I have placed order online to snapdeal for amway nutrilite for 120 tablets on cod mode of payment. I have received a pkt from snapdeal through delhivery courier bill no.[protected]. I have paid rs.1800 to courier service. But i found calcium tablets of thonga herbs ltd. Snapdeal informed that they have not despatched the same.in this way snapdeal is cheating the customer. Please do needful

    Hope you are doing well!!

    I have faced some major issue on the snap deal and regarding that, i am writing a mail to you. The issue is with order id ([protected] & [protected]), i have placed this order some time ago and part of the product i liked have kept with me and returned the remaining product.

    However these three products i haven't received the refund. I have called your customer care more than 15 times and write a mail many times but so far didn't get any satisfactory answer. The guy from customer care is saying me there is an issue in quality check and they are not ready to disclose the actual issue. I don't know what is the issue when the product was not used and all the tags and everything is there in the product. I have returned the product in the same condition as i get from the snap deal. Even courier guy before accepting the product have checked everything.

    •united colors of benetton navy blue crochet a line
    •the children's place new born white long sleeve car print shirt and car overalls set
    •the children's place new born white short raglan sleeve top and football denim shortalls set.

    I feel like cheated now still i have not get refund and product are also not with me.

    I never had such bad experience with snap deal. Now i need to think 100 timed before buying on the snap deal, the worst experience i faced do far.

    If this issue is not resolved i will accelerate this to a higher level.

      Dear sir/madam,

      I bought one "micromax canvas pulse 4g e451 16gb grey" mobile (Order id: [protected]) from snap deal that got delivered on[protected]. Same day i raised a return/replacement request (Reference no:[protected] as the product was damaged. As per the process snapdeal had sent a person (Mobile# [protected]) to collect the product after verifying it. But, he did not provide any receipt/document mentioning what are the items/accessories he has collected. Later i got a call from snap deal saying that "the item can not be return as"ear phone is missing". But, in the mail they just mentioned quality check failed.

      I called the customer care and asked"why are you blaming customer?". They do not have any evidence as no receipt/document provided to the customer. Also, i asked them to take a complain against the person but they rejected. They are not ready to listen at all.

      On 01-jul-2017 i wrote a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and got no response. Later on 04-jul-2017 i wrote a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com and got a reference number for this query is 42793018 and mentioned within 24 hrs they will reply. Also, i mentioned the same person who took the product came from delivery again. He has given a written statement that ear phone was there when he collected the product. However, they did not reply even after so many times did follow ups.

      Please note, snapdeal does not have proper check balance or rule for collecting product. I mean at least customer should be given a check list that what they are collecting from customer. But, later they are blaming customer.

      Finally, i seek your help for getting the justice at the earliest possible.

      It would be great if you could take necessary action to refund my money.

        I have cancel order of nutrilite daily 120 tablets. But 2 days later snapdeal auto generate my order and send me the product. When i receive this order and opened it i found wrong too much low price product. I have paid 1500/- for my product. I have also complaint on customer care that snapdeal seller gk traders sent me wrong product. My complaint no. Of snapdeal is 42729073. Customer care agent assured me that they will take this product return. But today one week passed now, no one came to take back of this product. Even snapdeal also not hearing my complaint.

          Please help me out, to close this fraud bussiness being offered, i have ordered an mobile phone (Moto g turbo edition) from snapdeal (Order id: [protected], ticket id:[protected]. I found the product was defective & went for replacement after a quality check completed by snapdeal. A month after i fail to receive the product from snadeal, i began to contact them, they initially gave me very positive reply, then with time it became bitter & bitter. They told me that they are neither going to replace the product nor refund & freeze my account. Even many previous product from justdial that were delivered were not faulty.

                I had ordered 14 ltrs capacity car washer vide order id-[protected] at a cost of rs 5026.00 through cash on delivery system, received the ordered items on[protected]. On testing heavy water leakage observed through the bottom of the bucket. Complain was lodge on consumer complain web site of snap deal on[protected]. On the same night 2 nos call received from cell no[protected] and[protected] from snap deal as they told and after discussion they informed that the appliance is defective and they will cancel the order and for refund of the paid amount the 19 digit atm card number will be required. I thought as they are from snapdeal, a good reliable company and after hesitation gave the no as asked for. On inquiry it has found that total 9999.00 (3 nos transaction) has been withdrawn from my account. I want justice from snapdeal atleast replacement of the defective items/refund of amount and punish the culprit and save faith on the snapdeal. Hope snapdeal will look into the matter and solve my problem.

                    This is regarding my snapdeal order: [protected].
                    I have purchased nike shoes by seeing the image of the shoes in snapdeal portal.
                    After receiving the shoes, i tried the shoe and it is not comfort to me. Hence i placed the return order.
                    Snap deal response: by seeing your previous history we will not takes this shoes return.

                    Yes.. Last year i have returned the shoes because those shoes also not comfort to me.
                    How can we keep with us if shoes are not comfort? We cannot judge shoes comfort with online image. Until we try that we don't know the comfort. This is minimum common sense to understand.

                    I have purchased apple mobile and prestige gas stove from your snap deal but i did not return.

                    There is no need to check the comfort of phone and stove.

                    But coming to shoes comfort is main factor to wear it.

                    Question to snapdeal: if my previous history is not good why did snapdeal allowed me to place the another order???

                    What can i do that shoes now? Shall keep in front hall in show case?

                    I have sent multiple mails and spend 100+ rupees to call snapdeal and mentally disturbed with their behavior.

                          I bought a pen drive. After one week that pen drive become non functional. When i contect with service center they deny to accept that pen drive saying we can not accept this product because the smaller of this product is not authorised with our company.                                 Dear kunal/rohit,

                                Myself sonu kumar one of your snapdeal customer. I have placed one order having order id order id: [protected], placed on 17 jun, 2017 and i received on 19 jun, 2017. I returned order due to size issue and product is reached on your warehouse and quality is checked successfully, still i did not received refund amount. I continuously follow your executive regarding refund but many times they are saying refund will process in 2 -3 days but today they denied for refund. I am very unhappy due to such false commitment.

                                Its a cheating as you received unused product and denying refund now. Such kind of scenario looses customer trust from snapdeal. Today i spoke with your supervisor named "lokesh chauhan" and he denied for refund.

                                I request you please look this case and refund my paid amount asap.

                                    I had order a Asus R558uq laptop from snapdeal amounting 44, 999 via debit card payment mode and I have cancelled my order before the order is shipped but still money is not refunded. Snapdeal promises for instant refund but i bekueve ut is fake because its already been 4 days but still not refunded, i had a lot of trust on snapdeal but by this act it broke the complete trust for a middle class consumer. No one from my locality is going ing to buy anything from snapdeal.

                                    If i don't receive my money in 5 days i will forced to file a complaint against snapdeal in consumers court and have to report about this to media.

                                      Snapdeal unable to take action on their courier partner of ecom xpress. So now i want file a case against snapdeal because the courier boy was unable to deliver my product. But snapdeal not responding with my issue i called 3 times. But no action. Courier boy then only the product will deliver when we go to near their legs. Oterwise they go without deliver the product.

                                        I purchased two set of sennheiser cx 275s in earphones from Snapdeal on 25 June. It was the craziest deal online. After four days i received a call from the delivery boy that my order has been arrived from snapdeal I received my order and paid him Rs- 2598/- . When I opened the package, i found two completely different earphones from which I have ordered one is of sennheiser cx 300 ii and the other is of sennheiser cx 400 ii. They have not only sent me different models but also fake products as there are no invoice in the box and QR codes on the Product’s package. I immediately made contact to snapdeal helpline and complained for the inconvenience caused to me and also told them to whether refund or replace it. The next day, i get an email saying ‘Your Order has been cancelled.’ They even have cancelled my order after I have lodged a complaint about the issue.

                                        I called their customer care again and asked what the issue is and why am I not getting a refund. The lady said ‘as per our records, your order is not dispatched yet and has been cancelled from our end and we requested you to please contact the seller if you are facing any issues with the delivered product. We can’t help you. You have to buy again’. They just simply refused to refund/replace my order. I have contacted customer care and mailed so many times but they never willing to give the refund. This really pissed me off.
                                        Least bothered about my money paid to them, but they can't fool customers by claiming it to be an original product & then sending a fake one. Do not buy anything from Snapdeal, just because they offered a crazy deal. It’s a cunning ploy.

                                        P.S: I am not endorsing any brand. Just sharing my personal opinions on the current e-commerce market scenario.
                                        I have pictures of what was delivered...But there's no provision to post them here...
