    We have purchased Titan watch as sub order number - [protected]. We found that product that received is not original nd it's duplicate.

    Now, snap deal is not able to help or support to replace with original product. Reason is that return period is expired.
    We have not use single day and not to open tag. Due to personal and corona, we are not to check nd return on time. So request to help here and solve with replace original product.

      They have provided two dresses in one package
      But while returning he is asking that where is two packages but i have provided two dresses in the arrived package, so only one is refunded

          I received half order, ie, only one folding Almirah, thought, second one is inside it, but wn i opened, there was only one. Almirah is also not useful, product shown is diff., So i wanted to return, but salesman says he should get two pieces as shown, where should I get second one, wn i received only one, paid for two.This is very disturbing.I m permanent customer of Snapdeal since years. I hope my difficulty is resolved ns my money restored at earliest.

            But the description of the product is totally inaccurate and incomplete, it is used for something I can't even write about it here.

            The product is totally packed as they handed me and it comes under 7 days return policy,

            So, I want to return my product and want to get my hard-earned money back.

            But Snapdeal is not even connecting with me or responding on it,

            So I request you to please help me to return my product. It's totally sealed and packed.

              My order for Blue denim lycra woman's jeans was not matching my expectations so I opted to refund it immediately but they cancelled the refund by saying that return request has been closed when I try to communicate with them no proper communication was done.                 This is really very shocking and unlawful as well that someone is using my name and email to place orders from Snapdeal.

                Query: Please delete my profile and let the user know that it is illegal to use other's email. Also make email OTP verification as mandatory.

                      I've purchased a product
                      Tecsox Bassbuds Lite In Ear Wired Earphone 0 Hours Playback 3.5 mm IPX5(Splash Proof) Powerfull Bass -Bluetooth Black.
                      I git the product where product description in online is not same as the received product. Product description in online has 12mm driver but received Product is 8mm.
                      I'm not happy with what has stated.
                      I requested replacement and it has been processed and received same product product as early which product description is not same as stated in online product description.
                      I need refund or the product must be stated as description.

                        I ordered a product from snapdeal where it was mentioned that it's an ayurvedic product, but when I received the product and saw its manual,

                        It contains illegal banned ingredients like opium ( afeem ) in higher concentrations and, When I raised the complaint against it, the product got disappeared from snapdeal,

                        In the description, it was written that the product can be easily returnable within 7 days, but now, they are saying that the product is delivered in good condition and they have nothing to do with it even if it's a banned opioid.

                        The product is properly packed and sealed, I want snapdeal to get their order back and refund me my money.

                              I have cancelled my order, and i have requested for refund for my money which has i have paid, but they didn't respond properly until now. I have tried to call the customer care, they didn't respond to me, and i have tried to contact with them they are not responding at all. Such a waste service from the snapdeal.
