      Worst customer services i have ever experienced, my wife has ordered three gifts by meeta combos (Rakhi, mug, greeting card) for her brothers on the eve of raksha bandhan on 1 aug, to be delivered on her brothers address, but have received incomplete combo, a greeting card was missing on one combo, and complete different card was received for another combo, called up customer services and raised the replacement request, replacement was done for two combos, but again on 16 aug the replacement order that has received contained the same product that have returned back couple of days ago. Called up customer service to raise complaint in regard to same but however agent has again raised return and refund request for those two combos without our consent, for which we have received message on mobile. Considering 18 aug was raksha bandhan day we called up and told them clearly to cancel the refund request as it would result in one brother having gift and other two will be left with nothing.
      To our surprise next day courier guys went to her bothers place and took two combos and refund request was initiated even after telling them clearly to cancel the same.
      This left us in very very embarrassing position after which i called up customer service to speak to supervisor but every time i call them operator would advice that we will receive call from supervisor next day, it continued same for one whole week wherein i call them and they promise that i would receive call next day.
      However after 1 week i was able to get in touch with one of the supervisors (Yes i called them, not they have called), she had no answer for the same and just kept on saying only one thing all over the call that i am sorry and i am sorry.
      I am sure they don't have any complaint procedure in place to handle customer service, worst customer service, will never ever use snapdeal in my entire life and would recommend same to my friends and relatives. Now i know why snapdeal is loosing market share because of their customer service and because of their weak online line reputation management.

        I purchased a micromax canvas spark 3 mobile and case from snapdeal. The phone has few problems so i requested for refund for both few days later on 11-7-16 a pickup gay came and took both phone and its case from my mom and refund was genrated for xase only when i contacted the snapdeal service center first they told me ur product will reach ware house by 15 and will be quality checked but after 15 when i called them to know the status they denied that they recived my phone.. Then i confirmed the courior gay from (Jv express) and he said he sent the parcel himself but snapdeal is denied that my phone recived warehouse of sd. On top of it the courior gay which was sent by sd itself didnt provided me pickup slip also i had spent more than 500 rupees just for making complaints now they dont even pickup my phone. Right now i dont have my phone not my money they throughly cheated me. I will provide my order details below

                I have ordered a product (T-shirt prym_medium) order id: [protected], order placed on 19th august 2016, and it has to be delivered today. The courier guy called me today after 12 p. M. And asks i want the product? I said yes and he replied that he'll come to delivered it within few hours. But after few hours i received a mail and a message from snapdeal on my phone which reads "delivery attempt made but failed please give us another date". This is the biggest lie, no delivery attempt made. It false. And when i tried to track my order on website of snapdeal it says return/refund or cancel order. This is very disgusting.

                I have ordered for prym men's tshirt medium on 19th aug my order id: [protected]. The product has to be delivered yesterday but i didn't and i got a message and mail from snapdeal that delivery attempt failed which is 1000% absolutely wrong. No one has came to deliver the product. Now today i got the product and i am very much shocked to see that instead of prym men's tshirt its a printed girl's top. Snapdeal delivered me the wrong item. Then i login to replace/refund it from my account but it shows there that product has not been delivered yet and first delivery attempt failed (Another biggest lie). This is very disgusting that i received a wrong product and not able to return it.

                Snapdeal should seriously look into these types of matter where false things are happening and customers have to go through economical and mental torture.

                  How many times i requested to return the items back but no body bothers, when i received my ordered items, i didnot like them at all and i put request on the same day to return them back but you arr cancelling my requests, i dont know what is going on, take them back, and refund my money back for all 3 items which include curtains 4 pieces, again curtains 4 pieces and bedsheet with 2 pillows, i am totally unsatisfied with the fabric of all the items, send someone to pick them up please..                       I ordered a mobile from snapdeal worth rs 5000. I got different one. I returned that to snapdeal warehouse via dtdc. But they didn't accept it. They returned product to me. After contacting to snapdeal i again returned product but again same thing happened. Now what to do. They are not responding my calls and mails. I wasted my 5000 rs..                             I had purchased a wireless head phone from snapdea.com, delivered to me on 8th august 2016. Within two days, the headphone developed tv audio connective problem, i complained to snapdeal and they gave me replacement since as per terms snapdeal is providing 7 days return / replacement option. But the replacement product also developed the very same problem just within 3-4 days o[censored]se. I had sent several complaints to snapdeal including their managing director. Further the seller rightly mentioned in their product website the said headphone is provided with 1 year warrenty against manufacturing defects. I had claimed refund with snapdeal, but snapdeal reply, that their responsibility eases with 7 days return / refund.

                              Till now i have contacted snapdeal cc service more than 10 times and every time i hear is 24 hours to wait to resolve the issue.

                              I had paid the amount 11, 238 through credit card with the emi, for some reason i had to cancel (Re-ordered again) but its been two month i have not received the refund and i had to pay interest for the emi for the last month. This is my last attempt and i am going to lodge a complaint if i am not going to receive refund in 24 hours.

                              I need my amount 11, 238 back to my account + the interest i paid to bank.

                              I should really say this "snapdeal is really worst".

                                I ordered an apple iphone 5s space grey the delivery guy came and delivered the product to me. I opened it and it was in a very good condition and i am very happy with the product that i received but only i have 1 complain and that is i didn't get the bill receipt. What if in the future i wanted to return this product then who will take the guarantee of my phone. I want a bill reciept as fast as it is possible.

                                        I have ordered the bio care face and body gel aloe vera combo set and my ordered no. Order id: [protected] but today i have received only single pc.
                                        I paid by debit card rs.285 because it is combo - set 2pc set. Online it is clear mentioned combo-2 then why you had delivered single pc..
                                        Deliver me combe set not single which i received
                                        More over why should i pay you rs 285 for 500ml. When it is available in open market at 150 per 500 ml.
