This is regarding a product i had ordered from snapdeal on 3rd august 2016 (Order no [protected]). Product –ifb 20 ltr 20bc4 convection microwave oven.
The product delivered was broken.
On return request snapdeal denies to pick the material and asks to deliver the material at their warehouse.
I couriered the material to their warehouse but it returned back as it was out of service area. For that i had to pay rs 800.
Now neither snapdeal people contact me nor there is a way to talk to customer care.
Please look into the matter.

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have ordered 3 nos of blue notice board. But i have received only 1 no. On 08.08.16.

    Then & there i requested for return the order. After that one day courier boy came & seen the package. He told i am unable to take this in my two wheeler because it is bigger size. I will arrange the four wheeler to pick the same.

    After that no one came here as on today. Daily i am calling by phone & your executive is telling that today we will arrange to pickup after pickup you will get the amount back.

    Today they are closing the return request.

    Kindly help me out in this regards.

    Regarding snapdeal order no.[protected]. yesterday I have received refund for only 1 qty. But I have paid for 3 qty.

    For return pickup I had followup for 17 days with snapdeal & your courier.

    Again for refund how many days I have to followup ?

    Please let me know if it can take 10 to 15 days means I will appoint one person for snapdeal followup.

    I am facing this problem for the last 4 to 5 orders which I have placed on snapdeal. I always make payment through my credit card but I have not received my orders on time . This time my order delivery date is 14 August but still now I haven't received it. I think I have to take this matter to the consumer court.

      I ordered a product from snapdeal but later on i canceled the product on the same day before it being dispatched. The order was canceled but its been 8 days since i have canceled the product but i haven't received my refund yet. I emailed snapdeal.com 2 times but haven't got any reply. I didn't expect a company like snapdeal would do something like this.

        I had purchased glucometer from snap deal but cancelled it before it was delivered to me.In the tool still the status is about to picked up. I had cancelled this by selecting option damaged since there was no other option available to cancel the product. The delivery boy didn't take the product saying it will be collected separately.

        since 22 july 16, the product is lying at my desk. No one from snap deal has initiated to collect it. I have been regularly calling customer care executive which is a paid service. Every time they assure me that the product will be collected from me and money will be refunded to my account. But till date no initative have been made from snap deal.

        Customer care executives every time assure me to collect the product.I never got call from snap deal for this issue . This is a very carelessness behavior from snap deal.Calling snap deal customer care is paid service and i have been calling them since long. They always assure me of collecting the product back over phone but no response later.

          I got this product on 25th july nput return order on 29th .
          No person came for pickup from the date i placed return order. Its been so long, every second day i get calls & msg from snapdeal for pickup confirmation but no one comes and they are saying pickup fails, I am attaching file also for your reference. I am a regular customer and want my refund to order different size from snapdeal, as the given size is too small for me. Because of this wired experience i don't feel like shopping from snapdeal.

          I have put return request within the Snapdeal 7 days return policy.
          Please consider and complete the pickup as soon as possible.

            I was ordered titan women's watch but snapdeal dispatched water purifier. I raised 2 time replacement call and 3 times called to customer care. Every body saying that 'no need to worry, I will take carepersonally and resolve the issue' . One time courier guy came and he denied the pick up because of product name missmatch.                         Hi,

                        I have ordered on snapdeal on 20th july 2016 and on 30th july morning i get message saying the product has been delivered. Well in real there was no communication has been made regarding the delivery of the product and didn't receive the product. The product cost is just 120 rp. Today it's 18th august 2016 and i still get response from snapdeal agents saying wait for 5 business days we will refund or deliver you the product. I have reported this issue on 30th july and till date i didn't get my money refunded nor i got the product. I spent lot of money and time to call snapdeal customer support and wrote lot of emails. But not even single person helped in getting my money back. This is the new fraud what snapdeal started target the such products which are on offer and not so expensive so that even if something goes customer won't bother about the small amount. I magine every day if they loot 100 bucks from thousands of customers then how much money then can make in a day. If you are not someone from sanpdeal looking at this complaint then please do seriously consider this issue and stop snapdeal looting customers. I am making people aware as much as i can through social and word of mouth. All my colleagues and friends have already stopped using snapdeal. I just want to make as many as people to stop using such a fraud and cheating website.

                        Order ID-[protected]. I have purchased on 5th Dec but the product has not been delivered yet. Only getting assurance from snapdeal team but no one is giving exact timelines. The website keeps on increasing delivery dates. I guess I have been cheated. I just get one standard response our team is working and your problem would be resolved soon. I think I need to go to consumer forum for help as I my problem has not been resolved in 20 days. I think Snap deal is purposely doing this to play with customers money.

                              I have ordered xiaomi redmi note 3 tempered glass screen guard (order id: [protected]) by prixcracker from snapdeal on 28/07/2016, they send wrong and damaged product, i have returned product but they still not have send back new product, so many times i called but they do not have any answer and telling we will get back to you within 24 hours, our team will contact to you, but nobody after that contacted,

                              According to snapdeal they send item by vulcan courier, they have one number which is not working at all (+[protected], more than 15 days over, i have not received item, i do not know when i will get or not?

                              Napdeal does not have any proper working courier prater contact detail.

                                  I bought a new mi note 3 phone from snapdel, and paid rs.11999.
                                  The phone is non-functional (Not turning on) after 1 day o[censored]sage.
                                  I have raised a replacement request since snapdeal says they have a trust pay system and resolve issue in just 7 working days.

                                  After registering my replacement request snapdel mailed me to visit a service center and get a service letter from them. (See how disappointed i am, i bought a phone and for replacing it i have to travel a lot, my valuable time is wasted)
                                  I have visited the service center snapdel suggested. The service center told me that they won't give me any letter and they are not yet the service center of mi phone.

                                  I conveyed this to snapdel via mail, and via callcenter.

                                  Snapdeal again ask me to visit the same service center.

                                  Now without even informing me they have closed my replacement request saying that "we did not receive any response from you regarding your visit to the service centre. So we are closing this replacement request."

                                  How can snapdeal just close my request with out resolving it.

                                  I have wasted my rs.11999 for a dead phone. What left now is a dead phone and snapdel looted my money.

                                  1st of thanks a lot to this forum consumer complaints site After posting the issue here 1st 1 got two types of responses 1.A genuine mail from snapdeal 2.A fraud call from number is 7428125796 imitating that he is calling from snapdeal. He tried to loot money from me by trying to do a ATM transaction by saying that its snapdeals process etc... Please be aware After all these snapdeal representative from call center number called and said that the replacement request is approved and they will take back the phone After 1 day the courier person came and took back the phone and after 3 days that is today I got the new phone. Thanks to snapdeal team for considering this issue, and valuing my money. Hope this phone will work fine. Thanks to all.

                                    I fired return request (With ticket id[protected] for product "aquagrand water purifier" (With suborder id-[protected]) and was order from snapdeal app. At 08 aug 16 but still no any action/call received from snapdeal..in short picked up request is pending from snapdeal end.
                                    Now i am trying to fire again same return request but snapdeal application not allowing to do that..
                                    And i already mailed at "[protected]@snapdeal.com"
                                    Plz do needful.
                                    Kindly arrange return request as soon as possible..
