Hi, This is to highlight highly frustrating process of return I'm going through from past 2 weeks. Snapdeal claims to have Easy return process, which is proving false in my case.
I have trying to re-attempt for return of the Order no-[protected]/ [protected], since the courier person incorrectly mentioned comment as QC check fail, however the product was not available for inspection.
I received call from Snapdeal customer care the request for reschedule of pick up will be processed, but no further communication is received, I have tried calling customer care no but it does identify my Order no with my Mobile number for known reason.
Can't belive I have to struggle so hard to get this simple request process through various channel's including Call, Email and now here
Hoping that atleast this should get Snapdeal in action and keep up the promise of Easy Returns.
