    I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 Original Battery 1500 mAh EB-425161LUCINU under Snapdeal..
    Order ID : [protected]
    But within a month battery was not working and I took that original battery to Samsung service center, the address which was provided by Snapdeal..
    When I went to service center, it was awkward situation for me when they said, it's a duplicate battery!!
    I called up Snapdeal higher level customer care and sent an email to [protected]@snapdeal.com..
    This email id they have given me as escalation department..
    Which is DAMN WASTE!!
    I had raised a request on July 26th and its August 12th now.. Still no proper response or communication..
    From 15 days they are telling pickup will be done and amount will be refunded..
    But no response..
    SNAPDEAL IS SENDING DUPLICATE PRODUCTS TO THE CUSTOMERS AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS DUMP!!

I have neither been contacted nor could i get through the complicated automated voice response, in my attempt to talk to a human. I have written multiple times, but have not received any response.           I received the product on 15th July 2016.
          Same day i had initiated returns for order ID [protected] however nobody came to pick up . I got the msg to Reschedule the pickup however i am not getting the option to Reschedule on app nor on site.
          I have tried to call and Reschedule but it says ' due to some technical issue i cant do that ' .
          Its around 1 month and i did not get any response from Snapdeal.

            I ordered 2 items from snapdea - lakme kajal eyeconic and lakme absolute perfect radiance. When I opened the pack the kajal pencil was empty, with no kajal inside. The second product lakme was more than half empty inside.It was about 20% to 30% left in the box.I tried to return those items but it is not returnable...now I am stuck with the defective items and my money got wasted. I am very disappointed with this kind of service and want my money back. I want to return the product.

              Refund not received
              I have not received my refund for the order i made for new designer saree combo under the order id: [protected]. I made the return of this product as it was a combo of 2 sarees but i received only one saree. I have been waiting for more than 72 working hours and every time i called your support team they told to wait as there were some technical issue on transferring the payment when i track my order i've seen it has been initiated but no refund was reached to me. Neither you guys bother to update the same.

              Kindly show some professional approach to your customer and refund the amount fast in any possible way otherwise i'll take a legal action against this sort of activity.

                    Sir i have today been delivered with kaspersky 3.0 total security software which i ordered on 3 aug 16 (Invoice nos10361/16-17/1007 dated 04 aug 16, seller sk infotech patel nagar new delhi despatched via ecom express dispatch doc no awb[protected] rs 770/-. The item delivered (Cd) is not even booting or rinning. Item is damaged too as some very sticky material is there on cd. I have never had such a complain but this time it is irresponsible behavour shown by snapdeal. Also complete packing as shown in picture is not delivered only cd is provided.

                      The worst experience had with snapdeal, its been 12 days i didnt got the delivery of my shoes, i dont know what the hell they are doing with my shoes, i[censored] people want you can keep the shoes but at least give the refund money to the customer, i[censored] people cant meet the demand of customer than your company is of no use, customers are not fools, they trust you, they trust your company and you people are just fooling the customers..!! Now the question is how u people are going to resolve the issues of the customers?? Still 5889 complaints are left, i think it will take years for you people to resolve my complain, and plus the customer care team, i think they are the owner of the company, the way they talk to the customers is like a huge respect, i am a regular customer of snap-deal but still you people fail to give the delivery.. Hope the issue will be resolved soon.

                        Registered no - [protected].Order id - [protected].I had purchased kiwibird power bank case for iphone 6 For ₹1600 from snapdeal.With 6 months warranty written thats it.Now after 1 month power bank case giving problem.So I contacted snapdeal that am not getting any service centre in india of this company and they provided me one number.I contacted that person he is like tell snapdeal to give me request for replacement or pay us courier charges of approx ₹800.Or else order a new one with cod and give old one back in the box and tell them this new one is not proper so you will get your replacement.I just want to know why should I pay ₹1600 and do all this wrong things.Why did snapdeal didn't write T&C of warranty ?That you will get seller warranty not manufacturer ?Is it ebay ?I want strict action against GADGET FREAK SELLER and SNAPDEAL.I want my refund its last time shopping on snapdeal.Snapdeal cheated me thats why I want refund I can't take product with seller warranty!

                          I am rajesh prasad ([protected]) from pune. on 27th of july i booked redmi note 3 for rs.11999 from snapdeal.com

                          31st august i received parcel but there is no user manual and accessories found in that box

                          I tried to call mi service centers of pune but bot service centers phone numbers not working

                          1st august raised request to snapdeal for return product ref no.27216982
                          After waiting for your response i send mail to you on 7th of august but again no response

                          Meanwhile i came to know that phone's battery also not working properly and it has is non-removable battery. when company claiming 264 hour i. e. 11days backup on standby mode but it get discharged with in 48hours, this is manufacturing defect.

                          On 8th of august i call snapdeal on [protected] mr. deepak was assured me that problem will be resolve with in 24 hours, but no response from their side.

                          On 9th of august i call again snapdeal on same number mr. dashrath attended my call he told me to go to service center of mi (phone company), i clearly told him i don't want to go to service center for new product what i have not used, he also told me to solve my issue.

                          On 9th of august ms. neha from snapdeal has attended my call she also assure me to solve my issue with in 24 hours.

                          On 10th of august ms. neha from snapdeal has attended my call but she disconnected my call without solve my problem.

                          On 10th of august mr. sumit from snapdeal has attended my call again he told me to go to service center when i told him that i will not go to service center then he transfer my call to mr. kapil (his senior as sumit says). mr. kapil has assure me that my problem is genuine and i should have to get refund from snapdeal my money is secure with the company and he told me that by the evening problem will be solved. but again same thing happened there is no call or email received from their side and nobody has come to pick phone at my home.

                          Today i tried snapdeal's phone[protected] and [protected] there is no executive there to talk only computerized line working and that is also not responding when i follow as per instructions. it seems that your company has black listed my phone number because they don't want to solve my problem.

                            Digiflip tablet with below details was delivered on 25th of FEB 2016. It is under 6 Months Brand Warranty. Warranty is still not Void, it will expire on 20-August-2016. After two month Battery problem started in it and now it is not working at all. Complain was logged with snapdeal on 23rd of May 2016, Since 23rd of May 2016 to till date no feedback and action from snapdeal (More then 2 months). Product worked hardly for 3 month since then, it is totally dead. RS 4273 have been wasted. It looks snapdeal thinks we are paying for charity. I would suggest all the user, please do not buy any product from snapdeal as they do not have support after sales and we will be giving giving our Money which are earned with lots of effort to Charity called Snapdeal.

                            I do not know what we can do for such type of fraud and cheating.

                                Hello Team,
                                I have bought a signoraware lunch box from snapdeal for 380/- (350/- cost + 30/- shipping charges).When I got the product, I noted that MRP on the product is striked off. I have checked in signoraware website and through the barcode on the product delivered I was able to get the MRP of the product in different sites and found it as 200/-. But I had paid 150%. I did raise a compliant in Snapdeal (reference No:[protected] but didn't get any response even after waiting for 5 days. Request you to take the needful action.

                                    My email id is [protected]@gmail.com i oredred a screen for projector order id is [protected] it was delivered to me on 10th of august and when i open that i found i was having only one hook for hangle but in pic shows two then i go to there site and request for refund when the site apears and say u have to courier us item back firdt i said its too difficult to me because i don, nt have any knoledge ofcourier item so i request them to pickup but they say no u have to courier i said ok then i said can i courier it with india post then they cut the call i tried much to contact with snapdeal executime but sometime it disconnect by itself and i charged almost rs50 to calling them then i try to post online i give them everything order id email is product name but never get call or any replys i only want to ask them that can i send it with india speed post this item to u

                                    , i want to know u that i ordered 2 items from diffrent id, s first order is of shoes Rs 397 Suborder Id: [protected] that is ordered by my {saurabhirani[protected]@gmail.com} this id and 2nd is screen of projector 4by4 size ki ordered through {[protected]@gmail.com} id }

                                    1st order id {[protected]} shoes problem was diffrent colour send me ordered black given blue and i returned it to snapdeal it has been picked up on 10th of august 4-5 pm and today is is friday 12th of august but i did, nt get my refund of Rs397 i continusly messaging sndpl by fb more than 1000 thousand times messaging posting but did, nt get help ok so let me come on 2nd order

                                    2nd order id { [protected]} is of screen of projector when it delivered to me i opened it and see it was having only 1 hangles { hooks} but i seen in pic that it have 2 hangles so i returned request on snapdeal page says u have to return it by ur self i call them but unavailble to but after posting them msg they call me they said u have to courier it by ur self i said ok but can i ship it through speed post {india post} when i asked them they disconnect my call and never call back to me

                                    so sir i request u to give my refund of Rs 397 of shoes and plz tell me can i ship my 2nd ordered through speed post {india post}

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I had purchased a 4 burner gas stove in 2nd august’15 and the product delivered was a faulty product and so i was offered a refund of rs.500/- against the faulty part and was asked to purchase the same from the local market.
                                      However now when i am trying to avail the amount of rs.500/- i was surprised to see that the same was no longer available. So called up you executive and spoke to rekha and sindhu who says that the amount has expired and that i would not be able to avail of the same any longer.
                                      Please understand that it was not a coupon or complimentary thing which was given to me but was my own money which i had paid for the product, then how could the amount expire. If the amount has expired then please refund rs.500/- back to me in the form of cash as i had to purchase the damaged part from the local market as well.
                                      Your call center executives were really were rude and did not help me connect to a manager and instead hung up the call on me.

                                      Hi - The order ID is [protected] . Its over 3 months that I am fighting to get this issue sorted. Let me reiterate that I was given a refund of a DEFECTIVE PIECE sent by Snapdeal, then how is it that I am being given a expiry date when its my own money and not any gift voucher or coupon. I got a call from your executive on Thursday and he just hung up the phone on me without sharing any update. It was a mobile number and when am calling back he is happily disconnecting my call...Pathetic state of service ...Ushassu...[protected]

                                        I ordered pampers pants from snap deal on 31.07.16 with estimated delivery on 12 th aug. Just now i received mail from snap deal saying that packet could not be delivered because customer not st home. This is totally ridiculous. The whole time i was st home and no one turned up. This is a straight lie on courier agency's part to make their side safe.
                                        This experience is making me loose faith in snap deal. From now on, i will never order anything from them.
