    Sir I am Sanjoy a 75% disabled person so mainly depending upon online shopping Sir I purchased a Horse shoe naal from snapdeal on 24/10/2021 having sub order number [protected] but when I receive it . I found it was destroyed and rusted one the courier boy doesn't pricked it up for rusted when I tried to contact snapdeal customer care they are not answering my mail also blocked my call please help to get back my hard earned money

          I am eshwar... I have called you many times but the call was not connecting to you...i have an issue on my order and any of the snapdeal member is not supporting me... The issue was I have booked 2 pouches and I have only got 1 pouch and money was taken for two pouches and I have all proves.. If you did not take any action I will give complent so please call me...

            I got message from this number +63 [protected] as I had applied for part time jobs, I was told of tasks to complete as I will be helping to generate sales so I joined and I got Rs 100 and was told to invest it on mission and on completion I got 10rs commission so I started doing level2 by investing 695rs in total and got 800 rs in return so I started with level 3 and I completed 3 task investmrnt of total Rs 15710. Before doing task 3i clearly asked if that would be the last task bcoz I will further not be able to invest and investing by lending money... and she said yes.also as soon as o completed task 3 by paying rs 11940 the amount went to freez when I asked on dame I got confirmation from her that I cleared vip 3and she will help me get back money. After sometime when I did not get I again asked her and she told me to wait for sometime and later said I have to do one more task to complete or else my money will be frozen.i said I cannot invest further and task 4 was I had to pay 24k...on confirmation I had already leanded for task 3. Please help me out to get the money back

            I got msg from +63. For part time job. Am joined. She sai recharge 200 and u will get commission. Am done 300 recharge and got 450 back. Again given 3rd task recharge 500. Am also done 500?but the task completion asking more and more money. She not inform for that much how amount need for task completion. Am paid 4900 . But still task not complete. Asking more than 10000 to complete. Kindly help us to get my money back.

              For the last 3 days, snapdeal's courier service(intelliship) is fooling around by saying that they will deliver our orders. Till date those irresponsible people have not delivered it. For the last 3 days we are unable to go anywhere because of this misleading information these people are giving us by SMS. Tried talking to snapdeal customer care team multiple times. They proved to be even worse in terms of competence and pathetic when it came to getting the orders delivered. Intelliship courier's website portal has been suspended. Are they real? or is it some kind of fraud company? Snapdeal customer care team is the most ineffective team compared to other ecommerce portals. Wasted our 3 days by making us sit at home by giving false information about delivery dates and timing.

              Today we got an SMS saying our order has been delivered. Don't know whether snapdeal or its courier service are bigger frauds. First time we are having this nasty experience of an ecommerce portal lying blatantly that it has delivered the order to customer without doing so..pathetic..

              Team-Finally, after close to one month of ordering, we got the delivery 2 days back. But want to inform you that the courier service that delivered the order was different from what we were informed through SMSes. The courier by name intelliship doesn't exist in India. Please avoid giving false information to the customer.

                    They keep promoting you as VIP1, VIP2, VIP3...At first they had me do two tasks and even provided commission which was available for me to withdaw..then they promoted me to VIP3 where after completing first two tasks they freeze your money and compel you to deposit more. They have freezed 4524rs. and asking me to continue doing tasks and compelling me to deposit a lump of 12000rs. to unfreeze 4524rs. Really?
                    Its Better to lose 4524rs compared to 16524rs. to such scammers. Losing none would be best though. So people out there please be aware of such frauds.                     Found an application in google for part time job hence found snapdeal9.com to earn money by commission basis investing 300/- initially, I could withdraw 3 times (398, 298, 100 rupees) when i invested 3000 the amount was frozen and requested to complete the task so i invested more as per their instruction 11940/- & 21000 however the amount which are frozen was never unfrozen to withdraw and they are asking for more money to withdraw the money. I did not invest more after this.

                      From the last 2 months this Seller is continuously posting MICROSOFT FAKE LISTINGS in my Category. I complaint to SNAPDEAL and they are disabling that Seller Accounts also but again and again he is doing the same thing. He is asking the direct Payment and after when he receive the money then he immediately block your number.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I am the seller on Snapdeal and my seller id is S46994. I registered with the snapdeal in the month of Sept 2021 . I have very unpleasant with this company as they deduct lots o[censored]nethical business charges which leads to huge losses to me. Below are the some of the examples o[censored]nethical business practices done by them :
                                1) Courier return charges of Rs 23 per order will be borne by seller. as per their policy. We received orders from snapdeal but if the courier person is unable to deliver due to any reason then we have to borne Rs 23 per order. Also., we have suspect that they are providing the fake buyer orders and charging this charges from seller. None of the other e-commerce charge from seller for courier return.
                                2) Seller Dashboard does not match with actual payments. Returns shows on your dashboard is very less but when they made the payment these buyer returns are on higher side. When we called the customer care for the same and they said that there is problem in dashboard and it not updated. You consider the buyer returns as per the payment amount. We worked whole day on the dashboard and if that dashboard is not correct then how we can do work.
                                3) Stock Out Commission Charges : They deduct the stock out commission charges if the SLA breach for the handover of order to courier person by seller. This is the seller responsibility if the courier person not come for the pick up of the orders and seller need to raise the dispute in the portal and if we do not raise the dispute then they deduct Rs 250 charges per order. Snapdeal person never guide us about these charges and when we came to know about then it is already very much delayed. Though after that we are raising the dispute but still it has been charged to us as courier person has pick the order from seller but they have not update the same in their system and seller has been levied for these charges as well. We informed the same to Snapdeal customer care but they are not ready to listen anything.

                                We have issued many queries regarding this issue with snapdeal but never received any satisfactory revert. They are making profits from sellers by charging above unnecessary charges.
                                We have borne lots of loss in the business due to the above unethical business practices done by snapdeal.

                                There are lots of bad reviews about snapdeal can be seen in the youtube and google which shows they have some issues with thier policies.
                                I request you to kindly review their unethical business policies which makes snapdeal profitalble on the loss of seller who is the hard earner and help him from destroying his business.

                                      I purchased a shoe in 17.10.2021 by snapdeal partner shadowfax compny they deliver but shoe wrong colour so I order for return..then on 19.10.2021 order picked up but in snapdeal my order show unsuccessful so I call snapdeal customer center they were foolish me then 7 to 8 day after on 26.10.2021 shadowfax delivery boy return me shoe I call snapdeal about this then they tell me that your order once again return by us ..but after 4 day in today no were pick up this ...then what I do ...pls solute us
