I had ordered samsung galaxy j3 on july 7 from snapdeal. When the product did not reach by 21 july i cancelled the order and waited for refund as per snapdeal refund policy (Requiring 9 days max time), when the refund didn't initiate in stipulated time i filled the complaint with snapdeal customer care on aug 3. On the same day i got the message that your product has been delivered even when i didn't recieve it. From then on i almost contacted snapdeal customer care 10-15 times but everytime i get the same response our team is looking into this issue, i am escalating your complaint, give us 48 hours but till now i haven't recieved the refund. There has been no progress on issue.

    I have order being human pink round neck tshirt its fabric quality is very bad and item is given one year old so i will returned the item on 6 aug 2016 but my amount is not given by the snapdeal in my account i talk to his customer care from 5 days always he tell me that amount is refundee in 24 hours but i have not got my amount and the customer care name sidhanth so i need my amount so pls take some action for this issue

        Dear sir,

        The online shoping site snapdeal is providing the very poor service as per my experience. At first i ordered the one mobile, flip cover and temper glss. Snapdeal sold me flip cover and temper glass but i did not got mobile upto 20 days. By telephone i knew that order misplaced then i cancealed the order.
        Then i again ordered a mobile with extra 49 rupees. Charge for speedy delivery. But, idid not received the product from 10 days. I mailed may times but they do no replied.

                A wildcraft rock red travel rugsack bag was ordered on 8th august 2016. The order no. Is [protected] and sub order no.[protected]. The seller of product is m/s simba shopping pvt ltd, chenai. The item was delivered today on 19/8/2016.
                However the product delivered is not the one i ordered. I had ordered for wildcraft rock red travel rugsack bag model rock 30 which costs rs.2032.00 the cost of the product delivered is only rs.1095 and do not correspond with the one i ordered. Cash on delivery payment made for rs.2062 including courier charge.
                Immediate action needed in this regard.

                  I order product kiss beauty ads fashion colour makeup kit 48 color eye shadow laptop - multi color on snapdeal which is delivered on 16th august 2016. After checking the product i found that product is completely damaged.

                  I tried to return/replace it on snapdeal site but after clicking on return/replace and selecting the damage option, its giving the message:

                  "refund/replacement not allowed as per return policy".

                  There is no email id, chat support or customer care number where i can get the solution.

                  I tried Snapdeal contact number[protected] to return/replace the item, but when I am choosing option 1 for return/replace option its telling that entered order ID is not correct.

                    I haven't received my refund back and i am getting message that refund completed smoothly, when contacted their email id is not working and customer care number says "invalid request". How we are going to contact then if there is no point of contact.

                    Although amount is less but still you must take care of your work.

                            I want to know why that person charged 20 rs/- extra.

                                I ordered a pendant from snapdeal but they sent me wrong one. I asked for replacement they said i've to send it to company they cant take it back coz my address is out of reach and they'll return me my courier charges. I send it back to company but they haven't send me my courier charges i've sent dozens of emails to em already. It's already too late they refunded my pendant money but not courier charges.

                                  This is regarding a product i had ordered from snapdeal on 3rd august 2016 (Order no [protected]). Product –ifb 20 ltr 20bc4 convection microwave oven.
                                  The product delivered was broken.
                                  On return request snapdeal denies to pick the material and asks to deliver the material at their warehouse.
                                  I couriered the material to their warehouse but it returned back as it was out of service area. For that i had to pay rs 800.
                                  Now neither snapdeal people contact me nor there is a way to talk to customer care.
                                  Please look into the matter.

                                    I have ordered 3 nos of blue notice board. But i have received only 1 no. On 08.08.16.

                                    Then & there i requested for return the order. After that one day courier boy came & seen the package. He told i am unable to take this in my two wheeler because it is bigger size. I will arrange the four wheeler to pick the same.

                                    After that no one came here as on today. Daily i am calling by phone & your executive is telling that today we will arrange to pickup after pickup you will get the amount back.

                                    Today they are closing the return request.

                                    Regarding snapdeal order no.[protected]. yesterday I have received refund for only 1 qty. But I have paid for 3 qty.

                                    For return pickup I had followup for 17 days with snapdeal & your courier.

                                    Again for refund how many days I have to followup ?

                                    Please let me know if it can take 10 to 15 days means I will appoint one person for snapdeal followup.

                                    Kindly help me out in this regards.

                                    I am facing this problem for the last 4 to 5 orders which I have placed on snapdeal. I always make payment through my credit card but I have not received my orders on time . This time my order delivery date is 14 August but still now I haven't received it. I think I have to take this matter to the consumer court.

                                      I ordered a product from snapdeal but later on i canceled the product on the same day before it being dispatched. The order was canceled but its been 8 days since i have canceled the product but i haven't received my refund yet. I emailed snapdeal.com 2 times but haven't got any reply. I didn't expect a company like snapdeal would do something like this.

                                        I had purchased glucometer from snap deal but cancelled it before it was delivered to me.In the tool still the status is about to picked up. I had cancelled this by selecting option damaged since there was no other option available to cancel the product. The delivery boy didn't take the product saying it will be collected separately.

                                        since 22 july 16, the product is lying at my desk. No one from snap deal has initiated to collect it. I have been regularly calling customer care executive which is a paid service. Every time they assure me that the product will be collected from me and money will be refunded to my account. But till date no initative have been made from snap deal.

                                        Customer care executives every time assure me to collect the product.I never got call from snap deal for this issue . This is a very carelessness behavior from snap deal.Calling snap deal customer care is paid service and i have been calling them since long. They always assure me of collecting the product back over phone but no response later.
