D/Sirs. I purchased Lenovo G50-80 (80E502QIH) Notebook (5th Gen Intel Core i3- 4GB RAM-1TB HDD-39.62 cm) online on 18th July 2016 from Snapdeal as per the rule I tried to Register the product for warranty on Lenovo, they flatly refused as snapdeal is not in their list of online retailers, So, I contacted Snapdeal on their [protected]@snapdeal.com site to settle this issue, on 12.08.2016 they replied me asking me to send the image of registration number which is on the back of product which I sent them on 13th august, till now snapdeal didn't reply, So, today I sent them a reminder attaching 3 images of serial number, but to utter shock instantly I received reply stating we are no longer handling queris sent via "[protected]@snapdeal.com". Please advice me action to be taken in this regard.
