I bought a handbag from snapdeal which i should hav got on oct 22 2020 but d courier guy didnt deliver d parcel to me instead updated on d site that he has delivered d parcel and on repeatedly informind snapdeal they kept me on standstill for more than two months this is very bad customer care service shown by them which made me left with only option to drop my complaint here...

Not accepting a return. Sent a pirated e-copy of the book instead of paperback.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from their end. Daft customer service. Despite repeated promises to cancel the product, they have forcefully shoved this subpar pirated book down my throat. They offer the customer no scope for honest mistakes and second thoughts. Snapdeal is a modern day snake oil seller and surviving on borrowed time....

Cardboard sent as parcel instead of laptop stand

Hello team,

I had ordered for American-Elm Laptop stand from snap deal. When i opened the parcel there were 5 sheets of cardboard delivered to me. I immediately raised request for return and refund. A courier person visited home but refused to collect the parcel and asked me to raise quality. Since then no one have come and i keep receiving this message
