I have ordered lifelong teatime1 suborder id:-[protected] on date 06-aug-2016. I have received that item at 08-aug-2016, and that date i have applied for refund. On 09-aug-2016 my refund item was picked up. From that time i am waiting for my getting my 599/- rs. After 7 days also i haven't received my refund. I want my money back as soon as fast... And in snapdeal saying that your money is refunded but i haven't received any money...

    Hi team

    I regret to inform you that i have received a fake product for order no [protected]. Based on the following parameters i have the concluded that the product is fake:

    1. Observe the font in the image carefully and compare it with the font as shown on the website.
    2. Also, notice that original package is blue in color while the fake is sea green in color.

    The photos have been attached for your reference.

    I have not opened the packaging of the product. Please escalate this matter since such malpractices should not be entertained. It is hard for me to fathom the reason for empanelment of such shady vendors. Management action plan must mitigate the following risks:

    Blacklist the vendor (Name: n k engineers and contrac)
    Carry out an in-depth investigation

    Thank you for your time and consideration, immediately process a refund order.

      I have ordered two pieces of memory card last month in which snapdeal sent me only one memory card. Then i sent a complaint in the form of e-mail. After that an employee of snapdeal came and took that memory card from me. And told me that they will resend me the both memory cards and from then i am just waiting for the memory cards i ordered. And one thing more he took the total amount of order on first visit. And we are having now only one memory card and really upset with the services provided by this company. Kindly please refund my money of the second memory card as soon as possible.

        I have placed an Order ID: [protected] on 7th aug n received on 9th aug. i raised its return request on 13th aug which was successfully raised and pickup was registered but i hav not received any msg regarding its pickup. instead i received a mail that due to some internal transaction not being cleared my account is suspended and no further order n return requests will be entertained from this account. n customer care is saying due to high no of returns this happened. but this is totally wrong. i have not returned all the ordered products. e.g., i hav kept
        Dell S-series S2415H 60.96 cm (24) Led Monitor worth rs 15000 Order ID: [protected]. Order ID: [protected] also i have not returned. but if m getting the cheap quality products how can i keep them. coz online items v cant chk by naked eye. so returns ll always be there.

        but the main thing is i just want to return it n refund of my money. if they want to suspend my account its ok go ahead. i hav no issues. so many e-commerce sites are there. i ll order from them. snapdeal do have the refund n return policy for this ONE BY WACOM SMALL CTL471/KO-C. so how can they deny their own policy. customer care exe sindhu told me that coz my account is suspended i cant return it. wot the hell. also she said if the product is not working then only i can return it but the reason "unhappy with the quality" ll not be accepted for this. firstly m not able to understand why they are not allowing me to return it. if my accnt is suspended or this product cant be returned. they are not clear about this. if easy return is not for this product then y this Trustpay: 100% Payment Protection, 7 Days Easy Return policy is mentioned for this product on their site.they are contradicting their own policy.and i want to return it coz its performance is not upto the par.not worth rs 4000. n my reason is totally genuine.
        if my account was not clear they should not have delivered it na or they should have informed me earlier that if i accept its delivery then return n refund ll not be allowed. coz customer order such a costly product online coz of the easy return policy only so that his money is secured.and the same is written in their t&c. why they write no questions asked return policy then. why 7 days snapdeal guarantee. anyways i just want my 4000rs back n ll say goodbye to snapdeal forever.

          Hi my self narender kumar from delhi. On 15 july i purchased a lenovo laptop from snapdeal but they delivered me a used product, display was not working and used by someone else. I requested for return the product and they provided the estimated date for pickup 21 july. On 21 july a currier boy came but he refused to picked it up. He said i will not take it as it's very expensive item. Next day i called the customer care and told him about the next pickup date. He replied that within next 2 or 3 days we will pick up your product. But nobody came to pickup the product, after waiting a long time i again called the customer care. Again they told me within 2 or 3 days we will pickup the product but it's been over a month nobody came to pickup the product. And they are continuing update the estimated date on my account. I am tensed and worried. Please help.

            Recently i have purchased the bosch washing machine from snapdeal but i had received the damaged product so i have raised a return request as there is no pickup service available at my location i have sent back the product in dtdc courier services on 8/8/16 myself.

            When the courier person attempted the delivery on 9/8/16 it was not completed since the courier delivery attempt reverted due to the space constraint at the snap deal warehouse in chennai and this rejection continues for other two delivery attempts made by the courier partner on 10 and 11th of august.
            But whenever i contacted the snapdeal they informed me like it shouldn't be case they should receive the product at warehouse but they not willing to provide the contact number of the snapdeal warehouse persons to check with them and also the same issue is going on until 12/08.
            On 13/08 i had lost the hope on snapdeal and i had contacted the dtdc courier person to get the contact details of the warehouse workers and spoke with them. When i spoke with them i got an wondering update like until 12/08 evening the snapdeal ordered the warehouse not to accept any manual shipments (I. E products returned by the buyer directly with out the help of snapdeal). Here snapdeal itself requested me to send the product as manual shipment and also they holding the warehouse persons from receiving the produce but they told me like warehouse people not updating them properly, they are playing a safe dual game and putting issue responsibility on the passive end.
            Now (On 13/08) snapdeal acknowledges to receive the products but the courier partner not willing to deliver one more time again and he also asking un accountable charges for the fourth delivery attempts. Still the courier is at the chennai hub.
            More than seven days i am spending effort and time due to this damaged product, worst experience via snapdeal.
            Even though i am putting together all the work from my side the snapdeal warehouse persons not even receiving the product.
            I am only spending my time and materials for contacting courier and snapdeal for sending back the item.

            Can i request for the compensation for all these efforts from my side and hidden transport and call charges for coordinating courier and snapdeal.

              I ordered puma elego blue floater sandal from snapdeal on 09 aug, 016. Order id: [protected] suborder id: [protected] order got approved and got the message "your order is being readied for dispatch" at 02:12 am, 09 aug, 2016 and the expected delivery date was from 11th to 13th. That was the last update from snapdeal until 13th of aug at night when i looked the tracking status that was my order was cancelled due to product unavailability with seller. How snapdeal allow customers to order such products which they really dont have and why snapdeal is working with this kind of fake sellers. Check the screenshot below. It took 5 days for snapdeal to know that seller is not having the product and that too after the order status reaching the state of ready to dispatch. There is absolutely no way i could believe this. This particular product is snapdeal fulfilled, so it’s the responsibility of snapdeal to get the order delivered once processed. Product is still available on snapdeal but with the less discount. It is not about the product but about the unethical practice and i would take it up in all possible forum until i get the product delivered as per promise.

                Sir i purchase my shoes from snapdeal, but after one month there were manufacturing defects, and therewas manufacturing warranty for 3 months, so i call snapdeal to replace my shoes, they said you that you call fila customer care and say them to mail us, after they will mail us we will replace your shoes, then fila mail ed snapdeal to replace after that, they accepted my replace. Then they send a man to pickup my shoes, that person was saying that this is used peace so i will not take it. But sir problems in sole will come when we will use it and i was having manufacturing warranty, then i again contact customer care, they said we are sorry, we are again rescheduling your pickup, after that no one is coming to collect my shoes, till date iam having warranty, but now iam filling a case against snapdeal. Because iam having all the call recording and the mail.

                  I have purchased one painting from Snapdeal vide order no.[protected]. I received courier also, but with the different painting. I thought it's fine, I happens due human error. And I completed process of return&replacement.

                  I got below mail and it is very horrible to see that I have courier the shipment at the warehouse with my own money.. why should I pay the charges for mistake done by your team by delivering different painting.. size of the painting is also different.. this type of service you are giving to customer.. I will never anyone for Snapdeal..

                  Your customer care no. Are telling me that I have not anything with my contact no.

                  Sir, my humble request, to return my money back or correct painting at my house within time line.. also, I'm not bear courier charges to return the wrong painting..

                    I have placed an order on 04/08/16 my order id [protected] till today, it's been 10 days and the order isn't delivered yet. I have placed the order to gift my friend for his birthday as his birthday is on 14/8/2016.. Last week snapdeal gave me the tracking number but until today the tracking id is showing the order isn't departed... I swear by god, from hereafter iam no gonna visit this website snapdeal any longer because they promised me to deliver on 12/08/16 for i need to gift it to my friend on his birthday. I would like to suggest snapdeal that they need to learn from amazon and flipkart how promisingly they are delivering the order promptly and snapdeal is cheating by promising the delivery date. Once again i swear by god that if i find a big amount less for any product in snapdeal than flipkart or amazon i will never ever visit this disgusting snapdeal. And i already removed thier app from my fone... Snapdeal will loose thousands of customers like me if they are treating thier customers like this.. Good bye for ever snapdeal... My mob no.                       I am completely annoyed of your service, if they cant able to refund someones amount although returning the item within 1 day then why d hell they have opened such a company and showing this crap service. Now its not about just 700 rs its about looting people, i will show this company whats a common man can do. It was my 1st interaction and became the last.                         Hi,
                        I bought a videocon mobile order id: [protected] and in 1 week the phone stopped working. I went to service center and they said no warrenty for items bought on snapdeal. Then when i contacted snapdeal, they didnt reply. Then i posted on facebook page and then they called me up.
                        Snapdeal first asked me to give service center details, i gave it. Then they asked me to get a certifcate from service center. I went again to service center to get a certifictae for this, but the service center how can we give any such certificate. The service center said that we have posted this on the website that no warrenty on snapdeal products, and we cannot issue certificate for all this. They said that if you give your phone for repair, then we can repair it and then give you an invoice but issue of certificate is not possible. I agreed to the service center because they said that tomorrow everyone will come and ask for all such letters, then how can we issue so many certificate. For example tomorrow if someone with a videocon phone of 5 years old will come and ask that give me a letter that we cannot provide free repair for this, then it will not be possible. The service center said a certificate can be issued only for things that we can do, not for what we cannot do. I mean do we get a certificate from school' that this student didnot pass exam in xxx subject', the school only give certificate of 'the student passed in this xxx subject'.

                        I feel snapdeal is just running away from this and not listening to any of my request. They also never reply to me in email, only they talk on phone and they also don't have a phone number to call back.

                        Such pathetic service.

                          I paid extra 99Rs alongwith the full payment to get the delivery within 2days
                          I made the order on 10th and suppose to get the delivery by 12th aug but still there is no update regarding the same even I sent query to snapdeal many times no one contacted me till now even the courier through which it sent JV_EXPRESS is also a third class service provider the no mentioned over there site is always busy if you get available it luckily no one receives the call and after sometime it will get switched off.same like snapdeal customer care there is no option to talk with customer care executive.
                          from last two days status is showing out for delivery but no sms or no one called me regarding the same after paying extra amount also.

                              I had returned my order on 10th of June but till now I didn't have got my refund. I have been calling you but I think they are not trying for it.
                              I got a call from them om monday that they are initiating the money and it will appear in 4 or 5 days but my refund has not been completed till now .i dnt knw what there problem is regarding my problem but i think 2 months are enough to initiate my money back.

                                  I had ordered hero cycle from snapdeal on 8th August 2016 I received on 13th August 2016 but after opening the package I found most of the cycle accessories are missing like fedals seat break shoe .
                                  Please don't buy product on snapdeal I have found this issues several time I wanted to gift this cycle my nephew on independence day but unfortunately it will get delayed this has happened to me with snapdeal several time I have raised a complaint also.

                                        It is VERY SAD to know that even after contacting Snapdeal over the phone 12 times. I still haven't received the Free charge refund of INR 180 for the order no. [protected] placed on 1st May. It was clearly mentioned in the offer on 1st May that if I purchase Mamy
                                        Poko pants XL size diapers of 46 pieces of amounting to INR 699 then INR 180 will be credited to my freecharge account.

                                        Its almost 3 months now that I have been following up with their technical team and I am always provided false promises. Last I spoke to Mr. Mohit @ Customer service he again provided me all good talks over the phone and still remains unresolved.

                                        REQUEST CONSUMER COMPLAINT TEAM TO STRICTLY INTERVENE WITH SNAPDEAL TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE..
