      Snapdeal customer care playing prank with me from the last one week not picking up my product back - not initiating the refund.scheduling pick up, cancelling & them again rescheduling just playing prankster, outsmarting. I was looking for a shampoo & they delivered conditioner now not ready to take it back & deliver the correct product, nor they agrees to to initiate the refund of my amount, although took my bank details.

        I have ordered shoes from Snapdeal online app. the product name is Sspot On BOOST-26 Blue Running shoes of Rs-667/-. but i got USED Slippers of 4 set of different legs' I raised request many times for replacement in snapdeal app but the customer care people is not supporting and helping for exchange of the product every time i raise request in customer care they say the pickup will be arranged within two days but when the pickup person comes he says we will not return the product. Raise request again then they will pickup.

        now they are not returning the product nor exchanging the product nor replying to me.
        i need refund of the amount. And apology from snapdeal

                      Last year i started my business on Snapdeal ( After successful business on Amazon & Flipkart ), completed in more than 100 order in in past few months. I have only these issues with sanpdeal
                      1) Why the most of the Orders are COD not prepaid.
                      2) Why there is most of COD (about 70-80% )Orders Gets RTO's, after that we have been charged, and products gets returned after more than one month. They still deduct high RTO Charges & Courier Charges from Seller.
                      3) Seller don't have option to assign / select courier partners as a result we depend upon snapdeal assigned courier partners who delays in pickup & meanwhile customer cancels the order and we have a loss in packaging of order.
                      4) Regarding the returns, they don't pack the items in proper packing they use your own torn out packing wrapped and hand over it to the seller.

                              I did payment for RIFRAFASHION double bedsheet and payment mode was phonepe also it was successfully done to the transaction ID which was suggested but when i go to " my orders " it never show my order has been placed !! Now what to do are snapdeal theft or what ?! I want my money refunded in my bank account otherwise I'll decrease your ratings snapdeal !! My payment was of Rs 311/-

                                I ordered the following irem on Snapdeal online on 8 May 2021:
                                VeBNoR 3P Protective Mask With Nose Pin (100)
                                I was expecting a box of masks to use for defence against Covid 19 virus.
                                Order number: [protected], Rs 463.

                                I got an SMS on 15 May 2021 that the item is delivered today. It was not. I waited few days but nothing happened. I tried to call them up but could not find the customer service phone number. On their App, there is a WhatsApp chat with predefined menu options. There is no option to report non-delivery. When I sent an email, they replied that some family member or neighbor might have received it on my behalf. The fact is ours is a lonely house without any neighbors. Only my wife and mother stay here and none of them received it. I complained again by email, but they do not take any responsibility for delivery it seems.
                                I am disappointed with the unethical behavior of SnapDeal.
                                Please get me justice ! I am a retired person.
