    I cancelled my order of kindle paperwhite with item no. [protected] on 25th june before the dispatch of the order. I was supposed to get the refund within 4-7 days but i still haven't received my refund of 10k. I want to know by when will i receive my refund since the 'track refund' button in your app never works. I tried to reach out to the customer care also but i didn't get any respond. Snapdeal really needs to bring up their game of keeping the customers happy.

          But i received at approx 8 may i open polly bag but shaw a different broken product sent to me.
          In s.d website pictures i saw a feleez spy eyewear without under frame shown as given image's but i received fully framed free /unfit half glass .
          Very small product unble to fit.
          I compliant c.care immediately for further action on wrong product as per description,
          Request to take action against seller .

          Requested On: 08 May, 2017 DELIVERED cheat with all customers. while processing prepaid order no problem, after money taken then send a very small price product, with unfit size and fully half glass, When compliant to c.care unwanted item sent to me but till now no any action taken on my return request. Today refused to give replacement or refund. Snapdeal only know making uloo and rob his customers, it's TRUE.             This time now it’s my turn where I am not getting feedback proper response from snapdeal on my raised query .

            Issue: I bought American tourister suitcase from snapdeal in October 2014 and invoice not received from seller on mail and same not provided in my snapdeal account .
            Bill /invoice needed for my suitcase American Tourister Velocity Wine Red 4 Wheel Soft Luggage Trolley -Size Small (Below 60 Cm) from snapdeal

            1 .I am chasing snapdeal and calling multiple times to provide but they are saying ur query will resolve in 24 hour but after that no response invoice and some garbage letter they send as a invoice but that is not actual invoice – same attached with this mail .

            2 .I used to call snapdeal in every week since last 5 months but no resolution so far and I am not frustrated with SNAPDEAL and kind of service they provide to customer .

            3 .This is my Complain to get the invoice because warranty will be over after 3 months and then service center will not be repair my suitcase in the absent of Invoice/Bill .

            4 .Also if they are unable to provide the invoice/Bill then they can say very clearly they cannot provide the same, also if it will come on your show so that public can understand what kind of services are providing by snapdeal to customer’s .
            So customer will be beware before buying the product from snapdeal .

                        I Pawan Kansal (Contact No.[protected] resident of Seth Brij lal Street, Ward No 14, Jaitu (PUNJAB), ordered and booked a Samsung Mobile Galaxy J3 on June 2, 2017 vide order number [protected], confirmation mail was sent by Snapdeal.That a Parcel was sent snapdeal, was received by me on June 8, and when i opened the parcel in presence of delivery boy, i was shocked to see that parcel was containing a TRIMMER, i called on Snapdeal helpline number[protected] immediately in presence of delivery boy, i was asked helpline to take a photo of TRIMMER and send through email, I did the same as per instructions of Snapdeal helpline, and after that i received an email from in which it said that wrong delivered parcel will be picked back in 48 hours and it was picked up on June 12. That after two days i called helpline to know about my pending order of Mobile Phone Samsung galaxy J3 but surprisingly i was told that picked up item does not match
                        quality product about which i had no connection or concern at all and moreove i was informed through email on JUNE 17 that TRIMMER is being sent back to me.So please help me in getting my ordered moblile, thanks

                              I was not satisfied with the product and told to return. I have returned the shipment and when i ask for an update they are giving me an answer that they cannot assure any return as they did not receive the item and on top of it the sent the below explanation..

                              We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request.

                              When i ask what is this about they are simply saying they got this info from backend team and they cannot give a refund. Had a word with all levels in customer support team but of no use.

                              If my account had some issues why are they fst accepting me to buy any products and not accepting a return when i'm not satisfied with their product. I have bought multiple products from snapdeal till date.

                              Not sure whom to contact. Customer care team good for nothing and not providing any details on whom to contact.
                              I went warehouse (50km from my place) to check if they have got my shipment and got clarification from them that its there.

                              There is no solution from snapdeal. Same story they are saying internal checks faild but not giving any details on what has failed.
                              I see others too has same issue and all have resorted to going to Consumer Forum.
                              Big cheaters...
                              I have conformation from warehouse team and the customer care team saying that the returned product is good.
                              They got their product and not giving money back.

                              I have sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com till date no reply.
                              When I call customer care its just hassasment.
                              But they are not processing refund. Big cheaters...
                              I have started my procedure for reaching the Consumer Forum.

                              Hi got a call from snapdeal and told they will process my refund but no update on why they were doing all this till date and why was the exception made now.

                              I need answers from this cheating company. Its total harassment, you make your own rules and hold customer money and then make exception when I go to a consumer forum or a legal action. You are snapping peoples money with no good reason. With this kind of attitude people will loose hope on online shopping. Its a very bad trade practice which you are following not just for me it will impact entire e-commerce business.

                              Such practices has to be stopped and govt should take necessary actions where People and Country will not suffer due to companies like snapdeal.

                              If you have issues with anyone's account or what ever it is then inform them and give proper reasons for why you are doing all this. You are giving all these false reasons only if one asks for a return of a product? What kind of practice is it?

                              Its unethical to form your own rules which are not inline with rules set government of India.

                              You people talk only if we reach to consumer forums?

                              For everyone who is looking into my issue. Try to avoid snapdeal where ever possible, there is no guarantee that they will give a good product and give your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. Its a big trap, ones you pay your money there is no way they will give it back. You have to fight for your money and waste your time and money in doing that.
                              I have been using snapdeal since 2015 and they have not the same company now. If you plan to buy and return a product get prepared for the harassment by the customer care team and run around consumer forums and advocates for help for getting your money back. Below government helpline helped me a lot.

                              There is no solution from snapdeal.
                              They are saying internal checks faild but not giving any details on what.
                              I have conformation from warehouse team and the customer care team saying that the retuend product is good.

                              I have sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com till date no reply.
                              When I call customer care they its just hassasment.

                              But they are not processing refund. I have started my procedure for reaching the Consumer Forum.
                              Why im not seeing my updates. There is no resolution given by snapdeal.
                              Snapdeal is not refunding. They are telling internal issue but not giving any reason.
                              Big cheaters... snapdeal

                              I see others too has same issue and all have resorted to going to Consumer Forum.

                                  We have dispatch 17 order on 13.05.2017 today after 1 hour of dispatch courier boy call me and say please come warehouse because one of your order has a stone instead of a phone, this is a lie because warehouse did not have any cctv footage, in your warehouse our phone replaced with stone, the video was created in phone by supervisor is fake because there is no packing on the product and no lamination on the product just cutting of the sticking seel and showing the out of it this fake video, we believe this video when you open the whole packed phone and the laminated phone in front and then cut of it seal and show us, then we believe that there is a stone in the packet.

                                      Sir,
                                      I'd ordered an item acer one s1003 laptop (1 qty) from snapdeal with order id [protected]. The actual delivery date expected was 03 jun 2016. It got delayed and i didn't get my product till 14 jun 2016. As per the advice of their customer care executive, i cancelled the order on the same date. It was told i'll get my refund of rs11495 in next 6 working days. Till date (27jun 16) i haven't got my refund. I've called them many times, but they were just apologising and telling that the problem will be solved as soon as possible. But they are just giving vague reasons that my product haven't reached back to them. Now, they've also blocked me from calling to their customer care.
                                      Pls do the needful and help me in receiving back my cash.

                                        I have been trying to replace this order from last 1 week and there is no response from Snapdeal either on pickup or replacement of the product. Customer care is also not helpful on that subject. I would like to place a refund request for the same. Mobile number which is specified in order is not correct hence changed, still there is no response from team for anything. Please look into this issue ASAP as this site is losing credibility in eyes of customer because of lethargic responses from Snapdeal.
