Ordered John leather sandals size 8 Price was Rs 725/=it was loose. Got it replaced by size 7 .It was tight. Returned it and refunded Rs 699 instead of 725/=Balance Rs 125 has not been refunded.

      On 06th October 2021, I placed an order for 2 Edifier Black Nylon Casual Belt( Rs 249 for each piece so Rs 498 for both) and according Snapdeal the packaging and delivery of both the belts will be done simultaneously. On the 11th October 2021, I received the parcel from the Blue dart courier service (AWB#[protected]) . I asked the delivery man that is the parcel containing two belts or one and he said there are two, moreover on the box also there was written that the price of the package is Rs 498, so I paid the bill via Google pay (UPI transaction ID[protected] to Anas Bogal. On opening the box, there was only one belt available.

      Then I register a complain regarding the issue on the same day, while registering for the return the snapdeal shows that both the items are differently ordered and I need to separately register for the pickups.

      Second morning (12th October 2021), the delivery man came to take the pickup and said me that he is from DLHVRY service. And took the box that was delivered and gave me a small sticker in return and he told be that your one item that is the missing item will given the status as UNSUCCESSFUL due to missing so he cannot confirm the status. Moreover, after some time I received the return money in my bank account of Rs 249 on one belt that the pickup man took away. But the second belt money is still pending and showing to reschedule the pickup. But I don't have any box or belt to return then how can I return anything.

      Contacting the agent who took the pickup, he told me I need to submit 2 boxes but received only 1 so he cannot submit the success ticket in his tickets.

      According to me, this is a fraud done by the snapdeal company of earning more money from the customers who order 2 or 3 items together.

      Moreover, I have attached the related screenshots of the google pay transaction, delivery, pickup and snapdeal page.

        I've placed my return order on Oct 2 2021 and the message came that on Oct 7, 2021 that the pickup will be done but till now no such thing happened and thus refund of Rs.649 has not made.. Moreover, on calling upon the customer care number the mechanical voice informed that the phone number is not only used for shopping on Snapdeal albeit I've have taken up the order by the same number itself. The chat number is also switched off.. Many such complaints related to refund are registered here but still now no actions have been taken yet.. It is some kind of joke or Rs.649 is not a sum only ?? No phone calls, no messages, no mails regarding the return parcel has been updated and the complaint registered on snapdeal site is totally faking it about the same. Its been nearly 1month that no such updation has been made.. If this continues we are force bound to take some legal actions against the inappropriate and indiscipline attitude from Snapdeal..

        My order pickup was Oct 7, 2021 and the date has already passed. So when I would be contacted by the required authority. For the same reason the refund has also not being made. The required authority must contact ASAP.

                                  Dear Sir, I want to deactivate my SNAPDEAL account but I cant find any option for deactivation of account in there website or mobile app. Today morning I received a lot of Login OTP from snapdeal . But i am not used my account since last two years . This company privacy and security is very poor . So I request you please help me as soon as possible.

                                    The customer service system is disgusting. I placed an order for size 9 and I received 7 and now I have scheduled pickup for it where info is not available. The fare is less now and I was charged more then the current displayed fare. I wish I would have used any other platform rather than receiving this kind of service.

                                      I have tried so many times to return my shipment as I have received damage product but my pickup is showing put for pickup every single day but it's been rescheduling by courier person without any information..it's very bad experience to shop from snap deal.
