We are sorry to inform you that on 02/02/2021, SanDisk Pen Drive was received, whose order was no.There is [protected] which we paid Rs. 1380 but is not supporting on connecting to USB which means product fault. We immediately filed a return request on 03/01/2021 so that the product can be returned but no product has come up to pick up
In this context, I was given toll free number [protected] for service of Sen Disk, which I called several times but no response is received even after dialing the input and no service station number and help is available.
For the past 20 days, 25 consecutive calls are being requested for return, but no assistance is being provided.
To date, the online shops are facing the most nonsense experience that is trying to trap Snapdeal customers. The defective product I received is not being withdrawn in the name of reverse service.
Today, even on the date of 21/02/2021, the product pickup has not been made.
Please pick it up as soon as possible and collect the return process and deposit the amount of Rs 1340 in our given account.
After this, we will not want to deal with any kind of business deal which is trying to rob customers.
