This is in regarding lowly quality of services offered by your company. I have made a request to your'e team on 8th of august 2016 kindly provide my package before 9th of august 2016. Your'e team gave me assurance i will got my package. But i didn't get till now. On 10th of aug. When i called to your customer service department i had a word with your floor manager mr. Imran he told me my package is not reached till today. Your estimated delivery date is also failed. He told me i will get my package after 2-3 days when i asked to him gave me all this thing in written he denied and using harsh language none of the senior person of you'r customer department want to talk to me.

I am upset with the services and behaviour of your'e team. I am well aware of your company name and have approached keeping in mind to get better services which proved to be wrong. It’s a pity when i can see that your company has made false promises in providing better quality services. I am not interested in carrying out further.

It is really disgraceful to see the company has made its reputation in a market about offering best shopping facilities but somehow it has failed to keep up the promise nevertheless paying so high it wasn’t expected. I am attaching my order confirmation copy with this email and looking forward and take proper action.

    I have recently purchased mi max 32gb gold color from snapdeal. The order delivery was satisfactorily done on aug 10.
    The order id was [protected].
    The product is defective and i want it to get replaced but cant start the procedure because the delivery details are not updating and the invoice is not generated.

    In the 7 day replacement procedure snapdeal ask for the last three digits of the invoice number provided with the product. But for your kind information dear snapdeal you donot provide anything except the product and the delivery details. No trace of invoice num is found.

    The snapdeal service is just third class and needs to be shut down. Snapdeal customer care num is just of no use. I wasted my 30 rs balance and not a single call has been made properly.

    Hate snapdeal. Shut down this site. Learn from amazon. Its far better than snapdeal.

    PLZ do something within 2-3 days so that the defective item can be replaced within 7 days or else you would say that the time period of replacement is over.

    I bought a mobile handset named MI MAX 32gb from snapdeal. The product had technical issue of connectivity with wifi network. So I want to get refund but the website is so damn poor that everything I tried is getting in vein.
    first the product then the invoice. The invoice has generated date 8th aug but I was made available with invoice on late night 10th aug. why the hell so?
    Other shopping websites give you the invoice with the product only.
    Snapdeal is really bAKwas.Hell with you snapdeal.
    I m very much disappointed with packaging and everything.
    Ur customer helpline num is just totally waste.

    Now why the heck this procedure is not getting completed after confirming the bank account details?
    Plz come to this soon.

      I had purchased a power bank case for iphone 6 of KIWIBIRD brand in decription it was written its under 6 months warranty.Before purchase I had talk with snapdeal executuve that there are no service centre in india of this brand.He told me that sir be free and buy if any problem comes will see to it and get the solution.They provided me seller number.I had contacted the seller he told to give request to snapdeal for replacement ones they give us request will give you request.From last 6 days (4th august 2016) am calling snapdeal but they not giving me any answer now.I had paid 1600 for the product.I want answer from snapdeal or will go to court.

      Registered no - [protected].Order id - [protected].I had purchased kiwibird power bank case for iphone 6 For ₹1600 from snapdeal.With 6 months warranty written thats it.Now after 1 month power bank case giving problem.So I contacted snapdeal that am not getting any service centre in india of this company and they provided me one number.I contacted that person he is like tell snapdeal to give me request for replacement or pay us courier charges of approx ₹800.Or else order a new one with cod and give old one back in the box and tell them this new one is not proper so you will get your replacement.I just want to know why should I pay ₹1600 and do all this wrong things.Why did snapdeal didn't write T&C of warranty ?That you will get seller warranty not manufacturer ?Is it ebay ?I want strict action against GADGET FREAK SELLER and SNAPDEAL.I want my refund its last time shopping on snapdeal.Snapdeal cheated me thats why I want refund I can't take product with seller warranty!

          This is with reference to our order no. [protected] dtd 28.09.2015 with your website. The product ordered was 1 puma ignite pwrcool, grey sport shoes, amount rs. 5, 000/.
          The name of the seller is ag impex-ggn-bluedart, gurgaon
          The product was delivered on 1st oct 2015 by go javas courier.
          The same date we have purchased nike gray sport shoes by order number [protected] for rs. 5, 220/- and another one yonex muscle power 700 badminton racket by order number [protected] fro rs. 1, 297/-
          As same day we have purchased all the product, but while seeing condition of this we are disappointed.
          Here i would like to lodge a complaint about the puma “ignite pwrcool” sport shoes. Within 2 months of purchase the product got torned out, the sole cracked, shoe got discolored.
          We trusted your website, for offering genuine products, but here i suspect, was offered a fake product. The shoe of puma, an international company cannot get torned out in 2 months.
          I request you to look into the matter and check with the seller the quality of product, it is offering. Such incidences give a bad name to your website, as we judge the quality of product on your goodwill.
          Please let us know what requisite action has been taken on your part.

                Sharing the recent FRUSTRATING shopping experinece that i had with snapdeal. Please be careful before you shop from SNAPDEAL
                The company is a big CHEATER. They are one sided never lisen to customers.
                1. You CANT return the items even they are defective.
                2. Only you will be at fault not the snapdeal and there INTERNAL team.
                3. Dont call there customer support. customer care Support team knowledge is really questionable as you waste a lot of time in making them understand and please dont expect a reasonable response from them.
                4. You have to call them personally to make sure that the return return pickup is updated on their website.
                5. Now after keeping the product, At the time of refund they have suspended my account and mailed that refund will not be initiated.

                I returned the item since the kurti was old it doesnt appear fresh and the fabric was stinking very badly.

                Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. we request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account.

                Having such a frustrating experience no one will ever want to place and order on snapdeal.

                So what i can infer from this is that since i returned all the items they will block the account. the item is with them which they are denying to refund beacuse my account is suspended. This is a case of cheating.

                How can you deny to return the item that i have purchased before the account suspension?
                If the account is suspended why did you take the item from me? I lost my money of the item and in the 20-25 calls that i made and a lot of valuable time.

                  I ordered infocus mobile but i was not satisfy me because the mobile performance is very poor and i raised the request for refund but it was rejected.. one question i like to ask snapdeal.com how can i judge the performance of the mobile.. it is too low performance compare to another mobile with same price . So guys don't buy mobile in snapdeal. I recommand to buy mobile in flipkart it get easy return policy and 100 safe for your money

                        . I have ordered an item from snapdeal for which i paid with online banking. I cancelled my order on the same day and now yesterday i have refused to accept that delivery. Today i got a message that my item is succesfully delivered.

                        they are not doing anything about this except making me wait and they are just saying that we are resloving this but the actual thing is that their courier partners lost my courier and now they are speechless and out of their mind.. it's 11000 Rs. and its a big amount for me. And it still sgowing item delivered.. man I think I got cheated.

                          I ordered a phone on 6th august, snapdeal delivered it on 8th august. When i use the phone for 1 hour its display is continiously blinking, i cant use it for atleast five second. I reboot the phone, off the phone and again on it but the problem is remain same.                             I had placed an order (Order id:[protected]), the product i recieved was not as seen in the image. I was not at all satisfied with your product. I had requested for return but i recieved a mail stating that the product wont be picked up by snapdeal.. The order was placed on 30th july 2016, and i got the product delivered on 6th august and i initiated the return on the very next day (Return id:[protected]. I am a regular customer of sanpdeal and i was very much satisfied till the last product i brought from them.. So kindly initiate the pick up or am ready to send it through post if snapdeal provide me with the address..

                              I want to bring in your knowledge that there was about 1800/- sd cash in my snapdeal a/c which was refunded as after returning an order of suit
                              And now my sd balance is zero and sd cash been expired without any prior
                              Information which is a case of fraudlent.
                              Kindly return my cash in my sd a/c as soon as possible.

                                I had returned 3 shirts to snapdeal with nuvo ex on 12-7-16 and haven't received the refund of two out of the three shirts returned.
                                I've been trying to contact the customer care since then, almost every day but the problem hasn't been resolved yet.
                                I've also mailed snapdeal a lot many times, the awb has also been shared with them.
                                Every time i call they put me on hold for twenty minutes and when i ask them to hold when they've called they simply ignore it.
                                I will have to stop making any future purchases from snapdeal if it continues to be so irresponsible and inefficient in taking the complaints seriously and responding to them.
                                It is the worst experience dealing with snapdeal.

                                  I have canceled one of the product from above order id. Now in order status it is mentioned that amount is refunded on 8th august 2016 on my credit card. But in my credit card statement i cant see any amount refunded.
                                  I called snapdeal customer care several times but there is no option of talking to customer care executive. Also on snapdeal site if i am trying to raise complaint it is not accepting.
                                  This is cheating and snapdeal is behaving in a cheap way to loot people money. This site is a utter crap and i am planning to raise complaint in consumer forum.

                                      I ordered a dell inspiron laptop from snapdeal with 7days easy returns policy and i returned it 3rd day and the delivery man pickup from me next day and 14 days are gone but he doesn't return my money when i call to snapdeal he says that we will return your money in 24hours but after 24hours my money was not refunded and when we call him again then he says it again that money will be refunded in 48hrs but not refunded and then we call him again and then he says money will be refunded in 2hrs but not refunded and then we call him again and he says that money was refunded in 48hrs but money not refunded my orderid-[protected] and case no[protected] and he give me a reverse logistics and i give you image of it plz sir please refund my money from snapdeal
