I had ordered samsung galaxy j3 on july 7 from snapdeal. When the product did not reach by 21 july i cancelled the order and waited for refund as per snapdeal refund policy (Requiring 9 days max time), when the refund didn't initiate in stipulated time i filled the complaint with snapdeal customer care on aug 3. On the same day i got the message that your product has been delivered even when i didn't recieve it. From then on i almost contacted snapdeal customer care 10-15 times but everytime i get the same response our team is looking into this issue, i am escalating your complaint, give us 48 hours but till now i haven't recieved the refund. There has been no progress on issue.
