I ordered infocus bingo 10 from snapdeal. I opened box and checked all specifications by switching on mobile. But it found different and not as per specification. Within an hr i request return. After return request, it shows that we will call u within 24 hrs. 24 hrs crossed n till no any call from snapdeal. I want to return product and i want my refund. If no refund from snapdeal, i will publicate my case in all social network and lodge legal complaint against snapdeal.

Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal resolved this issue as per return/refund process of snapdeal. This resolution was quick. Feeling thankful for snapdeal. I was lost trust on snapdeal but snapdeal recovered my trust by providing this quick resolution.
1) I placed return and refund request.
2) Snapdeal asked me to provide invoice by email.
3) I emailed invoice.
4) checking visit scheduled.
5) Next day, snapdeal engineer reached to check product.
6) Request accepted, he packed product.
7) Next day item picked up by courier at 4pm.
8) I received refund at next day morning 5am.
Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
