Sir i purchase my shoes from snapdeal, but after one month there were manufacturing defects, and therewas manufacturing warranty for 3 months, so i call snapdeal to replace my shoes, they said you that you call fila customer care and say them to mail us, after they will mail us we will replace your shoes, then fila mail ed snapdeal to replace after that, they accepted my replace. Then they send a man to pickup my shoes, that person was saying that this is used peace so i will not take it. But sir problems in sole will come when we will use it and i was having manufacturing warranty, then i again contact customer care, they said we are sorry, we are again rescheduling your pickup, after that no one is coming to collect my shoes, till date iam having warranty, but now iam filling a case against snapdeal. Because iam having all the call recording and the mail.
