Ordered the set about a week ago. Status shows that delivery was unsuccessful thrice but nobody showed up to the house on any of the scheduled delivery dates. My order id is [protected]. Still waiting for the courier to show up to my house. Address details were pretty accurate. No reason for them to not find the address. Starting to think that the product will not be delivered....

I purchased a prestige jmg champ 550 3 juicer mixer grinder through snapdeal vide invoice no. Sf6d30/280 dated 13.03.2018. The order was placed on 12.03.2018 and product was delivered on 16.03.2018.
This is to inform you that product was received in damaged condition. One lock of the product is totally broken.
I made a request for return as per policy on the vary same day through snapdeal apps but the item was not picked up for return. Despite of picking the product my request is being rescheduled so many times since the day of my complaint/delivery. Recently, pickup was scheduled...

I had ordered overtech k688 keyboard mouse combo (White) order id-[protected] which got delivered to me on 15 march 2018 but i received a black one also i was not satisfied with the product. So i initiated a returned sequence on the very same day. I was given the ticket id 46389377. Pick up person came and picked up the same on 17 march.
After 2 days i got a mail saying, i was denied refund from your side saying that the quality check criteria does not met as some part of the order happened to be missing. I am quite sure that i packed all contents including dongle. So i mailed them to look...

The pick up service is refuse to pick the item received while i request to return it becoz desired product is not sent but some other item place of it. So i contacting you direct and indirect lit of time. But yu never responded satisfactorily.
I got tensed for that day till today. Plz resolve the issue, so that i receive my valuable money back and purchase right product.

I have ordered 7 dress material from snapdeal on 7 th march 2018 order number [protected] amounting to rs.3538.. I received the products on 12th march 2018.. When i opened the parcel i noticed that the product shown on site and actual product ia very different.. The quality is also very bad hence i returned the product in just two days of delivery.. After 8 days i received an email from. Snapdeal saying the material doesnt meet their quality check standards hence ther wont be any refund.. How can it be different i have not even opend the folded material returned as it is.. If the product was different...

With respect to my previous complaint, I haven't received the refund till now for the order [protected].
Even I did not receive any response about the cut off date when the refund will be credited. It was emailed to me 6 days ago that refund will be credited within 6-7 days.
There is no sign of refund. Please help me on the confirmed status.

Dear Sir,

I have ordered ordered 3 combo set shoes for kid on snap deal website on 25-02-18 & i paid 990 INR with debit card, they delivered the item on 01-03-18. after opening the package i received only 2 sets of shoes with different color which was not selected by me. so immediately i initiated refund & next day the snap deal pickup person took the package. later i got message on 07-03-18 your amount 990 INR credited to your bank account & it will credit in 7 to 10 working days. but till date i am not received any money into my account. i tried to contact snap deal many times...

I have previously logged a complaint ten days back. I was informed that the ussue would be resolved by the seller of snap deal. But so far nothing has happened. First there was an issue with one tvs remote, now there is a failure with another tv. Snapdeal team is not bothered to take back the defective items and give me back my refund. Since i have purchased the adiddas duramo sliders about 20days before since the quality of the product was not good so i returned it but it is almost 15days the refund is still not initiated into my bank account.
