Updated by Uday Gundala There is no solution from snapdeal. Same story they are saying internal checks faild but not giving any details on what has failed.
I see others too has same issue and all have resorted to going to Consumer Forum.
Big cheaters...
I have conformation from warehouse team and the customer care team saying that the returned product is good.
They got their product and not giving money back.
I have sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com till date no reply.
When I call customer care its just hassasment.
But they are not processing refund. Big cheaters...
I have started my procedure for reaching the Consumer Forum.

Updated by Uday Gundala Return receipt for my shoes mailed to me by Vulcan Express (Snapdeal's warehouse team) .
I'm getting the same reply for every call and mail.
No one is responding or acknowledging mail written to [protected]@snapdeal.com.

Updated by Uday Gundala Hi got a call from snapdeal and told they will process my refund but no update on why they were doing all this till date and why was the exception made now.
I need answers from this cheating company. Its total harassment, you make your own rules and hold customer money and then make exception when I go to a consumer forum or a legal action. You are snapping peoples money with no good reason. With this kind of attitude people will loose hope on online shopping. Its a very bad trade practice which you are following not just for me it will impact entire e-commerce business.
Such practices has to be stopped and govt should take necessary actions where People and Country will not suffer due to companies like snapdeal.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced. As per our conversation we have accepted your complaint and ready to provide product refund.Please acknowledge the same mail for further action.

Why did hold my money even after returning the product ? Who will pay for all the trouble I have faced because of you.
If you have issues with anyone's account or what ever it is then inform them and give proper reasons for why you are doing all this. You are giving all these false reasons only if one asks for a return of a product? What kind of practice is it?
Its unethical to form your own rules which are not inline with rules set government of India.
You people talk only if we reach to consumer forums?
For everyone who is looking into my issue. Try to avoid snapdeal where ever possible, there is no guarantee that they will give a good product and give your money back if you are not satisfied with the product. Its a big trap, ones you pay your money there is no way they will give it back. You have to fight for your money and waste your time and money in doing that.
I have been using snapdeal since 2015 and they have not the same company now. If you plan to buy and return a product get prepared for the harassment by the customer care team and run around consumer forums and advocates for help for getting your money back. Below government helpline helped me a lot.
