    Purchased a product KENXINDA W1 smartwatch . It showed 7 day easy return while booking in mobile app . Have screenshot for the same . Revieved a defective product and when called up customer care they refused to return and said only replacement possible . Call centre executive also denied to transfer call to senior even after requesting and telling her that I will wait .

      Complaint against Delivery of Defective Items without Valid Money Receipt Bearing Serial Number of the Product Sold and unlawful refusal for Return of Product under Snapdeal Return Policy.

      Sub: Products Not Supplied with items as specified and ordered, Appears Defective.
      Proper Money Receipt with Product Serial Number not Given By Snapdeal.

      Ref: Order No [protected] and[protected] dt 04 August 2016 for WD Hard Disk 2 TB + 1 TB


      With reference to above the consumer begs to complain as under:

      1. That the undersigned placed an order for WD Hard Disk 2 TB on dt 04 August 2016 vide order number [protected] and WD Hard Dish 1 TB on dt 04 August 2016 vide order number[protected] under Snapdeal Product Return Policy.
      Amount paid against order Number [protected] WD Hard Disk 2 TB Rs 4, 840/-
      Amount paid against Order Number[protected] WD Hard Dish 1 TB Rs 6, 928/-
      (Scanned document annexed as A 1 )
      2. That the aforesaid items were delivered to the undersigned on 09 08 2016, by Cash On Delivery terms and by online payment, whereas the items ordered were not supplied as specified by the undersigned and appeared to be used and defective.

      3. Discrepancies with the product are as under:
      • the Container/Box containing the items bought was damaged.
      • The Hard Disk made a click sound showing failure.
      • Hard Disk supplied as 2 TB displayed a data storage space as 1.81 TB free of 1.81.
      (Hard Disk Space annexed as A 2)
      • Hard Disk supplied as 1 TB My Passport Ultra displayed a data storage space as 931 GB free of 931 GB.
      (Hard Disk Space annexed as A 3 )
      • the accompanying Retail Invoice did not mention the Serial Number of 1 TB Hard Disk (S/N WX61E852A9Z2, R/N: D8B ADAHHA, PN WD BGPU0010BBK – OB) sold to the undersigned against order number[protected]
      (document annexed as A 4)

      • the accompanying Retail Invoice did not mention the Serial Number of 2TB Hard Disk (S/N WXQ1AC5PV4R8, 3616 B RIN C6B FFBMCA, P/N WD BU6 Y0020BBK-OB) sold to the undersigned against order number[protected].
      (document annexed as A 5 & A6 – 6a )

      4. That a Product Return request was made by the undersigned on same day vide reference number 27633912 for pick-up of the faulty products.
      (Screen shot annexed as A[protected]
      5. That Pick up order was accepted for return of Order No[protected] WD Hard Dish 1 TB on dt 09 08 2016 well within time limit specified but the Snapdeal Courier did not turn up to pick up the Product for Return uptill the date of complaint. Further the Pick up order was neither accepted for return of Order No [protected] WD Hard Disk 2 TB nor Product Return Policy made good by Snap deal for any of the items sold against Snapdeal Product Return Policy. Moreover the Snapdeal Courier Company has failed in safe delivery of products ordered by the undersigned previously against which online complaint was also lodged with Snapdeal followed by complaint by email.

      6. That the Snap Deal failed to pick up the Return Request regarding Order No [protected] and[protected]. Further to escape with Return Request Policy the Snap Deal / Customer Care has illegally blocked my registered mobile number to accept any call or complaint from the undersigned against which a complaint was lodged through email on 12.08.2016 by the customer. Hence this follow up reminder is being sent to lodge my complaint against the personnel hampering Customer interest and goodwill of Snapdeal Company.

      7. That the customer appears to be defrauded by Snapdeal Company and its authorities, money grabbed willfully and monetary losses caused with losses through mental tension and agony which shall be an unfair trade practices by Snapdeal.

      As such you please are requested to return back the aforesaid items sold under Product Return policy, refund back the amount charged in my account and confirm your action today by return email failing which the Consumer shall be bound to refer the matter to his legal advisors for further action into the matter.

      Hello Snapdeal Team,

      I have ordered AO Smith 15 Ltr EWSH Storage Geyser (BEE 5 Star) on[protected] but they have dispatched the different product (AO Smith 15 Lt HAS 4 star). I returned it with reason that received different order AO Smith 15 Ltr Ltr HAS Storage instead of AO Smith 15 Ltr EWSH Storage Geyser. They accepted the replaced request and sent the same order second time also through FedEx(Tracking no:[protected]. And I am unable to reach SnapDeal customer service to describe my issue. It's really bad experience with SnapDeal even they are not getting confirmation with customer before sending the same product for second time also. I did't except this type of quality from snapdeal and more worring about my order product. Will they able deliver my order or not. Could you please help me on this and do the needful.

        Why the order status is not being updated. I was promised delivery by 19/08 and now I have been informed that same will be delivered by 22/08.

        Since Ratan Tata Esq is one of investors, I had gone for Snap deal. It seems I have made poor decision to source from Snapdeal.

        Hi,

        I Just received the message and email confirmation that the order cannot be serviced.

        I bought the Vaccum cleaner equipment from Snapdeal and they are not able to service the BASIC PARTS LIKE dust collector bag of the vaccum cleaner.

        Pl advise if company like snapdeal can deal with the product which cannot be serviced / backed by them. Is this possible in any other developed economy.

        Mr Rattan Tata Sir, you are putting your money on the wrong horse.

          I ordered shoes from snapdeal..it was delivered successfully but size was a bit small for me..so I requested for return but a message came from snapdeal that pickup failed please reschedule it..but when i tried to reschedule the return of shoes i found there is no option of rescheding return neither on app nor on website..snapdeal is just cheating on the name of return..

            I am having issue with apple iphone 5s purchased on 11 september from snapdeal
            as a result i went to the customer care of iphone.
            but they denied to provide me the warranty by saying that warranty will not be provided as the product is unauthorized modified.
            on asking in detail they said that the cover of the touch and display socket is not there in the iphone it's not a technical fault but warranty will be discarded
            and they have closed my complaint by saying that contact the snapdeal for that.
            and in snapdeal they have changed my product status as refund initiated 10 months ago.
            so i am unable to do any thing now except raising a complaint in the court

              Respected Sir,
              My name is Ch.Kiran Chand.I bought Locomotive Slim Fit Jeans of size 34 at from Snapdeal at 29th of July 2016 which cost RS.859.So, after the product is received it doesn't fit to me so I asked them to exchange the product on the same day that i got the delivery.So they sent a mail that pickup is scheduled and estimated pickup is on 2nd august 2016.After 2nd of august they didn't pick the product and when I call them back they are responding that the delivery boy will pick up the product on the next day.SO, i think I make many calls to snapdeal and I put 3 to 4 mails to them.I even said that I will complain to consumers forum even then there is no reply from snapdeal, such a arrogant behaviour I didn't expect from snapdeal. So, I want to file a case in consumer complaints so that i get the exchange of the product or my money back.So, please consider my case as soon as possible.

                i have ordered web cam logitech c920 worth rupees 7833 in varanasi
                from snapdeal on 1st july 2016 Order ID: [protected]
                on 7st july 2016 i received another camera in the box of c920
                model c270 worth rupees[protected].
                i complained snapdealcustomercare sameday 7july 2016 for wrong product
                7july 2016 9 pm snapdeal send me mail that seller has send wrong item
                snapdeal asked my bank account number to refund my amount
                and gave reference number 26159991
                and told they will pickup wrong product

                on 9 july snapdeal send massage they arranged return pickup by delhivery courier
                but from that day i waited next two three days for pickup call
                in between that i also asked snapdeal customer care for delhivery courier contact number
                after some days they send a massage that refused to return product
                again i called snapdeal customer care for return by another or same courier or manual pickup
                snapdeal customer care assured me they will arranged return pickup.
                from that time i called customer care 25-30 times
                on 5 august 2016 [protected]@snapdeal.com send me mail that "We need images of your Logitech HD Pro C920 to look into your query"
                i send images of their product which is logitech c270
                but after that time no responses were given to me
                also in customer care they donot pick my calls
                now i feel i have been cheated by snapdeal
                they wasted my money
                they given me mental harassment
                also wasted my so much times
                please take action against such type of fraud
                so they return my money
                i have all call details with snapdeal customer care
                with this complaint

                        Hi All,

                        Iam anandababu from Bangalore and I bought a water purifier for my personal use from snapdeal.com in April'16 and there was no installation support from them post sale and that took more than a week get it installed spending my own money and found the product was defective post installing. Snapdeal is not responding any of my queries regarding this and when I contacted the brand I was shocked hearing from them that the product I received was a duplicate product as they dont sell any of the product out of Delhi and they cannot support me. What should I do now. Please someone help me in this...

                                      Today(16/08/2016) i got another e-mail from snapdeal stating that the item which is i ordered is delivered, but actually i already received the order on 12th August with one item (free active stylus)missing. Now the new mail with an invoice showing that item was delivered along with free active stylus. I did not understand how did snapdeal prepared another invoice with no delivery??? seems it is just cheating the customer. Everyday Snapdeal helpdesk team was contacting me since i placed a compliant on 12th august.

                                      Today (16/08/2016) at 12.53 i spoke with some executive from snapdeal and make him clear about the delivered item without free active sylus and he also confirmed the issue that my complaint was right and assured he will work on the issue.

                                      How can two invoices raised against same order. ( Here there is another problem which i have already mentioned in my complaint with order Id differences).

                                      i am giving the details of invoices which i got from the snapdeal on different dates.

                                      1. Invoice date: 04/08/2016 - Invoice Number : S575C9/15-16/698
                                      2. Invoice Date: 05/08/2016 - Invoice Number: SA5EFD/16-17/1148

                                      I received two invoices in one day gap.

                                      The second invoice which i received today, the same invoice was pasted on the packing and i found there is no free active stylus. so i made a complaint. and people who spoke with me from snapdeal also confirmed the complaint was right.

I checked my snapdeal order status page now it is showing the order was delivered on 16th August, but actually the order was delivered on 12th August with an item (Free Active Stylus) missing. now my order status was updated with another invoice.

                                      in the two different invoiced there are two different sellers information. I have the proofs of this issue.

                                        Its been 9daya i m not able to get my money back.
                                        I had ordered a sunglasses for rs.449.. It came to me on time but it has got some scratches on its glass for which i had to return the product
                                        I had returned the product on 4th of this month that is august
                                        When ever i try to check the freecharge balance it shows me a message "we are unable to process your request please try again after some time"screenshot of that will be attached in this mail
                                        It's been 9days n m still not getting my money back.
                                        It's totally absurd
