    On 18/08/2021 i attempted to buy from Snapdeal online shopping website. The payment of inr 649 got failed but money deducted from my account. It is yet not returned to my account, as on 24/08/2021.

          I had ordered 2 nos of Pro 360 diabetic protein supplement... vide prepaid order ID [protected] dated 2.8.2021 being delivered at Pune. The order was despatched through Shadowfax on 3.8.2021. Package had reached its destination at Pune on 8.8.2021. After holding the package at Pune for 2 days the same was sent to Mumbai 10.8.2021. On noticing the same took the matter with both Shadowfax and Snapdeal for the mistake and arrange for early delivery. It was assured by both that matter has been taken up on priority and the same will be delivered as soon as possible. However, the package remain unmoved, so regularly/daily I took up the matter with both the agencies and every time they assured for early delivery but as on date situation has not changed at all, the package is still stuck at Mumbai. Not only that now Snapdeal is also not allowing me to cancel my order instead comfortably sitting idle except changing the expected delivery date. Snapdeal neither delivering my order nor refunding my money duly cancelling the order.
          At this crucial juncture I am clueless as to what should be done. So, sharing my ordeal through this forum for a hope to resolve my concern.

                      For a whole week i was told that the return request will be done in 2-3 days.. Every morning i woke up with amsg saying courier could not reach me, but u never got any call for it.and now after 10 days it says return request closed. Why?

                          On 1 of august 2021 I have booked one pre-paid 8mm bracklet on snapdeal and you have send it to ecom express, I have recieved many messages from ecom express and two calls also for delivery but no one has visited to my office to deliver the order.

                          Now I am not able to contact ecom express on any number and your customer care no is not under conectivity.

                          Kindly tell me what happen to my order as it not reached to me yet.

                            I ordered an ironing board from snapdeal with order no. [protected], my return pick up was done on 11 august 2021 but update is not shown in snapdeal website. The pick up boy came twice before 11 august 2021 but he came by bike so he told that he cant pick up heavy objects in bike so pick up will be done by heavy vehicle. So on 11 th August finally pick up was done by a heavy vehicle . The number of the pick up boy who picked up the ironing board is[protected]. I also mailed snapdeal support team the recording that was done with the pick up boy via call before he came to pick up . Now snapdeal claming that it didnt receive the product so no refund will be entertained.

                              Hello sir, Madam,

                              I have placed an order Poco M3 mobile from Snapdeal on 1st August 2021.

                              Product was not delivered after following multiple time hence I was forced to cancel order on 4th August 2021. After 11 days Snapdeal is saying it will take another 9 days and we are investigating matter. I have followed up number of time but they have not refunded money.
