Hi,
I have ordered xiaomi redmi note 3 tempered glass screen guard (order id: [protected]) by prixcracker from snapdeal on 28/07/2016, they send wrong and damaged product, i have returned product but they still not have send back new product, so many times i called but they do not have any answer and telling we will get back to you within 24 hours, our team will contact to you, but nobody after that contacted,
According to snapdeal they send item by vulcan courier, they have one number which is not working at all (+[protected], more than 15 days over, i have not received item, i do not know when i will get or not?
Napdeal does not have any proper working courier prater contact detail.

Updated by shingalashailesh Snapdeal is not doing anything, again they changed delivery date from 27 august 2016, if you do not want to deliver why you make fool to public, directly why are you not telling, when will you deliver after 2-3 years or after close your company?
