Hi...I have received one postal card with the name of snapdeal...inside it's having one scratch and win coupen card ...it's true or fake...and how was our address details will leaked

    I had ordered a doll from Snapdeal but they sent me the wrong product, so when I initiated a refund they said that they would refund my money using SD cash even when I insisted for a bank transfer. After that whenever I tried ordering a product using that SD cash it would never work, I called customer service multiple times and they would just give some excuse everytime. Then suddenly after an year of that refund the SD cash got expired. This was not bonus amount which snapdeal had given to me but my own money that got refunded. If it was about to expire they should have transferred the money to my account or at the least notified me on that. I had got multiple notifications about their products and promotions through email, sms and app notifications but not even a single notification about my SD cash expiry. This is nothing but ROBBERY & FRAUD!! I just want my money back and nothing more.

            Snapdeel promised to delivery boy pickup the damaged product in return. but he complaining that he has to deliver meny orders that's why he use to ask us code seeking today he picked but he physically wants pick tomarrow. first of all it is your mistake that you have sent defective microfiber cloth. for this we people has suffer

                    I’m totally fed up with this Snapdeal service. Worst service ever.. I’m chasing for my order since I week, how many times I have chat with your customer team, still getting the same reply just wait for 1week will help you in this n all.. I have not receive my parcel still I got msg as order delivered, I have also talked to customer service on call as well, they’re like we have raised your complaint just wait for 1 week. Ab ho gaya 1 week I can’t wait now, either I want my parcel or just give my refund.. First of all give me a call on [protected] asap.
                    Ab ye Snapdeal se toh kuch order karungi bhi nahi. Bakwaas app hai fraud kahikee..

                      I had ordered through snapdeal.com ajantha black synthetic leather sandals on 2/9/2021.

                      The same was delivered on 11th and as the size did not fit I had returned the same immediately.
                      It was picked up on 11th itself and the website said refund were processed on 13th.

                      But on 16th it said refunded.

                      Order subid [protected]

                      Other reference is my mobile number [protected].

                      No refund was made.
                      There are only 2 ways to connect to them
                      1. Through their whatsapp chat and 2 a call back service
                      Complained for more than 6 times
                      Standard reply is "will sort it out in 24-48 hours)

                      Looks like these guys are cheats

                            Hi, This is to highlight highly frustrating process of return I'm going through from past 2 weeks. Snapdeal claims to have Easy return process, which is proving false in my case.

                            I have trying to re-attempt for return of the Order no-[protected]/ [protected], since the courier person incorrectly mentioned comment as QC check fail, however the product was not available for inspection.

                            I received call from Snapdeal customer care the request for reschedule of pick up will be processed, but no further communication is received, I have tried calling customer care no but it does identify my Order no with my Mobile number for known reason.

                            Can't belive I have to struggle so hard to get this simple request process through various channel's including Call, Email and now here

                            Hoping that atleast this should get Snapdeal in action and keep up the promise of Easy Returns.

                                    I placed order for 2 items XXL Size. One is Sherine Rayon Kurti Rs.749 (original cost Rs.898) after discount and another Janasya Green Crep Suit Rs.549/- (Original cost Rs.653) after discount. In total I paid Rs.1298/- in cash.

                                    The product Sherine Rayon Kurti was without any tag and very loose with loose elastic, also. So I requested to return and refund the money Rs.749/-. I also sent the screenshots of the INVOICE and the amount I paid as per the Invoice. However, the snapdeal people are neither not reading the matter I have sent or deliberately want to harass the customers. Same type of questions and Ads are being sent by them whenever I am correcting them that I should be refunded with Rs.749/- and not Rs.625/-. I am attaching herewith the details. Hope now you people will understand.

                                      I requested to cancel the order (ID [protected]) as delivered product wasn't matching with the product shown. After then I have got several messages for picking up the cancelled product but each time you have changed the date and time of pickup without any information. I am attaching the messages which I have received for your reference. Can you tell me, what is your final time for picking up my cancelled product and refund my money to my already mentioned bank account. Moreover, you sent me several messages regarding that some your pickup boy with their name and phone number should pickup the cancelled product. But when I was calling them on their given phone no. they told us that they hadn't received any messages regarding the picking up my cancelled product from your end so that they couldnot pickup the product .what is happening I don't know. Can you help me at your earliest time?
