I ordered for a 200 gm pack of nutrilite amway all plant protein powder on snapdeal. It was delivered on 11th aug 2016 in the afternoon. When i opened it on reaching home, i was surprised to find that the container seal was completely open. I personally opened the outer carton and packing which was intact but inside seal was broken. The website did not allow to return / refund the product stating that as per the policy, it is not allowed. On reaching customer care some how, i managed to get the return request no. 27774748 and was promised action in 24 hours. However, to my surprise, on 16th aug, i was told that the product can neither be replaced nor be returned as per the policy. I was also not allowed to approach anybody senior who can speak about it with authority. As on today, i have to consume the product or throw it out. It is risky to receive the food product in open seal condition and consume. Who will be responsible if there is any adverse impact on my health because of probable adultration?? No response to this question from customer care except that as per the policy, they can not accept the replacement or refund request.

Order ID: [protected].i received the defected product.spoke with snap-deal customer care and they said that they will refund my amount. product has been return on 8th july 2016 and my refund initiated on 11th July. spoken so many times to snap deal customer care everyone telling the same story that they will refund the amount soon but not even a single sms or email regarding the refund.at last they said that they will not refund or replace my product the reason they said is that internal check is not passed, i asked for the meaning for what is internal check but they refused to explain me.i am very much bothering about my money.please anyone kindly help me to get my money back.my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
