I ordered product hindware geyser, order id [protected],
I received product faulty, i requested for refund, snapdeal sent mail to courier the product by my own,
Courier cost is same as product cost, i tried to connect to snap deal, but customer care ivr don't have option to connect, sent several mails, but no single reply,
Today i got mail, written that your refund will be cancelled if you don't share courier receipt,
How can i spend huge amount in courier without any confirmation of reimbursement.

We have received the defective & used product from your side. When, i open the packed, i found the product quality is too low. Its defective & used product. It has different style product as per display. As a customer, i have paid for it 4950 rupees. Which is a big amount. I want to replace it. I have also created a return request online. But i have not got any response from it yet. Please do the needful. Also find the product detail as per below. I am not receiving any call or mail from snap deal side related it. I have purchased nike track pant from snapdeal. It was not fit as expected so i returned it. Snapdeal is asking me my bank details which i have given to them. Still they are not returning my money & saying that my a/c details are wrong. I have checked many times & sent them the correct details. Still they say it's not correct. I had ordered inline blue skate with price of 2299/- but quality of product is not good so i put up return request with same day online after 4 to 5 days snapdeal courier boy was came at home and picked up the inline blue skate as same condition as they parcel it. But till date i. E. 05.01.2018 i dont received my payment. Snapdeal have 7 days easy return or replacement policy and also courier boy of snapdeal which was collect my product told me that are you getting your money within 04 to 05 working days i returned my product on 25 dec 2017 but till date as mentioned above i dont received my payment....

Dear sir,

1. I ordered for nike air max shoes 2017 as i saw a very good price.
2. 3. I recieved my order i realised it was fake and counterfeit... I been using nike for a long time.
4. Now i am asking for return and refund and they flatly refuse it in the name of policy.
5. Instead of being apologetic and considering suing the vendor who is selling fake shoes on their site, they even refuse to collect my shoes back.
6 can snapdeal do what they want and not be held accountable.

I have placed an order from snapdeal on 4 december, 2017 and i have made the payment rs 1680 for the same product... But till date i have no update of my product and i have email them to cancel my order because it's too many days and i don't need the product now. They canceled my order and when am asking for the refund balance they are not giving me any reply about my refund balance... Snapdeal is totally fraud company and it is always cheating with their client. When i tried to. Email them they are sending again and again same email which i have added with this complain. - i ordered noora black leather jacket from snapdeal. Transaction was successful and money deducted from my account. (Canara bank throught net banking)
But snapdeal says my order is not completed, and any money taken from my account will be refunded within 48 hours, now it's been 48 hours and i dont think they are considering about it.
One more thing when i try to contact snapdeal customer number it says - we didn't have any order from this number, yet i've used exact the same number to register on snapdeal,...

I cancelled my order of 2 pair of shoes before shipment... I payed for order bye debit card... Snapdeal notified me as my money is refunded successfully but still i didn't get my money back in my debit card.. There is notification showing refund is initiated and refunded successfully on 1 january 2018 but i didn't get any money..

I had ordered sony mdr xb 55ap earphone at rs 1085 (Mrp rs2490).. And i was so excited to get it. When i got delivered this product and open the box i found a duplicate cheap earphone of rs 50 having a fake packaging of sony.. I gave a request of return and refund.. But snapdea customers are too slow.. They didnt response my emails.. Kindly take a strict action against that selller.. Also refund my money as soon as possible...

I placed an prepaid order on 21/12/2017 for a motorola charger, i got messages from snapdeal that courier boy is not able to locate my address but i haven't received any call from any courier and suddenly on 29/12/2017 the status of my order shows "delivered". I have written to help@snapdeal.com and in auto-response it says that i'll be contacted in next 24hrs. But i haven't received a single from there end. Customer care [protected] is having only ivr. This is a cheat either from snapdeal or from there courier. I need my money back. My registered mobile number-[protected]....

I ordered for a micromax mobile. At the time of delivery i found it was defective. When i raised a return process for the same the customer care mailed me that the product is not defective, and i cannot return the same. I dont understand how can they know about the condition before its delivery. If this is the process of their checking the product before shipping, then why there is an option for the return/replace. I dont understand why these type of companies still existing in the market who do not know how to resolve the customer complaints. And in a busy schedule of work we go for online shopping...

I have returned a product named as "orpat hand blender hhb-157e wob colour - voilet" cost rs. 1000rs.. Snapdeal asked me that they do not have any pickup facility from your location so please sent the product by choosing your own carrier and we will reimburse courier charges as well. Then i sent the product by paying to the courier. The product has been received by them and still they are not refunding my amount. I have written several emails to them but i am not getting any reply...

I had ordered pack of 2 baremoda tshirts of size m, but i received 1 tee of size m & other size xl so i returned the product & sought replacement, but my product was sent back to me saying quality check on order failed, though i returned product as it was delivered.
