    I placed order for 2 items XXL Size. One is Sherine Rayon Kurti Rs.749 (original cost Rs.898) after discount and another Janasya Green Crep Suit Rs.549/- (Original cost Rs.653) after discount. In total I paid Rs.1298/- in cash.

    The product Sherine Rayon Kurti was without any tag and very loose with loose elastic, also. So I requested to return and refund the money Rs.749/-. I also sent the screenshots of the INVOICE and the amount I paid as per the Invoice. However, the snapdeal people are neither not reading the matter I have sent or deliberately want to harass the customers. Same type of questions and Ads are being sent by them whenever I am correcting them that I should be refunded with Rs.749/- and not Rs.625/-. I am attaching herewith the details. Hope now you people will understand.

      I requested to cancel the order (ID [protected]) as delivered product wasn't matching with the product shown. After then I have got several messages for picking up the cancelled product but each time you have changed the date and time of pickup without any information. I am attaching the messages which I have received for your reference. Can you tell me, what is your final time for picking up my cancelled product and refund my money to my already mentioned bank account. Moreover, you sent me several messages regarding that some your pickup boy with their name and phone number should pickup the cancelled product. But when I was calling them on their given phone no. they told us that they hadn't received any messages regarding the picking up my cancelled product from your end so that they couldnot pickup the product .what is happening I don't know. Can you help me at your earliest time?

            I received a fraud letter with scratch coupon, asking my bank details. This is outrageous, it's companies and responsibility to take care of our data. They have failed miserably.
            I checked the ph number given in the letter in true caller, it says snapdeal prize number. Some innocent will definitely be duped by them. Please take action

                I have applied for product return, but daily I only get the msg of

                "We tried reaching you today for pickup of Gazal Fashions.. from Snapdeal. You may reach us at[protected] PIN 2433 - Shadowfax"

                No one is coming for the pickup of the product, after 15 days snapdeal will tell me that now you can not return the product as it has been 15 days and we have 15 days return policy. But on the day I receive the product the very same day I have applied for the return, it's been 6 days now.
                Please let me know should I return my product.

                The pickup number which is provided they also don't respond.

                  Order ID [protected] dated 04 th sep 2021.
                  Orderd for 3 solo white briefs for size 105 cm but received different size, on raising the issue returned was arranged & also parcel picked up.
                  But amount of rs 477/ was to be refunded (159×3) but only rs 159 refunded against rs 477.

                      Creating snapdeal seller account was not a good decision, they are really cheating with sellers. I have successfully delivered orders worth 7000+ but we never get paid by snapdeal even after creating multiple tickets pending for several weeks no one is looking in it. They just reply that no able to connect over phone, they never call and they do not have any seller support contact number even.
                      We always begging for clearing the pending money and never get paid. Poor courier pickup support they always pickup late and we have to pay the fine for it. Snapdeal seller app always crashing, no updates of any sale or notification overall worst experience, just wanted to request to clear the pending due at earliest snapdeal seller code S655ee

                                I bought Dymatize elite whey protein (5lbs) from Snapdeal but it turned out to be fake. (Spelling mistakes, washed out print on the jar). Snapdeal registered a complaint but hasn't resolved the issue by issuing me a refund.

                                Thanks for the quick resolution, Snapdeal arranged for the return and then their customer support called me and 2 days later I received an email asking for bank details and voila my refund was processed as soon as I filled up the neft form. Thank you Snapdeal but please blacklist sellers who peddle fake supplements/health products on your portal as such practices not only break the customer's trust but can also lead to serious health issues for people who don't know how to spot a fake supplement.
