Complaint against Delivery of Defective Items without Valid Money Receipt Bearing Serial Number of the Product Sold and unlawful refusal for Return of Product under Snapdeal Return Policy.
Sub: Products Not Supplied with items as specified and ordered, Appears Defective.
Proper Money Receipt with Product Serial Number not Given By Snapdeal.
Ref: Order No [protected] and[protected] dt 04 August 2016 for WD Hard Disk 2 TB + 1 TB
With reference to above the consumer begs to complain as under:
1. That the undersigned placed an order for WD Hard Disk 2 TB on dt 04 August 2016 vide order number [protected] and WD Hard Dish 1 TB on dt 04 August 2016 vide order number[protected] under Snapdeal Product Return Policy.
Amount paid against order Number [protected] WD Hard Disk 2 TB Rs 4, 840/-
Amount paid against Order Number[protected] WD Hard Dish 1 TB Rs 6, 928/-

2. That the aforesaid items were delivered to the undersigned on 09 08 2016, by Cash On Delivery terms and by online payment, whereas the items ordered were not supplied as specified by the undersigned and appeared to be used and defective.
3. Discrepancies with the product are as under:
• the Container/Box containing the items bought was damaged.
• The Hard Disk made a click sound showing failure.
• Hard Disk supplied as 2 TB displayed a data storage space as 1.81 TB free of 1.81.

• Hard Disk supplied as 1 TB My Passport Ultra displayed a data storage space as 931 GB free of 931 GB.

• the accompanying Retail Invoice did not mention the Serial Number of 1 TB Hard Disk (S/N WX61E852A9Z2, R/N: D8B ADAHHA, PN WD BGPU0010BBK – OB) sold to the undersigned against order number[protected]

• the accompanying Retail Invoice did not mention the Serial Number of 2TB Hard Disk (S/N WXQ1AC5PV4R8, 3616 B RIN C6B FFBMCA, P/N WD BU6 Y0020BBK-OB) sold to the undersigned against order number[protected].

4. That a Product Return request was made by the undersigned on same day vide reference number 27633912 for pick-up of the faulty products.

5. That Pick up order was accepted for return of Order No[protected] WD Hard Dish 1 TB on dt 09 08 2016 well within time limit specified but the Snapdeal Courier did not turn up to pick up the Product for Return uptill the date of complaint. Further the Pick up order was neither accepted for return of Order No [protected] WD Hard Disk 2 TB nor Product Return Policy made good by Snap deal for any of the items sold against Snapdeal Product Return Policy. Moreover the Snapdeal Courier Company has failed in safe delivery of products ordered by the undersigned previously against which online complaint was also lodged with Snapdeal followed by complaint by email.

6. That the Snap Deal failed to pick up the Return Request regarding Order No [protected] and[protected]. Further to escape with Return Request Policy the Snap Deal / Customer Care has illegally blocked my registered mobile number to accept any call or complaint from the undersigned against which a complaint was lodged through email on 12.08.2016 by the customer. Hence this follow up reminder is being sent to lodge my complaint against the personnel hampering Customer interest and goodwill of Snapdeal Company.
7. That the customer appears to be defrauded by Snapdeal Company and its authorities, money grabbed willfully and monetary losses caused with losses through mental tension and agony which shall be an unfair trade practices by Snapdeal.
As such you please are requested to return back the aforesaid items sold under Product Return policy, refund back the amount charged in my account and confirm your action today by return email failing which the Consumer shall be bound to refer the matter to his legal advisors for further action into the matter.

I have ordered AO Smith 15 Ltr EWSH Storage Geyser (BEE 5 Star) on[protected] but they have dispatched the different product (AO Smith 15 Lt HAS 4 star). I returned it with reason that received different order AO Smith 15 Ltr Ltr HAS Storage instead of AO Smith 15 Ltr EWSH Storage Geyser. They accepted the replaced request and sent the same order second time also through FedEx(Tracking no:[protected]. And I am unable to reach SnapDeal customer service to describe my issue. It's really bad experience with SnapDeal even they are not getting confirmation with customer before sending the same product for second time also. I did't except this type of quality from snapdeal and more worring about my order product. Will they able deliver my order or not. Could you please help me on this and do the needful.
