I bought Dymatize elite whey protein (5lbs) from Snapdeal but it turned out to be fake. (Spelling mistakes, washed out print on the jar). Snapdeal registered a complaint but hasn't resolved the issue by issuing me a refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks for the quick resolution, Snapdeal arranged for the return and then their customer support called me and 2 days later I received an email asking for bank details and voila my refund was processed as soon as I filled up the neft form. Thank you Snapdeal but please blacklist sellers who peddle fake supplements/health products on your portal as such practices not only break the customer's trust but can also lead to serious health issues for people who don't know how to spot a fake supplement.
