was not satisfied with the product and told to return. I have returned the shipment and when i ask for an update they are giving me an answer that they cannot assure any return as they did not receive the item and on top of it the sent the below explanation..

                                      We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request.

                                      When i ask what is this about they are simply saying they got this info from backend team and they cannot give a refund. Had a word with all levels in customer support team but of no use.

                                      If my account had some issues why are they fst accepting me to buy any products and not accepting a return when i'm not satisfied with their product. I have bought multiple products from snapdeal till date.

                                      Not sure whom to contact. Customer care team good for nothing and not providing any details on whom to contact.
                                      I went warehouse (50km from my place) to check if they have got my shipment and got clarification from them that its there.

                                      There is no solution from snapdeal. Same story they are saying internal checks faild but not giving any details on what has failed.
                                      I see others too has same issue and all have resorted to going to Consumer Forum.
                                      Big cheaters...
                                      I have conformation from warehouse team and the customer care team saying that the returned product is good.
                                      They got their product and not giving money back.

                                      I have sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com till date no reply.
                                      When I call customer care its just hassasment.
                                      But they are not processing refund. Big cheaters...
                                      I have started my procedure for reaching the Consumer Forum.

                                      Return receipt for my shoes mailed to me by Vulcan Express (Snapdeal's warehouse team) .
                                      I'm getting the same reply for every call and mail.

                                      No one is responding or acknowledging mail written to [protected]@snapdeal.com.

                                      Hi got a call from snapdeal and told they will process my refund but no update on why they were doing all this till date and why was the exception made now.

                                      I need answers from this cheating company. Its total harassment, you make your own rules and hold customer money and then make exception when I go to a consumer forum or a legal action. You are snapping peoples money with no good reason. With this kind of attitude people will loose hope on online shopping. Its a very bad trade practice which you are following not just for me it will impact entire e-commerce business.

                                      Such practices has to be stopped and govt should take necessary actions where People and Country will not suffer due to companies like snapdeal.

                                      All your answers are of no use. You don't give any explanation till date on your issues with the account.
                                      Why did hold my money even after returning the product ? Who will pay for all the trouble I have faced because of you.
                                      If you have issues with anyone's account or what ever it is then inform them and give proper reasons for why you are doing all this. You are giving all these false reasons only if one asks for a return of a product? What kind of practice is it?

                                      Its unethical to form your own rules which are not inline with rules set government of India.

                                      You people talk only if we reach to consumer forums?

                                      For everyone who is looking into my issue. Try to avoid snapdeal where ever possible, there is no guarantee that they will give a good product and give your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. Its a big trap, ones you pay your money there is no way they will give it back. You have to fight for your money and waste your time and money in doing that.
                                      I have been using snapdeal since 2015 and they have not the same company now. If you plan to buy and return a product get prepared for the harassment by the customer care team and run around consumer forums and advocates for help for getting your money back. Below government helpline helped me a lot.
