Last year i started my business on Snapdeal ( After successful business on Amazon & Flipkart ), completed in more than 100 order in in past few months. I have only these issues with sanpdeal
1) Why the most of the Orders are COD not prepaid.
2) Why there is most of COD (about 70-80% )Orders Gets RTO's, after that we have been charged, and products gets returned after more than one month. They still deduct high RTO Charges &...

I Mr. Bikram Das would like to inform you that I had 2accounts in snapdeal i.e- on mobile no.[protected] & [protected] for which I had requested to snapdeal several times to delete the accounts but they didn't give any importance about the matter. So now through consumer complaints I had given the complaints so please help me out with this issue & please inform snapdeal to delete the accounts immediately. Thanks & Regards....

I bought a digital weight machine of order no [protected].Machine display was blank.so I requested for return but quality check was failed by pick up person.iwas not satisfied so I called customer care.I was assured by customer care that within 2to3 day he will arrange next pick up.till date it was not picked.I also tried by other means but failed to contact .Now it was showing that no pick will be done.kindly replace the above item....

I did payment for RIFRAFASHION double bedsheet and payment mode was phonepe also it was successfully done to the transaction ID which was suggested but when i go to " my orders " it never show my order has been placed !! Sir I got a call from Snapdeal company from Sanjeev Kumar and Alok Kumar Singh that I have won the lucky draw prize 1200000 for registration I need to pay 4000 and services tax and tds tax of amount nearly 20000 after paying this amount he told me that RBI has been holding my cheque after hearing this I told him to refund my money back but he told me that I need to pay a refund able amount 4200 and 6400 but still my money is not refunded...
