    Sir I got a call from Snapdeal company from Sanjeev Kumar and Alok Kumar Singh that I have won the lucky draw prize 1200000 for registration I need to pay 4000 and services tax and tds tax of amount nearly 20000 after paying this amount he told me that RBI has been holding my cheque after hearing this I told him to refund my money back but he told me that I need to pay a refund able amount 4200 and 6400 but still my money is not refunded back sir please help me out from this situation

    Sir there were saying that within 4-5 RBI will come to your house and do enquiry about the cheque why it is not clear and they will declare as black money and put me behind the bars . So please help me out from this situation. Let me know that RBI can do this or it's a false news

        I ordered my product vide Suborder Id: [protected]. I have not received this product but status shows that delivered. I raised my complain within time to customer care, after many times follow up to them they provide deplomatic answer that complain not raised within time.

        Delivery shows as on 11/04/2021, on this day there is complete lock down other that emergency services.

        Company not ready to provide me my product or money refund.

            I bought an item from snapdeal on 13th april and they sent me a faulty product which does not charge.

            I have raised at least 7 pickup requests which they keep cancelling again and again.It is now the 21st and no pickup has happened and no refund given for faulty product!

            They have disabled the calling option as well.

            Complete FRAUDS!

            Refund my money asap!

                            Today i received a post from snapdeal online shopping pvt limited, 8th floor, sector v, rdb building, salt lake, kolkata - 700091.
                            Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1, 20, 000 + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11, 20, 000 inr. They have mentioned to contact on the watsap number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know via truecaller app that the number is in the name of snapdeal. Please take necessary action.

                                    सर ये स्नैपडील कंपनी के द्वारा १ महीने से ज्यादा दिन से परेशान किया जा रहा है।इसने एक ऑफर निकली थी की गेम्स खेलो और coin जीतो और उस coin से मैंने 2 coupons ख़रीदा था जिसमें की मैंने 1 कूपन का यूज़ किया और दूसरा नहीं लग रहा था तब जाके मैंने इसकी शिकायत करी और उन्होंने बोला की technical issue के कारण ये कूपन नहीं काम कर रहा है मैं आपको दूसरी उपलब्ध करवाता हूँ और उसके बाद बहुतो बार call and emails के जरिये बात हुई लेकिन अब ये एक जैसा ही ईमेल सेंड करके परेशान कर रहे कभी बोलते है मैंने ये कूपन दे दी है आप यूज़ कर सकते हो but वो नहीं लग रही तो कभी बोलते है मैंने दूसरी email id पे कूपन सेंड कर दिया है तो अब बोल रहे की जिस आर्डर के लिए आपने 5 रूपये pay किया है उसके लिए मैं कूपन नहीं दे सकता।यानी अब ये कुछ भी बोल के परेशान कर रहे है। और मेरे मेल का रिप्लाई नहीं देते बस एक जैसा ही मेल वो सेंड कर रहे मुझ।
                                    और एक बात ये लोग डाटा लीक करते है पिछले कुछ दिनों मे मैंने 2 कॉल recieve की है जिसमे उधर से बोला गया की मैं स्नैपडील से बोल रहा और आपने जो प्रोडक्ट purchase किया है उसके लिए लकी ड्रा हुआ था जिसमे आपको गाड़ी मिली है, मेरे पास उसके कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग है और उसे यहां तक पता है की मैंने कौन सा सामान आर्डर किया था इसका मतलब तो वही हुआ ना की उनके तरफ से ही डाटा लीक किया गया है।

                                      Snapdeal refuses to delete my account that I have not used for multiple years. I also have no intention o[censored]sing Snapdeal in the future.

                                      Snapdeal support has stated that they attempted to contact me using an older phone number, and that they would like an alternate phone number, using the following text in the email:

                                      "Dear Customer,

                                      We tried calling you on [protected] regarding your query but couldn't reach you.

                                      In case you want a call back on an alternate number, please reply with the details of your alternate contact number and we'll attempt calling you within 24 hours (between 9 AM to 6 PM)

                                      Team Snapdeal"

                                      As per their email, I responded with an alternate contact number for them to reach me at. I then received another email stating that they could not change the number as per their policy, which is not what they asked the number for. Here is the text of that email:

                                      "Dear Customer,

                                      We are unable to change the mobile number associated with your Snapdeal Account. We value our customer's security and privacy. Keeping this in mind, we do not allow any change the mobile number associated with an account.

                                      If you require any further assistance, feel free to reply, we'd be glad to help you.

                                      It seems as if they are intentionally leading me around in circles, using these methods to make the process as long and difficult as possible.

                                      Very poor customer support from a supposedly large retail company, especially for a simple account deletion issue.

                                        I had booked Realme 5i flip cover vide order ID [protected]on 6.3.2021 and was delivered to me on 8.3.2021 as per invoice no SDO094F/20/20533 dt 6.3.2021.
                                        After opening the package, the item was found defective with improper size and return request was made. The pick up was arranged on 10.3.2021 and pickup person refused the pickup saying that you have wrong request.
                                        It is requested that the defective piece be picked up and money returned.
