    I ordered a guess capitol watch with 2 years manufacturer warranty on the product. An year later, there was problem in the movement of the watch and hence i contacted guess customer care. The particular product delivered to me was not from a dealer authorized by guess, therefore i was refused service under the warranty period. Snapdeal itiated return from their end, product was picked up and amount was to be refunded.
    I have already registered a complaint #26820237, the product has been picked up from my place but there has been no refund/replacement till date.

    I requested return of the product, i was eligible for pick up from my place but no one came to pick up the order for 3 months +, so ultimately i had sent the package on my own to snapdeal. The product was delivered successfully (As per tracking through overnite express), but sanpdeal is claiming after a month that the product has not yet reached. The amount has not yet been refunded to my account.

    I returned the product because a wrong size of the product was delivered. The return is successful but the amount has not yet been refunded.

    I have been calling up snapdeal for the above issues almost everyday but no action is being taken and i get the same reply - the matter is being escalated. Now neither do i have the products nor their refund. The only option left is to move on to the consumer forum to get the refund from the company.

        Hello sir,
        My name is shirsh tembhare and i order a mobile phone on date on
        27th of july 2016. But when i received my order it did not contain my order
        Instead of asus zenfone laser 2 it contain a book with the bill of asus zenfone laser 2 that has been showed in the pic, after receiving that order on 3rd on august 2016, i fill all the formality related to replace the product and i shipped
        That order to snap deal address that shows on the form of replacing product.
        And i got that product receiving conformation massage on 7th august 2016,
        But till now i haven't received a word from snap deal nor i get my original item till now 9th of august... Pls make a quick process on that

          This is with reference to the order # [protected] (1 item), a defective laptop was sold by snapdeal. snapdeal customer care agrees that they will organise for reverse pick up, but have failed to do so in last 30 days, and keep extending deadline and keep calling and assuring that it will be arrange within 2-3 working days.

          I feel that snapdeal customer care staff is fooling and cheating me.

            I had ordered xiomi redmi note 3 phone from snapdeal on 30th july, 2016. My order id is [protected]. The original delivery date was 5th august, 2016. But the order got delayed and on 6th august i got a mail stating that my order would reach me by 11th august. Now today, i. E. 8th august i get a mail from snapdeal that my order has been cancelled. I feel betrayed and harassed by this behaviour of snapdeal. I have attached screenshots of the e-mails sent by snapdeal. Please help.

              I ordered for borosil 2.2 l oval dish on21/7/2016 vide order id [protected]. On 29/7/2016 i received instead of my ordered product a 800ml casserole
              Immediately i lodged complaint on snapdeal platform with id27296245, there was no response forthcoming. Again. I lodge complaint with tkt i'd 27116655 still as on today 8/8/2016 there is no response
              I am aghast with this attitude. Of snapdeal that after sending a wrong product they can take the customer. To ride this way

                I have return one of the product from above order id. Now in order status it is mentioned that amount is refunded on 7th august 2016 on my debit card. But in my bank statement i cant see any amount refunded against my debit card.
                I called snapdeal customer care several times but there is no option of talking to customer care executive. Also on snapdeal site if i am trying to raise complaint it is not accepting.
                This is cheating and snapdeal is behaving in a cheap way to loot people money. This site is a utter crap and i am planning to raise complaint in consumer forum.

                    I ordered infocus bingo 10 from snapdeal. I opened box and checked all specifications by switching on mobile. But it found different and not as per specification. Within an hr i request return. After return request, it shows that we will call u within 24 hrs. 24 hrs crossed n till no any call from snapdeal. I want to return product and i want my refund. If no refund from snapdeal, i will publicate my case in all social network and lodge legal complaint against snapdeal.

                    Snapdeal resolved this issue as per return/refund process of snapdeal. This resolution was quick. Feeling thankful for snapdeal. I was lost trust on snapdeal but snapdeal recovered my trust by providing this quick resolution. 1) I placed return and refund request. 2) Snapdeal asked me to provide invoice by email. 3) I emailed invoice. 4) checking visit scheduled. 5) Next day, snapdeal engineer reached to check product. 6) Request accepted, he packed product. 7) Next day item picked up by courier at 4pm. 8) I received refund at next day morning 5am.

                      I ordered lenovo laptop charger on 14/04/2016. The charger received was fake and stopped working within 2 weeks. Even though it falls under warranty period i am unable to get any help from snapdeal buyers. They are replying by saying that the product has been used for over a week, hence cannot be exchanged.                                 Hi,

                                I have ordered jbl t200a on 13th july for 898 (prepaid) and got the delivery on 16th july and when i opened the package i have found empty package. my order id: [protected].
                                I had raised a request for replacement then but when courier boy came said that they can't pickup a empty package. i have raised the concern with spandeal but no response from them. last time i contacted them they said it's been more than 7 days so they are not going to entertain any problem regarding this order. i don't know what kind of business snapdeal is doing by sending empty package! i want to sue snapdeal for this. there should be a large amount of penalty for this. i have contacted many times politely but there was no as such response from snapdeal!
                                Please take some action against snapdeal.

                                  My invoice no is.S731B6/16-17/292. I had purchased a lenovo charger 2 months ago on 14 april 2016. Charger worked for 1 month and got problem. When i went to resolve the problem, i had mailed soo many emails to the service center person of snapdeal as well as lenovo. But i was not knowing that the product is duplicate. Then igot the address of service center after so many difficulties and when i went he said that your charger is not original and told to send the product back to company. Now i don't what to do because i'm unable to speak to customer care of snapdeal and facing lot of problems because my laptop is dead.

                                    I ordered a mobile phone worth rs 4999 + 99 delivery charge from Snapdeal. But I got different mobile phone that was broken also. I returned that to snapdeal warehouse but they didn't take that product when courier went for delivery. I called them then they told me that i have to send that product again. Again i repeated this but same problem again. Now i am calling them they are not responding. Worst service from snapdeal. I ordered many products from Snapdeal But now the service is very bad. No response.

                                    I wasted my 5000+ rs. I'll never do any shopping from Snapdeal.

                                      It's regarding Bioma Bio Oi which i placed order on 20 july 2016.

                                      On July 30th at 07:33 AM i receive a msg saying it's been delivered but in real i haven't received it at all. I made several contacts and complaints to snapdeal but they come back saying it's been delivered. I have shopped before on snapdeal but i never had such issue. It's the first time i got cheated by Snapdeal. I request someone consider this issue seriously and stop snapdeal from looting customers like this because i do not want any other shoppers to get cheated like me.

                                        I have booked a sony xb250 head phone which should be delivered today.but it wasn't delivered.and there is no informarion on tracking about it.its not a good job of snapdeal.it's all fake.
