Hello snapdeal team
I have ordered lenevo a1000 (8gb black) against the order id [protected] on the 5th july 2016. After received the product we did not get the satisfaction with the quality of the product. I am completely dissatisfied by your product. I don't want to use this product

So i raised a return request on 11 july 2016. But still it did not picked up by snapdeal.

You should return this product without any implication as per your 7 days return policy. I called many times to your customer care representatives but they talked in irresponsible manner. They are unable to solve this problem. They waste my time about to one month. You don't care the time and money of the customer.

All photograph has been attached for your reference.

This type of attitude is not valid to maintain snap deal good image in the market. I expect better solution from you.

If any query and doubt please call me immediately.

    I have purchase one air conditioner (order no : [protected])
    Blue star 1.5 ton r410a inverter cnhw18raf split air conditioner on date 3rd july which i go delivered on 10th of july. i returned it 17th july under 7 day under return policy. i waited for almost 10 days to get my refund then i have start calling snapdeal customer care. customer care agent said that i have to wait as they are following some internal quality checks and they will call me back with regards to same. yesterday at 3:00 pm i received call that neither you wont get your refund back nor product as your product has failed some internal quality process and snapdeal is sorry for that (recorded call with me if needed). now if you consider matter of money it cost 83700 rs, neither i have my product nor money. today morning i received mail that "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. we already had conversation regarding the same yesterday itself. we're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.

    Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. we request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account."

    Now i am keep calling them to get my money refund.

    Today itself i got upfront answer from snapdeal team that i wont neither get product back or any refund (i have proof for same).

    I have my all evidence with me. mr rajan sharma called me and said up front that i wont get my refund and product back. also when i ask for the reason then he said the its fail internal quality check and rest he can not revel to customer.

    My product is not with me as well as money. loss of 83700 rs.

        They weir not taking a step bcz its already became 35days of my fast product which is a Bluetooth of rs548 BT always when m calling them they were saying plz sir wait plz sir help meActually I have ordered two Bluetooth of Samsung and I kare mini Bluetooth so due to on availability at seller my Samsung Bluetooth was cancelled by the team Snapdeal and they said that we will send ur product as soon as possible so after that I canceled itfrom my side BT when I canceled it. The products already came to courier and i recived it after that I didn't get any invoice of that Samsung Bluetooth which is of rs548 and i gave the amount and received the product BT when I used I saw that it is not working properly so decided to refund it then when I apply for refund I saw in my id that it shows that the I kare mini Bluetooth was delivered to me after that I apply for returned my product on that I kare mini Bluetooth receipt so plz I request u that plz tel Snapdeal that I gave my Samsung Bluetooth on the receipt of I kare mini Bluetooth to the Delhivery courier so plz ask them to refund me of rs 548 thanku it is already passed 35days they were nt listening it

        As my friend gave a complaint from his id abt this product after one hr I received a phone call regarding this product and he asked me do u gave any complaint against Snapdeal I said yes then he said k u will get ur refund today u give ur bank account no on which we can refund ur money then I forwarded my Ac number on his phone number after that I tried calling him BT he doesn't receive my cl the no is [protected] daybefore yesterday he called me from this no at 2 to 2:30 pm

            I had ordered and sunglass on 11th July got delivery on 15th bt as i was not satisfied by d product i return it on the next day.and its 5 Th august still have not got the money its a hudge amount for me 1544.I mailed them so many times bt didnot got any answer.I am calling daily in the help line number bt they r saying the number is not matching the order id.i sent them pick up recipt and also the bank statement bt still didnot got the money.This is disgusting and irritating..and probably the worst online shopping site i have visited ever.my order ID is this[protected].and email id is [protected]@gmail.com

              I have ordered for Crompton Greaves 1200 Watts Cg Hrh2 Halogen Heater Room Heater and i paid the amount using Cash on delivery method. The Product i received is Broeken. So immediately i have Requested for Return, Snapdeal has taken the Retun Request and told me to ship the Product. So as per the Instructions i have shipped the Package to Hyderabad Snapdeal Address.With On dot courier with tracking number:[protected] The courier people have attempted more than 5 Times for Delivery. But the Snapdeal is refusing the same for no reason. So the package is being returned. I have contacted the customer care many times by filling in the form. But there is no reply. Very irresponsible people. I am tensed about tthe money i paid for the Product and the Courier i paid.

                    This phone was delivered to me on 16th of july 2016 and from 18th of july the phone had stopped working. After complaining several number of times, no snapdeal representative has approached yet and no refund has been provided to me for the same, not even the phone has been picked up from me. I am planning to drag snapdeal to consumer forum and file a suit against them for not refunding me my money on time neither they have approached me yet for the phone. I shall wait for next 2-3 days more if snapdeal does not revert and refund my money for the same subsequently i shall file a lawsuit against them for compensation with principal amount for the same.

                          Courier response is no so good as possible as it is. They don't take response of customer and don't deliver any goods at time, and don't call customer to take their goods. They don't come to the given address and don't call to consumer to take their goods. They have no time to stay some minutes and deliver goods and they have no discipline how to talk consumers. After calling consumer they not talk clearly properly.

                            First Stage Fraud

                            I have selling the products on the panel with the seller code of d54a97 and when as per the policy if anything is not returned back to me but showing delivered to me then i can raise the issue and demand the P.O.D within 7 days from the date showing as product returned in the panel.
                            I have raise the same return from the panel then you have close my account by saying that the more query's are generated by you and its the Breach of Policy.
                            And if any product returned to me in pathetic, broken or missing i have to provide the images of inner, outer packaging and also wrote on the pod and get these images along with pod and raise the issue.
                            AS i have raised the same method then you have close my account by saying that the more query's are generated by you and its the Breach of Policy.
                            And did not provide neither any payment for the products nor any product i got for the same and due to it i have face the loss of approx. 18 lackh.

                              I have ordered 2 calculators of Citizen brand vide order no [protected].
                              I was delivered 1 calculator only. 2nd calculator was not delivered.
                              The Calculator which was delivered was that of Citllizen brand and not the one which was delivered.

                              I requested for replacement of 1 calculator and delivery of 2nd calculator.
                              I received replacement of 1 calculator of Citllizen brand only (wrong brand) and 2nd calculator is not yet delivered.

                              I will also approach Consumer Court for the irregularities in delivery and wrong delivery.

                                    My name is Payal Mittal.I placed an order of redmi note 3 costing 11, 999Rs on 15th july 2016 by cash on delivery mode by the
                                    Order ID: [protected] and get it on 20 th but bcz of some software and battery issue i requested for replacement.After that the engineer visited my home on 25th july and they gave me estimated date 28th july to pick my phone but they delay by one day, that they pick my phone on 29th july.
                                    Then they give me the date to redeliver my phone is 1-3rd of August and then on or before 3rd August and now they extended the date of delivering my phone on or before 9th August.They are just delaying the delivery of my phone please take some suitable action and sir 11, 999 rs is not a little amount as u know and it is in their terms that they will deliver the phone with in 2 days in replacement case.sir i am requesting you to help me in this case please.

                                    I do not know what are you concerning or not but your deliver is very slow and customer has to think twice to shop with you.You know in today market the only thing works is "Mouth Publicity".My experience is very bad with you and next time i can't refer snapdeal for shopping to any person.

                                      I have bought sona feeding / nursing bra white (size: 36b) from snapdeal but they have send me duplicate product/ different one compare to what they have shown in their site. i have ask for replacement on the same day of delivery. after 2 dys they have reply me there is no pick up facility in my address. i have send spending my own money through courier to snapdeal, they have not send me back my product till now when the product was deliver to they on 30 july 16

                                        Dear SD,

                                        I have placed an order with standard free delivery and have done DC payment for the same, Pricing was good compared to other e-commerce websites so decided to buy on SD,

                                        Once order placed, Received confirmation from SD and my order was upgraded to Next day delivery for FREE (Estimated Delivery By: 04 Aug, 2016), I was really happy and looking forward for the delivery.

                                        Was at home and waiting for the courier to arrive, Continuously tracking courier, The saddest part is, Courier has been updated as OUT FOR DELIVERY and not done so far.

                                        WHO ASKED TO UPGRADE MY ORDER FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

                                        I AM MENTALLY HARASSED, I HAD SOME WORKS BUT STAYED AT HOME AS COURIER PERSON MAY COME ANY TIME AND I DON'T WANT TO MISS.

                                        BECAUSE OF SNAP DEAL WRONG COMMITMENT AND IGNORANCE I HAVE LOST / SUFFERED FOLLOWING

                                        1) WAITED AT HOME AND LEFT PERSONAL WORKS (LOSS OF MONEY)
                                        2) MENTAL HARASSMENT FACED BY ME AND MY FAMILY
                                        3) INTERNET CHARGES ( TRACKED COURIER ALL THE TIME)
                                        4) TELEPHONE CHARGES (CALLING SD AND COURIER xpressbees)
                                        5) DOCTOR AND MEDICINE CHARGES FOR HEAD ACHE CAUSED BY MENTAL HARASSMENT (RS.300/-FOR DOCTOR & RS.200/- FOR MEDICINES)
                                        6) LOSS OF PRECIOUS TIME AND TRUST IN SNAP DEAL.

                                        REQUEST SNAP DEAL TO BARE ABOVE CHARGES ( RS.500/- MEDICAL CHARGES AND REMIT DOUBLE SHIPPING CHARGES AS PER SNAP DEAL'S COMPENSATION POLICY, (CREDIT REQUIRED IN MY SNAP DEAL ACCOUNT)

                                        FAILING SAME WILL PROCEED LEGALLY

                                        Updated as delivered yesterday by courier and snap deal, called xpressbees courier customer care and raised complaint but no response so far.

                                        Really bad.
