Hello team,
I had ordered for American-Elm Laptop stand from snap deal. When i opened the parcel there were 5 sheets of cardboard delivered to me. I immediately raised request for return and refund. A courier person visited home but refused to collect the parcel and asked me to raise quality. Since then no one have come and i keep receiving this message
"Rescheduled Jeresteen, we will pick up your .. within 2-3 days. For smooth return, please pack your item with all original packing, invoice, MRP sticker and tags." and in the afternoon
"the Pickup update: Hi Jeresteen, we were unable to pickup your item American-Elm Laptop ... since your item did not pass the quality check done by our courier. We are working on this case and will contact you within 48 hours. Track your return request at snpdl.in/khakmb3gz" I want you take strick action against this issue and let me know if the team plans to collect and refund or just leave. This a fooling business i feel like now.
