I bougth philips trimmer on 6 aug they doesnt deliver me product after this came in my home town at 13 aug but they ignore me they doesnt feel to call me and they apply reson code (208-delivery address is not found) but i am leaving in main area of city. As they not stopped after some days i recieve delivery office no, i call him he talking very lightly as he is not responsible for that and answering me to i[censored] need then receive u from office. They just taking rest and we offer them delivery charges as free...

    I bought a redmi note 3 32 gb from snapdeal in july 2016 and even today i have not received the same.

    after every delayed delivery they guys increase the date by 3-4 more days.

    and now i am unable to check the status of my phone on courier service network.

    they both are blaming each other on phones when i contact them and asking me to talk with other party.

    also, WONDER no call from snapdeal and xpressbess for delay and any assurance for delivery.

    and also i want to mention here that as written on print screen of complaint " a summary of your querry has been sent to your email id [protected]@gmail.com".

    NO SUMMARY SENT BY SNAPDEAL ON MY EMAIL ID ...I HAVE COMPLAINT THEM MANY TIMES BUT NO RESPENSE. AND NO FEEDBACK FROM THEIR SIDE.

              I have ordered an antivirus and a pen drive.

              But i have to cancel it due to some reason

                I have ordered an iphone 5s 16gb silver from snapdeal on 11th august 2016 and the product was delivered within time on 13th august. Right from the first day it was having heating issue and hanging problems and accordingly i lodged complaints to snapdeal on 14th august 2016 for refund my amount to the original payment method. My complaint was granted and registered accordingly a mail has been received to me from snapdeal but by the time i thought to use it for few days as i have 6 days left to return so i called to the customer service help desk to cancel my request. But just after 15th august 2016 it was getting hanged rapidly. I couldn't even access my messages so immediately i called again to the snapdeal customer desk but this time firstly they had guided me for troubleshooting for the product without taking my request of replacement of the phone iphone 5s. And i followed their instruction but the problem remains same and wrote to them. This time after getting my mail they called me and asking me to go to service centre to check the phone instead of replacement/refund. Then i asked them that i want to refund my amount against return the iphone 5s to them. But they simply refused my point and disable the request for refund button for my account and mailed me the address of the apple service centre that is too far from my place. I asked them why do i go to service centre for the brand new iphone because as per 7 days return policy i can ask for refund/ replace the purchased item at any point of time within the given time frame but after some heated argument they said our policy has been changed just now and until unless i'm not getting the certificate from the service centre they will not allow me for refund. My question is this the way snapdeal having fair business policy. I have purchased few other mobile for my friend and family member from othe e-commerce store and they solved same kind of issue without hesitation or harassment as per customer wish. Moreover by doing this i mean going to service centre and getting certified by them 7 days return policy will expire and my matter will be closed. Please help me out from this cheat.

                        I placed an order of Pari Fashion Multicolor Cotton Saree with order id [protected] and received it on 5.08.16. I was dissatisfied with the item and so decided to return the order. the item was picked up from my home on 9.08.16. thereafter having got no refunds I rang up the customer care numerous times and whenever they received the call they said that they will take 48hours to return the money. today is 16.08.16. already 2x48hours have passed but i have got nothing but consolation from their side that I will be getting the money at the earliest. this is a genuine harassment for the customers. they mailed me few hours ago wanting my bank details which is already provided in my registered account. I tried to provide it again. but the details can't be submitted.

                            The product I received was in dead condition and yet was shipped by snapdeal, they delivered the product at my door and now they are not willing to take it back from my home instead they are saying me to courier it .                               I purchased a mobile from snapdeal on 4th of august i received it on 5th august when i get it on 8th august i used it so i reliase that its speed is so slow as i cant able to do work on it and after downloading some apps its hangged and did nt work properly as i realise its nt working and i cant able to use it so i apply for return on 9th of august now the executive come on 11 august and take a review and said we will pick up the product samsung j2pro in evening or tomorrow on 12th of august but there is no call no email nothing comes to me and i m very much disappointed to the snapdeal is system is so slow.                               what the solution you will give to me your executive call me and said we do not take return we replace it when i said i dont like the samsung j2 pro then why should i get the replacement i need another mobile but not samsung j2 pro but he said no we give only replacement and it is mention but it is mention only when you log in return and replasement option no body buy to return and on the purchase page there is mention online 7days easy return and refund policy trust to pay is our policy . now he said you have to visit our service center after that he will detect whether it is defective or not than they will give you a oder after that u will get replacement and that is not sure in hw many days really i fed up of your snapdeal please do something i m not a fraud i dont want to send a mobile without any reason i detect its speed is slow so thats why asked to return please give me any othe mobile so i will pay the balance and really if it was working prpperly inever ask for return but now i have the thinking that j2 pro is just fake add its not as good as it is shown please call me on my another no

                                I ordered for a 200 gm pack of nutrilite amway all plant protein powder on snapdeal. It was delivered on 11th aug 2016 in the afternoon. When i opened it on reaching home, i was surprised to find that the container seal was completely open. I personally opened the outer carton and packing which was intact but inside seal was broken. The website did not allow to return / refund the product stating that as per the policy, it is not allowed. On reaching customer care some how, i managed to get the return request no. 27774748 and was promised action in 24 hours. However, to my surprise, on 16th aug, i was told that the product can neither be replaced nor be returned as per the policy. I was also not allowed to approach anybody senior who can speak about it with authority. As on today, i have to consume the product or throw it out. It is risky to receive the food product in open seal condition and consume. Who will be responsible if there is any adverse impact on my health because of probable adultration?? No response to this question from customer care except that as per the policy, they can not accept the replacement or refund request.

                                  I’ve decided to take it to the service center but for that i needed BILL of my purchase which I’ve misplaced.

                                  So, I wrote to the snapdeal for providing me the duplicate copy of the bil. But Snapdeal not replied.

                                  Since then they’ve closed this query and are asking me for feedback on the query resolved. They’ve stopped replying to my mails and are not providing me the duplicate copy of bill.

                                  This is not a good after sale service they are providing and they are mentally harassing me by doing this.

                                  Please do the needful in this regard

                                  Since, I’ve got this device I’m facing numerous problems regarding its operation.

                                    My daughter neha upadhyay booked an order no-[protected] dated 19th july, 2016. We received empty box with only stone in place of micromax canvas sparks 3 8gb set. My complaint no[protected] on 21/07/2016. Attempted several time to contact but failed. Not receive even proper reply. Snapdeal is a cheatrn. It is a wrost online shopping site. I request to the public not to deal with snapdeal.

                                        I ordered karboon smartphone order id is [protected] but received damage product. My return pick up in 11 august bt i can't received refund yet... Many times i faced this typ of problems. I cl customer care before 2 days he told me ur refund in initiated after 24 hr bt i can't get. Snapdeal your customer service is the worst i have ever experienced when it comes to online shopping. I have used flipkart, jabong, myntra.com, amazon india, many times.. Ur service is very worst
