Dear sir/mam,

I bought this ph. (Leeco le2 rose gold) which imei no. [protected] on 13 june 2017, invoice no. S20206/17-18/18950. I booked this ph. From snapdeal, i got the package 15/6/16, in first two week phone was working fine but from 3rd of july i am facing problem with my phone its not getting charged from any charger and charger i got along with phone is working fine. Now my phone is completely switch off due to not charging issue, and i am trying to contact your authorised service centre in faridabad pin no.121001 all service centre address in faridabad provided on net are closed and also trying to contact on your customaer care no.[protected], but unable to contact. Now i want replacement of this mobile phone.
Please reply asap.

      I recently ordered a perfume from snapdeal. Order Id [protected] and invoice number S69D24/1000079. Seller is by the same Skyline sales. When I received the package and started to open it I noticed the box was slightly damp and smelling of perfume. Once I completely opened the box and got the perfume out I saw it was open from the nozzle as can be seen in the pics. The bottle was completely empty. I am highly dissatisfied with the product sent across to me. I have initiated the replacement procedure and my ticket id is 42844169. I read somewhere that perfumes come under non replaceable items. This is highly unacceptable since I received a completely damaged product. I request you to send me a replacement or else I will be forced to take up my case in consumer forum.

              Ordered leeco phone - had issues on day1 - your engineer also verified the defect -after n calls/mails you finally pickup back - after few weeks and numerous calls/mails not even a single response about refund.

              Sent a mail to kunal & rohit as well & awaiting response.

              Check your emails to understand my frustration.
              I am going to do following (starting monday 10th july) if this is resolved immediately:

                          I have ordered a 14 ltrs capacity car washer appliance vide order id-[protected] at a cost of Rs 5024.00 through cash on delivery system . The ordered items has been delivered to me on 8-7-2017 . After taking delivery when I filled the bucket with water for testing purpose, found heavy water leakage through the bottom of the bucket, just below the D.C motor chamber where 2 nos small holes are exist and could not test the items . Now what I will do with this defective items and which breaks my faith on online shopping system .                               I had ordered "Aakrati brass handmade craft door handle pair" at the cost of 1592 rupees on from snapdeal. The item is delivered to me on 7th may 2017. Since, this item was not fit for the door. so i return and replace this on 16th may 2017.
                              According to the refund policies of snapdeal, the money should be refunded after 6-7 business days but the amount is not refunded till now.
                              I have complained to snapdeal customer supports about the issues.They were asking NEFT details of my account and i have provided the information . But STILL they have not refunded my amount. They told me to check my freecharge account. I check it and the amount is not credited to my account.

                              I therefore request you to kind take some action, so that i will get the solution for my problem.

                                  This is in regards to my recent order # [protected] for three products (trimmer, matrix serum, and olay cream) and I have faced issue with all three products. First u guys sent me an old trimmer, for which I am already working for the replacement. For serum, it was leaking when it was opened, I raised a request for replacement. But since it stopped leaking, I cancelled the request and made my peace with it.

                                  for third product, the olay cream it sent, it was a real surprise. It didn’t turn out to be cream, it was in liquid form and there was some granulated stuff inside. My friend tried it on her hand she got rash literally. My friend has used the same cream before but it was not the same. It was no cream at all, not a genuine product. I called your customer service and they kept repeating the apology for it and showed their helplessness and incapability to take return request for the product.

                                  I totally understand there’s no return policy for cosmetics you didn’t send me what ordered. Even if one person can say that its some sort of cream, I would pay you guys again for this product.

                                    The snapdeal company have send a refund after returning of product. they have asked me to send NEFT details. After doing so i received received the refund on my bank account.

                                        Sir,
                                        Snapdeal is not refunding my money (INR 8, 000) for the Camera Canon IXUS 190 that i purchased from them.After getting the camera I realized that the device is not compatible with my Cellphone and Laptop and I returned. The returned product passed quality check also. They are not refunding my hard earned money since last 4 months. Please help!
