Most regretfully, aiming at creating mass awareness, I, Kousik Ghosh, beg to state you that after registering my complaint with you against snapdeal and the snapdeal seller named Pathan Arif Khan Naseeb Khan contact number-[protected]) I got two international calls from +[protected] and +[protected] one of which I attended where one unknown person claiming himself as the investigating officer of consumer forum of India asked me to check my email and asked me to attend the calls thereafter. I checked my emails and there were two mails from consumer complaint requesting 4500/- from me for the immediate resolution of the case against Arif Khan. After that I received a call from some Ranit Khan(feigned name I suppose) from [protected] who advised me to pay immediately 4500/- to avoid cancellation of the redeemable amount of 29000/- from consumer forum of india. I tried to pay but the payment failed. He called me again and again and took my phone pe and Bhim Upi id from me. But again the payment failed. Then he told me that they had requested the money in my PAY TM app. I opened the Pay tm app and surprisingly enough, found their request for payment here again. I paid the said amount according to the instructions of this investigating officer Ranit Khan but he told me that money has not been received by them and instantly sent another request. Hoping that my lost money my will be back, I paid for the second time. This way 9000/- was deducted from my Sbi savings account but no redeemable amount has been credited to my account still. I realised my mistakes again that they had somehow hacked the consumer forums of india and was sending these emails.
Sir, was it an offence to raise complaint against snapdeal and that snapdeal seller named Pathan Arif Khan Naseeb Khan as well ???? I have been cheated and victimised and don't I possess that right??? Besides, being a true citizen, I should have every right to focus these incidents for the interest of Indian people at large scale I think. I am helpless Sir and I am afraid too since they have every details, either financial or individual, about me. Now it's high time to look into this matter seriously and rigorously. Otherwise, many will in future be trapped by these imposters and the physical and economic security of mass people will be at stake.

Updated by Sreemankaushik For the kind information to the consumer forums of india to update the above complaint, I, Kousik Ghosh, have the honour to state that Pathan Arif Khan Naseeb Khan has refunded my money worth Rs. 20000/- on 26th July, 2021 but from an HDFC account of some Shaikh Nazim Shaikh Ahmad. I don't know this person from whose account my refund has been credited to my Sbi savings account through Phone Pe. However, I am happy with the resolution provided by the consumer forums of india. I further beg to state you that all of my fake notes and coins bought from SnapDeal have also been picked up and the concerning amounts have been refunded. Therefore, you may close the complaints now. Again, thanks and regards to the Consumer Forums of india... The transaction-screenshot of Pathan Arif Khan Naseeb Khan refunding my money has been uploaded herewith.

Updated by Sreemankaushik I have another matter to bring to your kind attention that the man who emailed me and repeatedly called me over phone in the name of consumer forum of India assuring me of the quick resolution of my complaint against Pathan Arif Khan Naseeb Khan and made me pay 9000/- has not refunded my money still now. The contact number of that person is [protected] and he is not picking up my phone any further. I would be happier to have a resolution over this unscrupulous matter also.
