Hi,
I have ordered a saree and paid the online cash using my credit card.
I have cancelled my order within half an hour, but still amount is not refunded. They called me and informed that they will refund within 7 working days. It's almost 20 days got over. I didn't get any updates also. Can you refund it soon. Service is too worse.

Maine ek necklace set return kiya but usk paise refund nhi hue... Maine bhut emails kiye nd customer helpline line pe try kr rhi it's about 1 month but mere paise nhi aaye mere account me and aaj msg aaya bank detail galat h so refund cancel kiya h nad plz bank ki correct detail de... Nd koi option nhi de ra mere order pe bank detail correct krne ka.. Nd usi bank detail pe snapdeal se hi refund hua h then ekdm se bank detail glt kaise hui... I want my money... Plz help me...

Hi purchased micromax bharat 1 mobile from snapdeal on 14 the november in box there is no bsnl sim card of 97 rs offered and they are not receiving mobile return
Because of i have purchased in snapdeal advertised bsnl 97 offers with micrmax barat 1 phone but they are not sent any sim card with the bundle. And i went purchase sim seperetly in bsnl office for this offer they said sim cannot be issued for this and also contacted micromax office they are saying sim should be given from e merchant...

The concern authority, snapdeal.com sub: refund not successful and its very complicated issue. Respected sir, this is to inform you that i purchased a cloth through snapdeal order id: and the product was different so for i lodge a request for return and refund, its pickup by snapdeal by 30/11/2017 but still now my refund was not progressed. I tried to contact customer care as well, from there i didnt get any response...
I recieved a msg that the amount would be refunded by 02/12/2017... Till now i didnt receive...

I have bought a elica chimney from snapdeal which delivered at 1st nov 2017. After this i contacted to elica for installation support but no one came to installed neither any confirmation call so initiated return within 7 days period. But till date nither snapdel return item not called to resolve issue.in snapdeal anyone can not talk to directly customer care executive. One month passed, snapdeal is not returned item. Very worst ever experience for online purchase in snapdeal. Kindly take back your item and return my money.

Yesterday snapdeal is called and clearly denied to return...

Snapdeal — warranty related [Resolved]

I ordered samsung headphone from snapdeal and when product stopped working i visited samsung store to claim warranty then samsung rejected claiming product serial number is invalid and i can't claim warranty and ask me to contact dealer, when i contacted snapdeal they want written proof and samsung says they don't provide any such finally i got some email conversation between samsung that says which are product they sell and there serial number and same thing i provided to snapdeal and now i'm receiving emails stating your request has been closed. I don't now whom to raise this concern they cheated...

I have purchased a pendrive but it was defective so i applied for return. I changed the pick-up address to return but it is still showing the old pickup address. So i want to change the pick-up address but snapdeal is not giving an option to do it. Their customer service is also very bad. Their response time is very late. Also they don't have customer care executive service....

I have ordered a reboxed nokia 1600 32 mb black order no. [protected] and sub order no. [protected]. The product which i have received is not working properly.
1) the battery is not charging it seems there is a problem of batter or a charger
2) when i m inserting a sim card it is showing no sim card.
The product is under 3 months warranty. So i am requesting you to kindly assist me on the same....

My name is mohit gupta. I have placed an order on your website. I bought the allyson fitness orbitrek for my personal use... I have placed order under the name pawan gupta.
I didnot receive my order complete... The order which i placed had 4 different things they are as follows twister, stepper, dumbells and the crosstrainer... What i receivedis only 3 items in a small box a twister, stepper and a dumbells. The main item crosstrainer is missing. So i have been cheated by the seller... I didnot get what i asked for and have been cheated by the seller by paying 17115.

Ths is regarding the product carpet with id [protected] delivered on 8th october. The size of carpet received is small and not the size which i ordered for. I request you to kindly replace it. I already lodged a complaint over the phone. I could not place the return request in the stapulated time as both me and my husband were down with severe viral infection and high fever. I request you to consider my request seeing my previous record and i being a very regular customer.

I ordered nike slippers few days ago on snapdeal bt they sent me different and used product. But when i emailed them to return the product, they try to game with me of pick up. There is no pick up happened till now. I had mailed them several times bt they replied to apologise bt not taking some necessary action. I am not happy with their services. I want a satisfactory solotion. If they dont have solution then refund my money. I dont want to trade with them again. They kept playing of pick up game. I want urgent solution. They big fraud and cheaters. Their easy return policy is just a part of game....

Hi i ordered a more then 5 step aliminium ladder and i got 4 step aliminium ladder.
So i requested return of item which was accepted by snapdeal.
But no one came to pickup item and i got several messages every morning and night as follows:

Hello, i ordered a dermaroller on nov 24th nd the delivery guy tried to call me and due to some work i could not attempt the call. As he called only once (Atleast he should call me after some time). I called him later and his answer is very irrresponsible like i am taking the product for free. He said your order is cancelled. But later i got an email to update about the reschdule. I reschduled it on dec 1st but still i didnt get any update about the product. I am totally disappintment with the service of shapdeal. Please try to send my product asap and give me an update whats going around...

Repeatedly i am mailing but negative attitude. Even i gave pickup boy's number to contact as a proof but the company is so irresponsible that never tried to solve the issue. Few days back i got a message you didnt return the items so we are closing the issue. Those who are all reading this kindly be away from this fraud company. I received the call from this number: +91 [protected] regarding my order id: [protected], placed on 01 dec 2017. So today snapdeal has cancelled my order without my permission. They didn't intimate me before cancelling the order. I complain to snapdeal today morning. I receive the call now and the agent hung up my call without giving any solution. This is how you will treat your valuable customer. I need the proper solution for this order and call me to solve this issue with a proper solution....

A highly unanticipated incident has occurred wherein i, the consumer, had ordered a micromax bharat 1 phone from snapdeal.com on the 9th of november 2017 vide order number [protected].

On the 17th of november, the package was delivered. Upon opening the same, the content did not match the description. A different model of micromax phone had been delivered instead of the bharat 1 phone. This unintended incident of incorrect product delivery was soon intimated to snapdeal in writing, to which they responded accordingly. A couple of days later, reverse pickup was arranged by vulcan logistics.
