I registered a replacement request as i received a smaller size of the shoe i ordered but now i received an sms that "your item does not pass quality guidelines" i mean this is ridiculously i have worn the shoe only once just to check the size how could it possibly be "not fit" for replacement. If something happened to it while shipping then that's not my fault. I really trust snapdeal and have ordered frequently but this incident is

I have ordered the product on 1st dec'2017, it was delivered on 8 the dec'17. But when i opened the box the product was defective and returned and item was picked up 19th dec'2017. Till now no refund has initiated and still shows your item will picked up on 28th dec'17. I have follow up customer care 2 times, there is no response. Please take action and refund my amount.

Yesterday a currier boy came to my home to deliver the product, my mother gave him the money after taking money in his hand he ran like thief and deliver only one parcel in place of two... We try to catch him but he was gone.

I had ordered nike 2018 kwazi green running shoes. Order no [protected]. What i received were a pair of totally substandard local make shoes. I had paid the cod amount of rs 2899. I immediately complained to snap deal with the invoice and the pics of the shoes. A reverse pick up was arranged for the same. Now i get a message saying delivery is arranged from a different supplier. The delivery was attempted today, but i refused to take delivery as i am yet to receive the refund of the same order. It is very shameful company like snapdeal have no any helpline number to talk with the customers care executive. I refund my product but after few days a message display showing that my bank account that i give for refund process is not correct. But when i try to contact customer care service their is no any helpline number to talk directly with the snapdeal member....

I ordered a samsung headphone, and i received same but that was damaged and one side not working condition, i returned the same too the snapdeal person came and got the product, he given a slip for return item mentioned. After that i didn't received a refund to my account for my cash on delivery payment, but that snapdeal website and customer care not working properly, i sent a mail to snapdeal couple of days ones but no response from snapdeal team worst online. I will wait for couple of days other wise i will make a complaint at consumer court......

The sellers listed original picture of the shoe and delivered different shoe. The price is heavily discounted thus enticing customers to chose such a product. The price is the same as original but discounted almost 70 percent to make it a good buy. Snapdeal should ensure such scruples of a seller affects the snapdeal story for quick buck. The onus also lies on snapdeal to ensure products are original and hence the fault lies on the marketplace like snapdeal to ensure fake product sellers are delisted and heavily penalized...

I have order pendrive of 16gb moserbaer pendrive usb 3.0 of rupee rs 355/-
On 16 dec 2017 cash on delivery and on 21 dec i get my order and when i open it doesnt foung in the box pendrive in place of that i receive cardreader.
As i come in this situation i ultimately call to sneap deal cumstome care and file about that complaint as the custome care said to me "that from i get mail on which i have to reply all the item which i receive but when i check i didnt find any mail from the sneapdeal.

I am writing this message so that anybody who reads this understands how snapdeal is a worthless, cheating, fraud website.

On 13 dec 17 i ordered an item on which i supposedly received on 15 dec 17. I paid the delivery courier cash on delivery. When i opened the item i realised i had been sent the wrong item, not what i ordered. I submitted a request on snapdeal’s website to have the item replaced with what i ordered.

After that i dint get any updates on return, so i wrote complaint mail to snapdeal customare care. I get response saying it will be done within 2 days. They dint return the item till now. Now they stopped responding. Please take necessary actions against them as they are cheating customers. Never trust snapdeal. Worst online shopping site...
