I ordered for yhky-2000 infrared thermometer (Order id - [protected]) on 11th july, 2020 (Online paid). I received a msg on phone saying it'd be delivered on 20th which did not happen.
I drafted a complaint to snapdeal support on 28th july, though i tried reaching them on customer call service, it just said "there has been no current orders on my number" and did not connect my call through.
And on 29th, i received a reply to my complaint saying "couldn't deliver due to some unknown courier issues." however, i received a msg on phone few hours later, saying my order has been delivered, which was not.
Since then i've been contacting them over mails, their repeated answer is "we've checked our records and it's delivered on 29th." i was sent a proof of delivery, saying order delivered to bikshapati. I know no one by that time nor anyone exists in my apartment by that name. Also, i did not talk to any courier guy, call logs too can be checked. The courier guy number received on phone was not reachable anytime ([protected]). Please look into it.

Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal reached out to me immediately saying delivery executive will get in touch with me asap.
Days later, delivery executive called me up and it was realised that the parcel was delivered at an another apartment.
Though I appreciate Snapdeal's support in resolving this, I'm sorry to say, this could've been solved with the very first complaint I raised. But unfortunately I had to wait for almost 2 months, raise a complaint on this forum to have this solved.
From Delivery executive's side, he says "Snapdeal doesn't mention customer's phone number causing troubles like this." Please consider this.
