In May 2021, I ordered the following on Snapdeal:
Product name: VeBNoR 3P Protective Mask With Nose Pin(100). Value Rs 460 approx.

I got an SMS on 15 May 2021 that it is delivered. It was not. I waited but never got. Complained but get same reply by sms saying delivered. They repeat the same reply again and again. Once they said check with your family members and neighbors. My house is isolated and has no neighbors. Ours is a tiny family, just 2 persons.

I could not find any human voice to talk to for explaining. I need the masks badly.
This is the first time bad experience with Snapdeal. This never happened with other online shopping portals. They give a callback number facility unlike Snapdeal.
I hate to complain but Snapdeal does not care to listen to customers.
I need the product, not money back. Use some standard courier with proven track record to deliver.

      Fake items delivered... Unable to return

      Please don't bother me. please take your defective piece.
      The rescheduled option does not work on the website nor in-app. I will send you pic of what problem I am facing. In "Select option " there is no option open to select so that I can proceed rescheduled option same problem happen in app after clicking rescheduled it take me to home page or buying page.
      already complain about this please help.

        POOR PRODUCT DELIVERY BY SNAPDEAL AN MONEY NOT REFUNDED

        I had requested for return of the product (Genuine TG113 Superb Speaker -Suborder ID-[protected] )on 8th June and have been following up on the customer care number /chat option given in the app but no one has been responding from your end and no one came to pick up the products

        But finally on 27th June the return was closed from your end stating that customer was not reachable.

        IF I HAD REQUESTED FOR A RETURN WHY WILL I NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR THE SAME.

        ITS ALMOST A MONTH AND NO ONE HAD REVERTED TO MY PENDING QUERY .

        I have again intitated a complaint on 9th July and it's still pending ..Every day they call and say it wil be picked in 2-3days and no action is being taken nor we have received the refund

        I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT AS THE QUALITY IS VERY POOR AND THE BLUETOOTH IS NOT FUNCTIONING.

        KINDLY help us to get our MONEY AND ARRANGE FOR A RETURN .

          Ordered 2 item payed on COD.when am I opened that package only 1 item found.Same day contacted customer said that sorry for inconvenience will raise the request for refund. Raised request and I provided the bank details. I waited for 1 week haven't get refund or any status.Again contacted customer support they said u need to provide package cover images.but I don't have parcel cover and I already throw into bin.if they will ask intially I could provide.after 1 week how can I provide. For that reason not refunding my money. I lost my money as improper guidance from customer support. In snapdeal customer was worst. No call only chat or Mail.

            Hi Team - For the above order number this product does not work as displayed or shown in your website / app and it is not refundable. This product is shown as Magic Guard which will safe guard from insect and lizard. However I have tested this and no effect. I have raised a complaint regarding this to snapdeal and have asked to offboard the product since it does not work as shown on website and other customers will also be cheated since it is non returnable. Please review the complaint and do the needful and get the refund for my product. thanks.

              I bought an "AJRO DEAL BOYA BY-M1 MIC Condenser Microphone" that is defective I mentioned and I ordered for replacement but the currier boy didn't take return and saying that her phone is showing the external damage in currier boys phone and he returns back and saying that rescheduled and talk to customer care. I say to currier boy it may be internal damage because it doesn't work with any device neither with my phone nor with my pc or laptop.snapdeal wasting my time and delay and I try to call customer care executive but the call didn't connect to customer care executive and all the time a computerized call is connected.
              I am very much upset with snapdeal they send defective piece and deny to replace.
              please help..

                I had booked 2 products they sent me both of them but one product was cheap and bad quality when I received it I call them and they had closed the replacement and return policy ...
                I had requested so many time then they asked for bank details and I mentioned it in apps also by mail but they said replacement policy is closed we can't return or replace it..
                Next product they sent me a different one I sent them images and mails also they said they ll send me the original product which I had booked after so many days I got the same product which they delivered me earlier...
                I have all things ..
                I requested them many time but they don't care about it..
                They are cheated on me ..

                  Hi, I purchased pest repellent from Snapdeal.com product not maintained quality and it is not in working condition. I applied for return. Snapdeal is approved (5th Jul 2021) my request to take it return back. Still no one came for pickup as in today (11 jul 2021). Please do the needful to get my money back.

                    I had ordered selfi ring light from snapdeal on
                    Date: 2 july 2021.

                    The order is worth Rs. 229

                    We had paid the amount in cash.

                    We had returned the product approximately 20 days ago and provided all the necessary details for refund, yet their is no refund being initiated till date.

                    Every time we call they fake that refund will be initiated in next 24 hours but that never happened till date.

                    They had lied that the bank details were not received in their mail box when we had sent it thrice.

                    Upon asking repeatedly they agreed that the bank details are in the mailbox.

                    Please help us get the refund.

                        Myself Anagha.I have received an urgent letter and got inside that, scratch card and a form.
                        So I filled and called the Helpline mentioned in that to know to where I should send these information. So I gave the call to my mother and she talked he said congratulations u won 1st prize of 8lakh20thousand . My mother said how can we believe you send your I'd cards and all he sent and told send me 5, 500 which was a govt.tax .Mother told him to deduct that amount and then to send us the winning prize but he didn't said ok .then I searched about him came to know he is a fraud called Dayashankar Mishra.I want to raise complaint against him.Its really dangerous plz take actions .He is now torchering me.I have all the proofs of him including callrecordings.I need justice.

                          My wife made a purchase for which initially I paid but the order didn't go through so my wife paid again.As per the bank statement our payment was processed whereas as per snapdeal website it did not.We have been following up for the same and getting no help.We are not able to speak to any representative of snapdeal in their customer care number as IVR gives run around making it hard for customer.Worst customer care we have ever seen.We have been sending mails along with the proof of payment but issue not resolved.

                              Hi,

                              I had ordered three thermometer gun from snapdeal on
                              Date: 25th May 2021.

                              The order is worth Rs. 4497.

                              We had paid the amount in cash.

                              Instead of thermometer gun, they had delivered n95 masks.

                              We had returned the product approximately 20 days ago and provided all the necessary details for refund, yet their is no refund being initiated till date.

                              Every time we call they fake that refund will be initiated in next 24 hours but that never happened till date.

                              They had lied that the bank details were not received in their mail box when we had sent it thrice.

                                They told they will refund money as they cancelled my order without my confirmation.

                                It's been 3 days, they have nit refunded my amount in my Googal Pay account.

                                I am stressed out.. Not getting any confirmation from them that they send me my money back..

                                  I had ordered a parcel of zee laboratories Ltd Myfair day cream on dt.22.06.2021 from snapdeal with order id-[protected]. snapdeal delivered the parcel at home. But parcel was not as per what shows in the picture. so i placed request to return the parcel on dt.29.06.2021. on dt 30.06.2021, courier boy called me and asked the address, i told him but gave unnecessary reason for not picking the parcel and cancel my request. same thing happened on next day. and now there is no option to reschedule the return request on snapdeal app. Snapdeal customer care all contact numbers are not responding to my call. Please resolve the issue.

                                      I received product on 29/6/2021 product ( ROYAL PHONE SHOKET HOLDER) quantity is very bad I request for return of product immediately on 29/6/2021 till today 01/7/2021 no one come for pick my return of product is having 7 days limit from the date of delivery when I am asking for help to Customer care they are just saying that wait for another 24-48 hours but till now I didn't got any help.
