I received a speed post today with scratch card and a certificate that says I am one of the winners. It has my name phone number and address on it... Saying I am one of the winners and have won around 7 lakh rupees.. tell me is it genuine or not because I smell something wrong here.. and even if it is wrong then Snapdeal should take measures to keep our information personal and take action against such fraudulent going on

      Snapdeal is not taking return of product purchased. Got a message from Snapdeal that “ There has been a delay in picking up the product by our courier partner due to unavoidable reasons. However, I have rescheduled the return request, and our courier partner will pick up the product within the next 2-3 days.” Today when I called the status, it shows as return request closed. I did not receive any call from courier person or Snapdeal before closing the return request and there is no way to connect with them over phone. Order ID: [protected] place on 14 Feb 2021.

        I placed Jumbo vegetable chopper on 13 jan 2021 with order id [protected]; but I made return request on 23 rd JAN as the product was not at all satisfactory. BUT IT WAS GET FAIL FROM THEIR SIDE. again on 1 feb I made request WHICH WAS ALSO GET FAIL . This HAPPENED ONE MORE TIME FRUSTATED BY SUCH RESPONSE on 5th feb I SEARCHED ON GOOGLE ANY OTHER NUMBERS OF CUSTOMER CARE AS WITH THIS OFFICIAL NO.[protected] I couldnot able to contact SNAP CDEAL. so, I searched this no. [protected] on google as a customer care executive of snadeal & contact them. He assured me that your product will be picked up & the money is refunded quickly. I believed him and did whatever he told me. By follOWING HIM HE TRANSFERED 20000 AMOUNT FROM MY CANARA BANK ACCOUNT I THINK THIS WAS A CONSIPRACY TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS.

          Snapdeal called me on the phone and gave me the same reply that the orders had been delivered.
          nothing new than the previous answers to my quarries; which is a complete lie.
          No orders were ever delivered.
          Our security department confirmed again and again that no one had ever asked permission to enter our locality, THEREFORE NOTHING HAD BEEN DELIVERED.

              We are sorry to inform you that on 02/02/2021, SanDisk Pen Drive was received, whose order was no.There is [protected] which we paid Rs. 1380 but is not supporting on connecting to USB which means product fault. We immediately filed a return request on 03/01/2021 so that the product can be returned but no product has come up to pick up

              In this context, I was given toll free number [protected] for service of Sen Disk, which I called several times but no response is received even after dialing the input and no service station number and help is available.

              For the past 20 days, 25 consecutive calls are being requested for return, but no assistance is being provided.

              To date, the online shops are facing the most nonsense experience that is trying to trap Snapdeal customers. The defective product I received is not being withdrawn in the name of reverse service.

              Today, even on the date of 21/02/2021, the product pickup has not been made.

              Please pick it up as soon as possible and collect the return process and deposit the amount of Rs 1340 in our given account.

              After this, we will not want to deal with any kind of business deal which is trying to rob customers.

                I have order cats eye stone on snapdeal but i received damaged stone and they have not picked all thought i have requested for it.

                  I have ordered a product from snapdeal.com on 11th Feb 2021. The item delivered by Snapdeal is not same as describe in the website.

                  Now i am requesting the return/replacement of same as it is not same what i ordered, but Snapdeal is not ready to accept the return/refund and sharing some fake term and condition.

                  It is purely cheating with the customer by advertising something in website and delivering something else to the customer. It is snapdeal liability to deliver the same product as mentioned in their website.

                            Today I received a certificate of the achievement stating that I won rs 8, 00, 000/- (Rs Eight lakh only) along with a scratch card coupon and a letter with the terms and conditions for claiming the prize of 8, 00, 000 rupees via post. It is stated in the letter that all the prize-related information will only be available on the prize helpline number i. E [protected] and not on the company's customer care number. From further inquiry, I came to know that it's a fraud occurring widely in the name of sanpdeal. Please take the necessary action.

                              I hope everything is good at your end. This is regarding sub order number [protected] led 12 bike lights as shown in the picture when I ordered showing 2 pieces but when I received the order it was only one so I made request by calling customer on the same day after delivered on 27 jan 2021, but called customer care and they said to send detailed picture of the product so I marked mail with attached picture and they made a return request and said my product will be picked up by courier patner DEHIVERY, it was under review for more then 48 hours so after 48 hrs no response as they breached the time line too again I called up on31 jan and again they made pick up request and said again 48 hrs and again they breached no one came to pick up my return order as on the app it was showing pick up has been scheduled with courier patner DELHIVERY_DSQC but at 4:00 pm status showing pick up failed again on next day 1 feb 2021 pick up scheduled at 9:43 am but again showing status pick up failed so next day again pick up scheduled on 2nd feb again failed I called up customer care they have several answer as per their SOP just to make fool to the customers again given 48 hours time and arrange pick up on 3rd feb 2021and again showing on my app out for pick up at 09:44 am and showing pick up failed at 03:28pm.So I just want to ask from snap deal why this thing is happening again an again and what kind of tie up you have with DELHIVERY.
                              I am grateful to the wonderful people at Snapdeal for this. I have always felt that our craving for material things is where the world is going wrong. But then if only more peoples listened to me. I would think there would be lesser wars in the world. But yes, I digress.
                              I know I am being very unreasonable here. After all, the product has been paid for and why should you be bothering now. But let me tell you its not about you, its about me. You see, I am a very lonely man.When I received a message from Snapdeal that someone will come for the pick up of the product, I was excited.
                              Please let me know if you are planning to send a guy to pick up the product and Otherwise just let me just know what to do with this product as ordered for 2 as shown in picture but no quality control check showing 2 and sending one. This money spent on Snapdeal seems like it has gone to the drain.
                              And if you guys have a “Donate money to Snapdeal” section on your website please let me know the link. I would like to donate more money to your company.

                                    I ordered walnut worth 900rs on 26th November 2020. Order id is [[protected]] . On app it showed expected date of delivery as 2 December 2020 whereas on 1 December out of nowhere the order status started showing Delivered. But I didn't receive it till today. I raised my complaint on 3 December since then their customer care is repeatedly asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours whenever I call them, everytime they say they will arrange a callback from their backend team but I never got a single call from their backend team. I am very much frustrated and hopeless right now. It's been nearly one month now and they are really careless about this issue, like it's something normal which frequently happens on Snapdeal. I tried to contact the Xpressbess courier delivery service through which the order was supposed to be delivered and over a call their Delivery Manager and delivery boy both accepted that delivery boy who went to deliver the order didn't deliver it and took it back to their office and I did record that call. I am ready to provide the recorded calls to Snapdeal and told this thing to their customer care also but still they didn't even ask me to provide them recordings. Is this how they treat their customer's grievances? How can they do this to me. It's my hard earned money that's why I am asking for a refund.
                                    I ordered many time before from them but this time if I won't get my refund how can I even trust Snapdeal anymore, forget about recommending it to someone else.
