Ordered leeco phone - had issues on day1 - your engineer also verified the defect -after n calls/mails you finally pickup back - after few weeks and numerous calls/mails not even a single response about refund.

I have placed an order with snapdeal of skmei analog digital FS1016 with reference to order no. Order ID: [protected]. I have made replacement request in Snapdeal . I have purchased HTC 10 mobile on dtd 11 may 17 cost of 20k from SNAPDEAL, bcs of some problem I had retured the product in 19 May 2017 and snapdeal received the same. but i have not received refund yet. I had ordered "Aakrati brass handmade craft door handle pair" at the cost of 1592 rupees on from snapdeal. The item is delivered to me on 7th may 2017. Since, this item was not fit for the door. so i return and replace this on 16th may 2017.
According to the refund policies of snapdeal, the money should be refunded after 6-7 business days but the amount is not refunded till now.
