I have bought gionee a1 mobile phone around 3 weeks ago, sunddenly found the diplay not working. I went to gionee service center, which was found closed. Tried calling them but nobody answers the call. Then i called customer care number & spoke to a gentleman named sukvender. And he told me i will get a new handset as a replacement. Its been 48 hrs i have not received any message or email from the snap deal

    Hi,

    I have purchased a tv on 21 july 17 and suppose to deliver on 28 july 17.

    No idea what is going on with snap deal and my order. No curtsy to call and inform from your end and biggest thing to call and speak with your customer. Ho-rabble service from such a brand. If there is no reply this time i have to go ahead and file a complain that my product not receive by me and you have taken my money and my emi started without getting delivery. Why i have to pay interest what service till date not received. Reference number 43109463.

        मेने snapdeal company के द्वारा एक 2 gb ram, kingston company की 02 october 2015 को मगाई थी जिसकी कंपनी ने 3 साल की वारंटी दी थी अब वह 2 gb ram ख़राब हो गयी है मेने उसकी शिकायत kingston company मे की, कंपनी ने उस 2 gb ram को डुप्लीकेट बताया और कहा कि आप ने जहां से खरीदी है वहीं से बात करे हम इस 2 gb ram को नहीं बदल सकते l उसके बाद मेने snapdeal company से बात की वह कह रहे है कि 2 gb ram original है हम डुप्लीकेट सामान नहीं बेचते है उस 2 gb ram को kingston company से ही सही कराओ l
        अत: आप से निवेदन है कि आप दोषी कंपनी के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करे और मेरे 2 gb ram को बदलवाने की कृपा करे l

            My brother, sourodip biswas; has ordered one micromax mobile phone through snapdeal on 02nd july 2017 which has delivered to my address on 07th jul, 2017. Same has been identified as defective one and defective query raised on 11th july, 2017 against id no: [protected].

            On phone, your representative has informed to contact nearest service centre but while i have visited the micromax store they have confirmed and checked through system as well; product which has delivered to us; warranty period of the same was expired.

            After that i have tried to contact several times to contact but not get any response.

            It was surprising to see that your vendor has delivered the item which is out of warranty period but yet not replace the same.

            I request you to take necessary action against your vendor and do the needful to replace the same on urgent basis.

              Hi sir,

              I had ordered 2 sets of curtains (Each set of 4=8 curtains) but instead of it i got only 6 curtains. Now snapdeal has refunded me only one set money (I. E. Of 4 curtains) saying we have received only one set.

              Now, i have received only 6 curtains and snapdeal is not ready to accept its fault that its seller has sent me less curtains. I have been told that i will get the refund initially but after 11 days the case was closed from snapdeal team saying no refund will be done. My 1000 bugs is lost

              I want to know whose fault is:

              1. To send 6 curtains instead of 8
              2. Refund for only 1 set (4 curtains)
              3. Misleading for 11 days that the issue will be resolved & i will get the money.
              4. Courier guy who took all the 6 curtains in 1 packet & has given 1 slip

              Instead of asking the courier guy and warehouse people, they have simply closed the ticket.
              Worst service i have ever faced. Worst company is snapdeal.

                I purchased eavan crepe dress ordered on 10 june
                I returned the item original, unused with all tags and handed over to currier person sent by snapdeal for pickup.

                After pick up, its showing quality check failed!!! Why so?!!! I have returned the sane exact item and photograph was taken by currier person! How can u say a different item was received by u??!!!

                I have not received my refund and you have sent a completely different item to me!!! I returned u the same exact piece.

                This is total fraud. I want my refund else i plan have to contact grahak suraksha to register my complaint. Please help me in this regard. Total waste of money. I am reputed snapdeal customer and didnt expect such things from snapdeal.

                    I have already received the order via delhivery courier service (www.delhivery.com) but in my snapdeal account it shows that the order still has still not been dispatched. The order i received is also a wrong one. I ordered for "sennheiser cx275 s" from snapdeal and got a fake "sennheiser cx 300-ii" that too via delhivery () (www.delhivery.com) courier service. I cannot apply for refund at snapdeal as because the order is still in transit in my snapdeal account.

                        I have returned my order ([protected]) and they say that refund was initiated on 21 jul, 2017. Till now i its not reflected in my account.

                        Also i had to return the product myself and they agreed to pay me the courier charges. For that too i have given my bank details and not received the amount till date.

                        When i contact the support they provide me a copy-paste sentence that it will take 4-5 days and now they are not even responding.

                          I had ordered a jeans pent from snapdeal. My order number was [protected]. Instead of the pent they dispatched me a car cover. When i phoned the customer service they apologised and said that they would replace the correct product as soon as possible. Now the courier guy who came to pick up the wrong parcel told me that he cannot pick up my parcel because it should have jeans pent inside. But i told the courier fellow that it contains car cover that is the sole purpose that i am returning the product. But he told me that it is mot his lookout. So i again phoned up the customer care and narrated my story. She again apologised and said that they would rectify this mistake and arrange for the pickup of the car cover. I waited for 2 days and after that they closed my complaint and i am now stuck with the car cover which i don't want. I feel snapdeal has malicious intent. I will not be poorer if you illegally rob of some 650 measly rupees. Butone thing is sure, i will never ever visit yoir site. People please be careful of these pick pockets like snapdeal.

                              I had ordered for a white and green assymetrical tunic top from zink london through snapdeal for rs. 699/-. I was delivered a whitw floral kurti on 25th july 2017 vide invoice number sf4318/1000049. I was trying to reqest for return and refund. But mistakenly i had cancelled the same.                                 I can keep this led. It is done intentionally. Please get back this led. This is not useful to me.

                                I got bad quality of screen. Earlier product was too good with picture quality.
                                In this product, screen looks like a lcd screen.

                                Please return back my old product anyhow. I will submit this in warranty store, if possible. But, i don't want this received product.
                                I will also purchase a new remote, if needed. But i don't want this product, what was handed over as replacement.

                                This is really bad in comparison to original product i received earlier. There was just issue with power on/off with remote.

                                I'm not able to initiate replacement. Please help me. It looks the old product in comparison to original product received earlier.

                                Please send back to me my original product, i'll compromise with that only and will repair it to nearest service center or repair center.

                                But i don't want this replacement, if this type of replacement you guys do.

                                I also said in email, I just wanted to repair my tv. I didn't want replacement.
                                I have given old and bad quality model. Please trust me, I'm not lieing.

                                      I ordered ishwin white crepe dress material with order id no. [protected] on 11 jul 2017. It was delivered on 19 jul 2017. Then i put a request to return the product having complaint no.[protected]. But i got a massage on my mobile no. That your area is out of serviceable area of snapdeal. If they can deliver a product, how come it's not possible to collect that from the same delivered address. Sir please take some necessary action against my mail. I will be thankful to you for your act of kindness.

                                        I purchased 2 crompton geyser from snapdeal and the installation was supposed to be done by 247around. Its been more than 7 days and till now no technician from 247around has contacted us. Also i have been following with 247 around daily and customer service excutive of 247around says that my phone was off when technician contacted me.

                                        Just a word of advice, never buy any product from snapdeal. There service is getting pathetic day by day. I had very good experience with amazon and flipkart. Snapdeal is definately going to down day by day and soon it will be vanished from the e-commerce market.

                                        My phone number is [protected] and i am sure no one from snapdeal or 247around is going to call me to fix my grievance.
