      I ordered a toy for my kids birthday worth1000+ rupees. Expected date of delivery 4th august2020. But i didn't received it till today. I have been following with them since then it's full of automated reply. After 45 days they r saying sorry for the inconvenience caused in future it will not repeat. But order has been delivered. And they insists upon closing the case. I still asking them for money or my toy back. I am home maker and stayed home that day. I received few orders from snapdeal and their delivery partner delhivery. How this parcel alone got delivered to someone else

        My order number is (AWB[protected])
        It was delivered by yesterday as somebody was called me at around 12:15pm to receive the product from the particular spot which is half kilometres away from my home. I said him it's fine I will come there with cash.. He told me to come immediately over there as he is about to reach..and i reached on the said spot and I have awaited there almost for 1 hour. But he didn't come.. I was just getting tired so I had go back to home.. After 30 minutes he called me again and said to come at another place to receive the product.. This time I have denied to go there due to heavy rainfall and I said him to get my product to nearby my house. As it was home delivery service.. But he clearly denied to come there so I have to cancelled my order for these all hesitation...

          I have purchased blue jeans from snapdeal, ordered on 30 aug 2020. On 06 sep 2020 i have sent a request to replace with smaller size. Mail has been received from snapdeal on 06 sep 2020 that my request accepted received mail that return pick up will be with in 2-3 days. On 9, 12, 13 16 18 and 21 sep i received emails from snapdel as reply to my emails.in every reply they stated that return pick up will be within 2-3 days. But there is no return pickup till now.

How outside peoples know that I have ordered item in snapdeal? Is snapdeal selling consumers information? I have attached one such message for your reference.

              I ordered rejsol tca 25% chemical peel lotiin from snapdeal but i recieved an empty box, i too k help from costumer service and they asked me for photos and a consignment form of empty box, i provided them all that, but still there is no updates from their side regarding my refund. I also mailed them they didn't replied. I also tried to reach on call but they also now removed call option from my account. Sir i need my money back, it costs rs.877. I have also provided them my bank details but they are not taking any action regarding my refund process. Please help me out in this asap.

                I ordered a product which snapdeal sent a wrong one so i requested a refund.The courier guy from shadowfax picked up my product and gave an acknowledgement slip as well.Now despite the proof of pickup snapdeal says product is not picked up and are refusing to refund my money!!

                These are frauds!i need my refund asap!

                  We got a call from an unknown number stating that the guy is calling from snapdeal customer care located in delhi.
                  On showing disapproval for the lucky draw prize the guy started abusing my lady friend using filthy language.

                  We contacted the snapdeal customer care regarding the same issue and just asked about their customers data security policy and as an example just told the executive that if suppose we are the executive calling to ur lady family members and speak in the same way would you consider it appropriate..

                  On doing the same the customer care executive started abusing in return.

                  As per out knowledge companies like snapdeal state that all calls to customer care are getting recorded but their executives on being contacted use such filthy languages

                    My product name is david miller dmrcm56 leather analog men's watch.
                    I have placed return request for this item on 10 september at 11:13am and due to quality issue (Leather strap damaged) i placed a return request at around 11:30am on same day.
                    A message came that it takes maximum upto to 24 hours to approve my request but nothing happens. Then i contacted via email/calls and i was asked to wait maximum upto 48 hours.
                    Now it's going to be almost 95 hours but they are not taking any action. My return approval status is still pending and i am sure they will close it soon.
                    The product return policy time is just one week. This kind of delay in response is consuming my return period days.
                    I want my issue to be resolved in any way.

                          I have ordered light lamp on snapdeal site. When i received the product, there was not even a single resemblance between product and the image used for representation on the site. I was even more exhausted when i found product not working even more frustated at last by seeing orignal mrp of product was 45 rupees but snapdeal charged 298 rupees. What should i call this a fraud or mistake.

                                I ordered for yhky-2000 infrared thermometer (Order id - [protected]) on 11th july, 2020 (Online paid). I received a msg on phone saying it'd be delivered on 20th which did not happen.

                                I drafted a complaint to snapdeal support on 28th july, though i tried reaching them on customer call service, it just said "there has been no current orders on my number" and did not connect my call through.

                                And on 29th, i received a reply to my complaint saying "couldn't deliver due to some unknown courier issues." however, i received a msg on phone few hours later, saying my order has been delivered, which was not.

                                Since then i've been contacting them over mails, their repeated answer is "we've checked our records and it's delivered on 29th." i was sent a proof of delivery, saying order delivered to bikshapati. I know no one by that time nor anyone exists in my apartment by that name. Also, i did not talk to any courier guy, call logs too can be checked. The courier guy number received on phone was not reachable anytime ([protected]). Please look into it.

                                Snapdeal reached out to me immediately saying delivery executive will get in touch with me asap. Days later, delivery executive called me up and it was realised that the parcel was delivered at an another apartment. Though I appreciate Snapdeal's support in resolving this, I'm sorry to say, this could've been solved with the very first complaint I raised. But unfortunately I had to wait for almost 2 months, raise a complaint on this forum to have this solved. From Delivery executive's side, he says "Snapdeal doesn't mention customer's phone number causing troubles like this." Please consider this. Thanks again!

                                    Claiming i have won a lucky draw of worth rupees 1100000 i wonder how the frauds got my information and address detail. This man constantly troubled me with calls and asked me to deposit 10000 in his account.

                                    I am scared of my information accessed by fraudents it is such a bad thing that they are spoiling the name of your company. I have attached the duplicated photos which the fraudent sent and also the courier he sent.
