    Address: 6th Floor, Cyberscape, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector-59, Gurugram, Haryana- 122002.

    I ordered walnut worth 900rs on 26th November 2020. Order id is [[protected]] . On app it showed expected date of delivery as 2 December 2020 whereas on 1 December out of nowhere the order status started showing Delivered. But I didn't receive it till today. I raised my complaint on 3 December since then their customer care is repeatedly asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours whenever I call them, everytime they say they will arrange a callback from their backend team but I never got a single call from their backend team. I am very much frustrated and hopeless right now. It's been nearly one month now and they are really careless about this issue, like it's something normal which frequently happens on Snapdeal. I tried to contact the Xpressbess courier delivery service through which the order was supposed to be delivered and over a call their Delivery Manager and delivery boy both accepted that delivery boy who went to deliver the order didn't deliver it and took it back to their office and I did record that call. I am ready to provide the recorded calls to Snapdeal and told this thing to their customer care also but still they didn't even ask me to provide them recordings. Is this how they treat their customer's grievances? How can they do this to me. It's my hard earned money that's why I am asking for a refund.
    I ordered many time before from them but this time if I won't get my refund how can I even trust Snapdeal anymore, forget about recommending it to someone else.
    I want my full refund.

              I have ordered OPPO A53 mobile and I received samsung B110 i request for refund or replacement i raised complaint on 21st of December 2020 and they shared the complaint request number and replied as within 24 hrs we get back to you almost 48 hrs gone still no reply and response I don't know what to do worst customer service even i tried customer care no it saying there is no orders in this mobile no so please take action regarding this case.

                                I bought a handbag from snapdeal which i should hav got on oct 22 2020 but d courier guy didnt deliver d parcel to me instead updated on d site that he has delivered d parcel and on repeatedly informind snapdeal they kept me on standstill for more than two months this is very bad customer care service shown by them which made me left with only option to drop my complaint here

                                  I have ordered a chokor necklace through snapdeal on 8 Nov, 2020 and it delivered on 14th november. After opening box it's found empty. I am complain against this by email/app but your resolution it's not satisfactory. You have informed I have not fulfilled your internal checks. What is this.                                     I have ordered a black heel shoe through Snapdeal online on dated 20 Oct 20 with order I'd [protected].
                                    The status of order on the tracking page shows delivered. But I have not received the consignment yet. I made several queries through e mail to Snapdeal customer support. But no efforts made from their side to resolve my issue. I have repeatedly requested for one to one conversation with customer care representative. The helpline number being IVRS doesn't reach to one to one conversation. My request for a call back to my personal number is also not answered till date. I wish an early response and solution to my problem. Kindly do arrange for refund at the earliest.

                                      Extremely unprofessional behaviour from their end. Daft customer service. Despite repeated promises to cancel the product, they have forcefully shoved this subpar pirated book down my throat. They offer the customer no scope for honest mistakes and second thoughts. Snapdeal is a modern day snake oil seller and surviving on borrowed time.

                                        I have ordered "Red Tape Slip On Genuine Leather Brown Formal Shoes" Order ID: [protected]. Which is not right fit to my leg now when i request to return this Why you people closed return request without return.

                                        What the hell i do with his big shoes, you people write trust Pay at the time of payment. Is this Snapdeal policy ?

                                        I need this to return any how or replace with one number small shoes what I do with these big shoes which is useless for me.

                                        Kindly Return this order or replace it else i should go to Govt. Consumer care service and complain about the same.
