    I have ordred K7 Total Security for 3 Years. Snapdeal taken money before but order was not placed.

    We running behind this couple of weeks. The customer care executive agreed for the refund but haven't materialised.

    They are using same terminology like with in 24-48 hrs, we will refund.

      It is found than my email id is misusing in snapdeal portal by someone.
      I got mail of order and delivery while i am not doing the same. It means someone is using my mail id.

      How can Snapdeal authorise any mail id or phone no without proper authentication of original user.

      I want prompt action on this issue . Please block the user who is using my credential.
      I have already made a complain regarding this before but still the issue is continue.

        I ordered a product on 5 th june on Snapdeal but since due to product issue and privacy concerns, I requested to cancel the day after before the item was shipped but to my utter surprise the product still didn't get cancelled and keep on shipping.
        I want to raise an issue with snapdeal that the service provided by them has been not nice and trustworthy to the customers.

          My name is yawar ABDULLAH I have purchased a Asian black shooe worth rs 599 but the product quality was not good as I was expecting once received I have make the return request after that the product was returned by myself and I have also paid the bus fear and the charges to deliver the product I went in post office to return the product I was not expecting that Snapdeal will provide such a world's worst experience I have also not received the refund yet I would request you to please contact me on my number [protected]

              Order ID [protected] - Against the ordered 4 sets of Chudidar - Ameera's Indian Ethnic wear- blue Rayon women's stitched salwar suit. Only 3 sets delivered. One piece missing in a packet that's supposed to contain two - as per the packing label. Pressing Snap Deal since then by calls/mails/messages for the resolution / REFUND of Rs 710. No avail.                 Respected everyone,
                What ever I am saying is true.trust me.think and do thrice times in any situation.this snapdeal platform has never done any fraud with anyone and I have seen people call it too worst platform or large number of members are doing scams. Actually, there are fraudsters in the market who are calling the consumers and impersonating as Snapdeal or some other ecommerce company and claiming for lucky draws or some prize. But In actual, they just want to lure normal people with these offers and ask for money in advance to proceed further.

                Many people lost their huge amounts in this..i am saying that those frauds are monitoring with the name of "snapdeal".so, i seriously saying to all the members who are shopping online to stay away from these fraudsters and never respond to them. Don't pay any money to anyone.

                The scam is still on. They say the other complaints are because they didnt finish the order but its not the case. They keep youin the game saying need to complete hidden tasks and still swindling more money, asking to trust them and giving more hope, saying they are there to help in anyway possible, talking with the merchant, asking to transfers amounts to random accounts on gpay and paytm. I lost 5+ lakhs in this scam. They finished my level L3 and still didnt return back the money saying there are hidden tasks. It was worse than scam.

                  I have ordered 7 items, in that 6 items got canceled by snapdeal courier service itself without even informing me. The reason is Not a deliverable Area but not understanding how they could deliver one sub item in my order to the same address. Its 2 different couries service and one able to do other cannot. But the interesting fact is same Unimove service delivered items to the same address with my previous order . First i have got 2 items canceled and I tried calling and followed up with snapdeal customer service for about 2 weeks to atleast hold back other items saying I am ready to come and collect with no improvement.

                  Finally my refund is getting processed now, need to wait and see how it goes. My pincode is 600100 in Chennai and wasted my time with snapdeal. If we select pincode still items will be listed in the App but no guarantee that you will get it delivered Please do not waste TIME and efforts of people like this.

                  It's a waste of time for both seller and buyer whoever dealing with snapdeal and snapdeal is forcing customer to look for other services.

                        I have received wrong product from snapdeal.
                        When I applied for replace, everyday it reschedule the pickup for next day and eventually the pickup also got cancelled. They didn't call or take pickup.

                                    Your customer service desk is not proper answerable or they don't know anything about seller site.
                                    I am seller of snapedeal from last more then 1 years. ..
                                    From last 1 month, they deactivated my account without any updates.now they said that they are not able to active my account when i ask the reason they said they can't share reason to me... i have invested lot of money for my product listing like professional photo shoot, category design ..
                                    i want to know the reason that why i am not qualify or my account is not active in future..
                                    whyout any genuine reason snapdeal can't disable my seller account

                                      They said that this is a platform for increasing online marketing through fake sales. They gave 100 rs as bonus and asked to book some orders and they refunded it some sort of commission.Then they asked to book some more orders and promised that they will refund the amount at the moment itself. And I did that ordering process but my amount was shown as freezed and not added to withdrawl account. Then they asked to make another order to unfreeze the old amount..Likely they have freezed my amount nearly 18, 000 rs and now they asked to make an order for large amount and then they will unfreeze my amount..I don't know what to do and where to complaint.I made such orders because I found those in Google ad sites and the website is named as snapdeal.please help me and make a way to refund my amount.

                                      The scam is still on. They say the other complaints are because they didnt finish the order but its not the case. They keep youin the game saying need to complete hidden tasks and still swindling more money, asking to trust them and giving more hope, saying they are there to help in anyway possible, talking with the merchant, asking to transfers amounts to random accounts on gpay and paytm. I lost 5+ lakhs in this scam. They finished my level L3 and still didnt return back the money saying there are hidden tasks. It was worse than scam.

                                        I have been trying to contact you through phone numbers etc But I am not able to reach you all.
                                        I had put a product on return.
                                        It shows as I should courier the package.
                                        In return policy its written as the courier service comes and takes the package.
