        I ordered this product https://www.snapdeal.com/product/accusure-50-strips-100-round/[protected] on 30th june for my mother and received it on 8th july. The expiry on the paperbox of the strips bottle was july 2017, but inside i. E. On the bottle it was june 2018. The bottle was sealed and hence we didnt return. However since we had some old stock, we opened the sealed bottle only yesterday and to my horror it was totally empty, not a single strip.

        After writing to snapdeal (Their cusotmer support helpline is useless, you will never be able to talk to a representative), they immediately declined any return stating its more than 7 days.
        This is totally against customer satisfaction, even though a return cannot be done, some action against the seller should be taken or any confirmation that they ensure it doesnt happen to other customers. They had zero empathy towards the situation and no intention to help the customer.

            I am a loyal customer of snapdeal since i had started bought things from online. On 18th july i received the coolpad cool 1 dual from snapdeal. Got the phone i was very happy. But after charging it when i wanted to play a song it didn't. As it's speaker does not work and it damaged. The next day i complain about it and complain to replace my order to a new non-defective phone. From then the company snapdeal started joking with me.in mail they said to call me within 24-48 hours but that hours never come. I repeatedly call snapdeal customer care but all is went to vain. They said to sent information i sent. Then they told to sent a pic of my phone i sent. Now today they told me to went to service center of coolpad which is far away from my house. But they said if i don't went there they can't do anything. For the phone i have to suffer many problems. I didn't receive many phone calls as the speaker doesn't work. Now i asked are you jocking with me snapdeal???

                Elica chimney purchased on 24/06/2017 found broken and returned on 11/07/2017. They recieved chimney on 22/07/2017 and till no refund dt 26/07/2017. Shameless service no satisfactory action. Company customer care is helpless to resolve issue. Customer is totally helpless against this online service. Can any serious action be taken against these companies.

                  Purschased the product from snap deal and received it on 18th july 2017.
                  The product was not as specified in its description online nor was it in its original packing. The product felt used and tacky.in other words it was fake. Snapdeal had the product collected. Then sent me an email saying it failed their quality check and also mentioned below in their email to me saying the product works fine. Then they wrote they are closing my request for return/refund and sending the charger back to me. Which in short means they don't want to refund the money after selling me a fake product. And have given me a 24 hour deadline to reply otherwise i default on their terms and they keep my money and i get their fake charger in return.

                  I've never had a worse experience than this.
                  This is larceny.

                    Snapdeal has delivered defective product lenovo k6 note on 1st july. I have placed replacement request on 10th july as it's having 14 days return policy. But they rejected the request by saying that it crossed 7 days return policy, and insisted to visit lenovo service centre... Then i requested again to reconsider the replacement request as it's having 14 days return policy, they accepted the request and item is picked up on 15th july. And it reached snapdeal on 20th july and from 20th to till now 25th july 10.15pm the status is not updated and it's showing, "item received at snapdeal and quality check is in progress".
                    By seeing the same status from last 5 days, today morning on 25th july at 9.35am i contacted snapdeal and asked the reason for delay.. Then they told me that quality check failed on 20th by saying the reason that the sim removal pin is missing in the box. I have shown all the box items to the pickup person before handing over to him..
                    By saying the silly reason they now rejected the request of replacement and sending back the item. And they are sending the item return today after i enquired about it even if quality check failed on 20th july. Why they're doing these 5 days??

                      I placed an order for amway nutrilite bone health tablets, on 6th july 2017 through cod mode. The estimated date for delivery was 13th-14th july 2017. On 14th july, i got a notification that the seller was unable to provide the item, so the order was automatically cancelled. However, i received the product on 24th july 2017 and paid for it to the delhivery agent. On opening the package, it was found that the seller had sent the wrong item which was a cheaper and low quality substitute for the amway product. My order id is [protected].
                      I could not opt for returning the wrong item through 'return' option in the website because it still showed my order to be cancelled whereas i received the order with the correct invoice but wrong item. On 24th july 2017, i mailed snapdeal support as well as wrote in the help page in the website about this issue intending to return the wrong item and get back my money. A vulcan pvt ltd agent came to my address the next day (25th july 2017) to pick up the wrong item and initiate the return process. I gave him the whole package. I received a mail from snapdeal support immediately to enter my bank neft details so that they can refund the money. However, when i submitted the bank details it showed me that i cannot change the bank details in the middle of the refund process. I was bewildered because the packet was just picked up for return 5 minutes ago and i have not entered my bank details earlier.
                      Now, when i check my order status in the website, it shows that refund was completed on 14th july 2017 but in reality i received and paid for the product on 24th july 2017. They updated the order status in a few hours with the wrong information. It also shows that my return request was declined at 9.28 am on 25th july 2017. It was exactly the same time when i received a mail from snapdeal support asking me to enter my bank details just after handing over the package to the return agent.
                      I am sending mails after mails to snapdeal support but there is no reply. I want my refund as soon as possible.
                      I am attaching images of the invoice, wrong item, return receipt, snapshots of mails and order status in this complaint. I have been a regular user of flipkart, amazon and paytm, and i never faced any such issues with those e-commerce websites. It is my first order at snapdeal and it proved to be highly disappointing.

                          I'm seller at snapdeal i was suppose to get a payment on 10th of july but i got a partial payment and they initiate a not even a 25% of due. Then they said they will initiate a remaining amount in next payment cycle which was on 17th of july again they shift the payment date from 17th to 25th july 2017 and still payment is not yet initiate and they a giving a reason that coz of gst system is upgrading.

                                When i see samsung original charger on your snapdeal online app and i ordered it.

                                I order placed 20 july 2017. And payed by debit card (Sbi). So i it accept 22 july 2017 by gold sneapdeal offer.

                                When i unseal your product i noticed in my phone while charging was speak error is that "charge faster. Use original charger."

                                So i visited nearly samsung customer service center immediately and say it my issue. She said me it was a fake charger.!!!
                                I shocked at the time. I told him ma'm i received this charger by sneapdeal cash memo and she said please replace or return this item.

                                I immediately read your return policy and do return request. And i have phone call 23 july 2017 arround 11:00am and he say i will pick our parcel amd i agree.

                                But today i was no any phone call by your side. I try your each and every cutomer helpcare. But i will cant any answer by your side.

                                Other wise you may not able to answer please tell me. How i can solve my problem. And i said a strictly warning i was do the action aginst sneapdeal online shopping.

                                  Recently i buy aecone 6in 1.order id-[protected].but the product was damaged not the same brand as mention no genuine warranty card manual

                                    Sir/madam,

                                    Please refer to my trailing mail. I have been raising my concern for last few weeks and i feel it has been going to a deaf ears. Summary of my concern is as listed below along with the evidence attached herewith.

                                    1. I was facing some issues with dell monitor so raised my concern with the dell tech support, as it was under manufacturer warranty, they asked for the invoice so i downloaded invoice from the snap deal website and submitted the same to the dell tech support and later they came back saying that the invoice is invalid as the tin mentioned in the invoice is incorrect.

                                    2. After receiving the mail from the dell tech support i simply forwarded the same to the snapdeal via email on 10/7/2017 asking them to kindly help me in resolving the issue.

                                    3. Instead of re-issuing me with a genuine invoice they simply raised a replacement request. Now the condition for replacement is that they need the item with all original packing, invoice, mrp sticker, tags and item should be unused and unsoiled. Now i had procured this in 11 sept 2015 and you will agree with me that the pre-condition stated by the snapdeal will not be fulfilled as i have been using this monitor from the time i received and this condition are not even asked by the oem which is dell.

                                    4. Yesterday one of the snapdeal executive have called and said they are unable to re-issue the invoice and only replacement is possible from the snapdeal after meeting there requirement as stated in point.3 above.

                                    Please note that I have been emailing all my concern to the above provided mail id (ie. [protected]@snapdeal.com) but I have not got any proper response. Moreover, I have raised my concern for issuance of a genuine invoice instead an executive calls and tells to send the Monitor and take the refund after passing Snapdeal quality check for an item which is still under manufacture warranty. I don't understand why Snapdeal is hesitant to provide me with a genuine invoice.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I have order "sandisk ultraaa sd card (With sd adapter)" from snapdeal on 08 nov, 2016, when i ordered it showed "10 years manufacturer warranty and 1 year manufacturer warranty on sd adapter". From last one and half month it is giving me "format disk" issue. When i tried to format that it says the disk is unable to formate. I tried every possible steps to recover it by searching online but all failed.

                                      Reply me with proper solution or claim warranty, and replace to new one product

                                        I had ordered saree from snapdeal is rs1530 and when i am requesting it to refund my product within 7days it is saying that it had closed the return request before the time given in return policy. The company is cheating...
                                        I had ordered the product only by seeing the 7 days returning policy but it's not refunding my product even in 7 days. The company is going in loss so it's cheating and taking money from us!!!!
