I ordered by mistake one product Blackberry Grey Regular Fit Trouser size 34 and I made payment also. When I am cancelling the product, Snapdeal is reflecting this message " Can't connect right now, please check your Internet connection and try again". I am not able to cancel any products which I paid amount already. My all orders are prepaid, , Snapdeal is taking advantage of this. I will lodge complain in consumer court against SNAPDEAL. Kindly help me in refund of my money.

    I bough a battery operated car from snapdeal.com and the same is delivered to me on 14-aug-201.

    I received a damaged product, so i placed order for "retrun" on 19 aug 2016 but so far they are neither taking back their product and nor they are giving back my amount. Please take a look into it.

      My mobile redmi note 3 was picked up by snapdeals courier partner and acknowledment was shared by them when i enquired with snapdeal for the refund they said your pickup has beem failed and even when i shared the acknowledgment which the guy who picked the phone gave to us. They said it is not valid acknowledgement receipt even though it was there on courier partner and number given by that guy is also going not reachable and they are not enternaing my complaint. Now they have closed my complaint citing that i dont want to return product now which i have already returned to them. Please help to get my hard earned money back.

                    I am the regular online customer. On dt.29/06/2016, i have bought a redmi note 3 mobile phone (3 gbram, 32 gm rom version) @11999 for my uncle mr ashvin modi (order id [protected]) from snapdeal.Com. As, there were my issues with that mobile phone, i have complainted snapdeal for this problem in 3-4 days, so i may get a replacement or refund for the same. But, they have spent nearly 1 month to arrange for the pick up. On dt. 02/08/2016 they received that phone at their end and they have assured me to refund my money till dt 05/08/2016. But after every 4-5 days i have reminded them to refund my money in my bank account, every time they are giving commitment to refund my money in 2-3 days. But till today (dt.22/08/2016) i have not received my money. Everytime they are giving a same reason that due to any technical problem my refund is not done yet.                       Hi,

                      I have purchased a voltage stabilizer from snapdeal 10th of August, 2016. I found product is not suitable for my appliance and placed reverse pickup request to return the order on 13th of August. So far they have assigned to the reverse pickup courier request twice which got turned down by courier partner as their service is not covered to my area. It was assigned to another courier third attempt but same thing is happening again and again. I have wasted my entire day all the three times and could not come to a conclusion. It's really unfortunate to say that i am losing hope from Snapdeal as they dont have any hold on their courier partners. Every time your team is coming with a silly excuse that it would be picked up within 1-2 days. I am totally pissed off with this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach not only from them only. Please take this as an escalation towards violating customer service norms . I hope at least someone should be there who can understand the value of it and take the matter to resolve it quickly.

                          I have recently purchased a tv from snapdeal.com.
                          Tv is not working as expected getting power off suddenly
                          We have called sumsung customer they came and told this is fake tv (Malaysia product) warranty will be not covered in india.

                          Napdeal is not taking return/replace item.

                          Also i have problems with the product from day one
                          1. Tv delivered 35mks away from home (We have arranged a car to get the tv to my home cost me around 1500 rs)
                          2. Called customer service for installation it supposed to be for free however they are asking 5000 + tax to come to my home
                          3. Reported issue to snapdeal on fake product being sold and had sent complete chat with samsung customer care.
                          Napdeal is not responding on time. Sanpdeal is asking for images for written communication fake product from samsung service center,
                          Amsung service center is asking for 5000 + tax to come to my home (I am ready to send the images of written conformation however snap deal not ready to pay 5000 +tax also i already send complete chat from samsung customer care)

                          why should i spend time wasting my time.

                                      Worst customer services i have ever experienced, my wife has ordered three gifts by meeta combos (Rakhi, mug, greeting card) for her brothers on the eve of raksha bandhan on 1 aug, to be delivered on her brothers address, but have received incomplete combo, a greeting card was missing on one combo, and complete different card was received for another combo, called up customer services and raised the replacement request, replacement was done for two combos, but again on 16 aug the replacement order that has received contained the same product that have returned back couple of days ago. Called up customer service to raise complaint in regard to same but however agent has again raised return and refund request for those two combos without our consent, for which we have received message on mobile. Considering 18 aug was raksha bandhan day we called up and told them clearly to cancel the refund request as it would result in one brother having gift and other two will be left with nothing.
                                      To our surprise next day courier guys went to her bothers place and took two combos and refund request was initiated even after telling them clearly to cancel the same.
                                      This left us in very very embarrassing position after which i called up customer service to speak to supervisor but every time i call them operator would advice that we will receive call from supervisor next day, it continued same for one whole week wherein i call them and they promise that i would receive call next day.
                                      However after 1 week i was able to get in touch with one of the supervisors (Yes i called them, not they have called), she had no answer for the same and just kept on saying only one thing all over the call that i am sorry and i am sorry.
                                      I am sure they don't have any complaint procedure in place to handle customer service, worst customer service, will never ever use snapdeal in my entire life and would recommend same to my friends and relatives. Now i know why snapdeal is loosing market share because of their customer service and because of their weak online line reputation management.

                                        I purchased a micromax canvas spark 3 mobile and case from snapdeal. The phone has few problems so i requested for refund for both few days later on 11-7-16 a pickup gay came and took both phone and its case from my mom and refund was genrated for xase only when i contacted the snapdeal service center first they told me ur product will reach ware house by 15 and will be quality checked but after 15 when i called them to know the status they denied that they recived my phone.. Then i confirmed the courior gay from (Jv express) and he said he sent the parcel himself but snapdeal is denied that my phone recived warehouse of sd. On top of it the courior gay which was sent by sd itself didnt provided me pickup slip also i had spent more than 500 rupees just for making complaints now they dont even pickup my phone. Right now i dont have my phone not my money they throughly cheated me. I will provide my order details below
