I made an order for a book on snapdeal with Order Id [protected] on September 2. I received the book on September 8 which turned out to be a fake copy. The quality of the pages is poor, the print margins are off and there is no scratch code on the book which is gives access to online content of the book. I created a replacement request which I thought needed some more details. So I asked the customer care to cancel the current replacement request. So I can create a new one with edited details. My replacement request is canceled but now I don’t see any option to create another one. Their customer care is no longer responding. Their is no other option for me to contact them.

Some company is using you name and logo for a fraudulent activity
I am a victim of such an activity and have undergone a loss of around 60, 000 Rs
I wish as a company you would also not like someone else use your name wrongly and seriously try to harm your company's image
I hope you could help in recovering my amount, else I will lose my faith in your company

Please refer order I'd [protected] Wolverine Okhli Musal.the status of this item is "delivered" on yesterday.sorry to say that the item is not yet delivered by the delivery agent.of course he has contacted me around 1945hrs on 06/09/2021 and expressed his inability to deliver the item and promised to deliver the same on today morning.
But the item not yet received by me where as a fake delivery confirmation message has been sent to my mobile.

Snapdeal or some other authorities are providing my personal number +91-[protected] for resolution of Customer issues related to product delivery. I am getting regular calls from customers; earlier the frequency was low but it has increased considerably.
Could you please check the number into your database and delete it on priority as I don't have any relationship with Snapdeal.

Tata Safari contest winner calls being received asking me to deposit Rs.1750/= fir cash payment or Rs.3500/= for deluvery of car. Is this genuine or fake.

I have returned the product and haven't received my refund yet. The team says they have refunded on 4th Aug but I haven't received any refund till date. I have raised many complains and shared my Bank statement so many times but haven't see any solution to this and have received a mail saying its credited every time i have raised but where is it in my Bank Statement. But it all started after my recent purchase in snapdeal. Does my contact information is being shared anomonously? I have return my order but it's 1 week I didn't got the money back... I am very disappointed with this app

I am a senior Citizen and I purchase some Analog kitchenware containers of 1000ml two sets of six pieces cost 419/- each and 2500 ml two sets of six pieces cost 599 each and I paid 419+419+599+599 total amount 2036/-total no of containers are 24 .

I request for refund but one men come to my house and rake only one set of 499/- and two sets of 599/- but in my order refund shoes 499+499+599 instead of 419+599+599 difference of 180/- kindly refund me my actual amount that us 419+599+599.

I placed the ( Jainsons Pet Products Sobo Fish Aquarium Internal Filter (WP-6001) on 2 august, i got the delivery 0n 11 AUG 2021, which was damaged, i informed and share the photo of the damage parts to the Snapdeal on the report problem with the order option, then on 17 AUG 2021, THE DELIVERY GUY CALLED ME FOR RETURNING THE SAME ORDER, FOR WICH HE CAME TO MY PLACE AND PICKEDUP THE COURIER, TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY MESSAGE FROM THE DIVELIVRY TEAM OR FROM THE SNAPDEAL TEAM, I try to contact the Snapdeal customer care team and even on their WhatsApp no [protected], but no reply, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS MY DAMAGED PRODUCT BEEN REPLACED OR AM I HAVE MY 775 CASH BACK
