Hi,
This is in regards to my recent order # [protected] for three products (trimmer, matrix serum, and olay cream) and I have faced issue with all three products. First u guys sent me an old trimmer, for which I am already working for the replacement. For serum, it was leaking when it was opened, I raised a request for replacement. But since it stopped leaking, I cancelled the request and made my peace with it.
for third product, the olay cream it sent, it was a real surprise. It didn’t turn out to be cream, it was in liquid form and there was some granulated stuff inside. My friend tried it on her hand she got rash literally. My friend has used the same cream before but it was not the same. It was no cream at all, not a genuine product. I called your customer service and they kept repeating the apology for it and showed their helplessness and incapability to take return request for the product.
I totally understand there’s no return policy for cosmetics you didn’t send me what ordered. Even if one person can say that its some sort of cream, I would pay you guys again for this product.
