I have recievd an empty parcel i dont know why this happend to me i just want solution because i have paid for it my order id is [protected], they have closed my account I don't know why they did all this I just want my money or any solution, I have buyed many thing from snapdeal but I did not expect this my trust is now broken please help me sir. I am waiting from 17th July please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I have order an owen (Order id# [protected]) on 04:14 pm, 09 jul, 2017, i received a damaged product on 11:55 pm, 15 jul, 2017 which is a gold product and not delivered on time. After looking over the product i raised a replace request on the same day 11:55 pm, 15 jul, 2017 and they picked up on 09:59 am, 17 jul, 2017, till now[protected] i haven't received any update on mobile app/ email or message. I tried contacting them from[protected] i dint get any proper response and given customer care number [protected] is useless. I need a solution for this, at least a confirmation would be good for the order.

      I ordered an ifb microwave from snapdeal on[protected]Order id - [protected]) which was delivered to my pin code 757001 on[protected]. And to our surprise it was a faulty product which never turned on due to some issue. They didnot even give the promise utensils along. All lies!!! When i called the customer care they forced me to place an exchange order but not a return order. They said, we will only replace it with another product and thats it. After a long argument, they finally mailed me and asked me to courier the product to their west bengal's ware house as my house address (757001) was not under their serviceable area. So why did they deliver at my address at first??? Now asking me to courier it to them with all my money and then not even committing to refund my initial money. I simply wanted to return the product and get my refund. They are asking me to courier it to their ware house, after 7 business days they will check if the problem i mentioned persist or not, then only they will think about exchanging or returning the product. If they fund the product faulty, they still want to send a so called one to me, which i don't want. I just want my refund and thats all! Please help! Please! Snapdeal is misleading its customers, lying and giving false promises

          I am a regular customer of snapdeal since last 3-4 years, i regularly do shopping form your website, and i have never faced any issue with the quality as well as service provided by snapdeal but in my recent purchase i faced so many issues with snapdeal.

          I have ordered sheffield classic high pressure vacuum vacuum cleaner on 13-07-17 its cost is around 2399/- for the payment of this order i have applied 1500/- promo code which i received through my hdfc snapdeal craditcard rewards points remdption and balance amount i paid through same credit card and i received that product on 18-07-17 and when i have opened that parcel it found damaged it is damaged from its power cable the power cable of machine is cut from the machine so i called to your customer care and said about this so they suggested me to go for replacement. But i don't know because of which reason your seller is unable to complete my order, so snapdeal had cancelled my order and initiated the refund without asking me and they are going to refund only that amount which i paid by credit-card not the promo code and this is totally unacceptable for me because this order is cancelled by snapdeal not by me because snapdeal's seller is not able to full-fill my requirement so i called to customer care and the same thing they said its "snapdeal's policy we can not do anything"

          Snapdeals's this policy is totally wrong because this order is not cancelled by customer i am ready for replacement and if it takes time then also i am agreed to wait for long time so in this case there is no any fault from my side so obviously snapdeal has to return me my promo-code back because this promo-code i received through my credit-card reward point redemption and that points i earned after spending too much money and also for redemption i had paid money as a point redemption charge so if see overall the loss is only mine snapdeal and hdfc back is only taking money from customers,

          Please look in to this matter as soon as possible.

            I order samsung galaxy on nxt flip cover by mobilecops - golden at snapdeal on 19.05.2017. The estimate deliver was 14.06.17. But not deliver then i cancel the order on 19.06.2017 and for refund the amount..

            But till now i didn't receive the order nor my refund amount. I complaints many times to customer care but no response.
            They told the order is in speed post but they are not complaint about the speed post.
            Please take necessary action to refund my amount 707.00 rupees

                I purchased on line through snapdeal 'technuv usb rechageable fan " vide order -[protected] dt[protected]. The item received on[protected] un-tested. As such
                It found defective, which i immdtly informed
                Snapdeal wth a request to pick-up the faulty
                Item and replace with a tested item or refund the amt rs360/=.
                Snapdeal regret about — saying that 'your address lies outside our serviceable area
                For reverse pick-up' and advised to return
                The item by courier alongwith return form which costs rs 250/=
                I informed snapdeal by e-mail and requested to please review and consider my request.

                This sort of conduct is not expected.

                        I purchased the above-said pruduct on line
                        On[protected], vide order no-[protected].
                        I received the item on[protected] by xpress bees courier.
                        On opening the packet, the item appeared
                        Not tested, as such was not functioning.
                        I noticed the fact to the snapdeal by e-mail
                        Who in turn expressed their in ability for reverse pick-up stating that my address lies
                        Outside their serviceabl area for reverse pck-up. And advised to resent the product through courier alongwith the prescribed
                        Return form in original pack.
                        The courier asked for their charges of rs250/=. The purchased item however costs rs 360/=.
                        This is the example, how the maketing sights deceive custmer.
                        I hereby request that i should get proper justice.

                          I had raised the request for warranty claim (Pentair 75 gpd ro membrane) with ticket id: 42511597 through snapdeal. But i had received junk product from seller (Soma enterprises) instead.

                          When i installed the prouct the water taste does not change and it is not drinkable.

                          I have contacted the seller and snapdeal regarding this issue. The snapdeal customer confirmed that the seller has shipped proper product and there are no such issues.

                          But they do not have trust with customer.

                          Please help me to get the proper resolution.

                            I have been placed a order in snapdeal.com on 11 jul, 2017.
                            It got delivered on 14 jul, 2017. I paid for a new mobile phone but i got a used mobile, i got totally dissatisfied with snapdeal at that time.
                            I kept a call and asked for refund within one hour of delivery on 14 jul, 2017.
                            An engineer from snapdeal came to my home to check the product on 15 jul, 2017.
                            Then pickup was taken after 2 days i. E., on 17 jul, 2017.
                            7 days/ week happen from 14 jul, 2017 till today. But still i didn't
                            Got refund iam facing lot of trouble with snapdeal.
                            But snapdeal says easy return policy in snapdeal.com, is this the way snapdeal adopts easy return policy.

                                This is to inform you that on 21st jun 2017 i ordered a aqua ultra a300 15 ltr rouvuf water purifier (Order id - [protected]) but after getting this i called for installation, after installation it seems that there is a uv barrel leakage in water purifier so i planned for returning and also registered a request for return but somehow your courier partner is not servicible in our area so we did it byourself by dtdc courier with tracking id :- d35511023. The product is reached at your given destination on 7th july 2017that is ahmedabad address (Ahmedabad vulcanqc, survey no0-1439, chacharvadi, vasna mandir road, changodar - bavla highway, ahmedabad-382213). Today the courier boy went out to deliver the product at your ahmedabad address but after reaching there the courier boy get to know that your given address office changed and shifted to baroda (Gujarat).
                                I have received the courier amount as well as product is going to some soon. I have already mail several times for new address and my refund. But snapdeal is not replying any of my query.

                                They said I won 6s and told to purchase any good for 4000 and then from that day no response only I called them for a 100 times but they cut the call or either hang my call..it's so irritating I had less money in that to they cheated me..I feel so bad

                                  I have received a parcel in which there is no phone. I have raised a complaint at snapdeal and i have mentioned that. I have received a bill that does not contact an device imei. But snapdeal did not refund may amount stating that i have some transactions discrepancies, that have not given me a product a proper bill and my money is gone.
                                  One snapdeal agent came to my place and verified everything along with a scanned copy of my government-issued photo id and address proof along with parcel images from all possible angels again snap deal asked me to provide same thing after 2 hours of his visit.

                                  Next day in the morning i am getting this

                                  I do not have any other snapdeal account.

                                  Please refund my money. You have not give me the product, you have not give me the proper invoice (A phone invoice must contact imei or phone serial number) you are not refunding my money. I have called you and asked you what is the problem. And the customer care executive is telling me that she can't resolve the problem. It has been decided by senior team. I am sending emails to [protected]@snapdeal.com but i am not getting any response.
                                  Just getting some automated email that they can not process my refund.

                                  I need my money back. Or please send me a proper product.

                                    Sir i have purchased a mobile order no. [protected]. But item not received according to their specifications mentioned in the site. On the next day (13th of july) i returned it confirmation number 42925338. Today one of your representative called up and said that they have gone through the quality check and they are going to return back to me. It was clearly mentioned in your specifications that it has vibration facility. But the phone doesn't have. Now they are not accepting it. I have provided the screen shot of the site. But they said they won't return my money back. Need your help.

                                      My return request was accepted on 11.06.2017, vide screen shot attached. On 12.06.2017, an email was sent that suspicious activities were found in my account & the account is suspended. Also no refund or replacement would be provided on the same, screenshot attached of the same. Tried to get in touch with snapdeal nuber of times, but the customer care executives talk rudely. Also not ready to update the reason for suspension of account, only telling that the back end has done the same, & nothing can be done. Please help me out.

                                      Again the same update, & new screenshot sent by Snapdeal. Please update the suspicious transaction in my account. Snapdeal cannot block the account, & not refund the product, without giving any proper reason, just internal checks update. Need to update that though the mail was sent on 26.07.2017, nothing of that is mentioned on the reply received from them.

                                        I have ordered royal fashion geogrette one-pice dress on 24 may 2017 received the product on 31 may 2017 and i dont like the quality of produced, so i returned the product by courier as there is no pick up service available for location.
                                        From last 2 month im following with snapdeal but they not refunded money yet.
                                        I have attached the copy of invoice / courier acknowledgement.
