I returned (Order #- [protected]) but still have not received my money back. They said that they will refund it on freecharge but nothing has been done till date. Its been 7 months now and they are not replying to the mails and the phone Number provided on their website is not being picked by any customer care executive.

    Plz do something for refund my amount.
    I received a message from the courier company nuvo ex but no courier
    boy comes to take my product.
    I call the courier boy .he said me that he has no received no mail.
    When he received the mail from your side then he come to take my
    product.
    Courier boy picked up my phone & he will done my product.
    Snapdeal received my product. Snapdeal said my product failed in quality check. That he was not returned my Ammount
    Plz refund my money as soon as possible.

      I had placed an order on 31st july and was promised the delivery by 7th aug however I haven't received the product yet . this is ridiculous on part of snapdeal as they don't care about the customer once the order has been placed and payment has been made.

      I will report this scam to the consumer court and fix this thing on my own. Another pathetic part of snapdeal is that you cant bloody talk to a person if you want to track your order. its just the damn IVR that you get on the phone which is of no use.

        Hi Snap deal Team,
        When i placed my order for Samsung j3, it was having offer to get free flip cover along with phone.
        But when i received my order there was no flip cover.
        PFB screenshot of invoice where it is clearly mentioned that flip cover was part of offer.
        For you reference, invoice has been attached also.
        Please compensate money for flip cover as soon as possible.
        Already have escalated this issue through several incident raised by calling customer care.
        At least called 10 times on customer care.
        Last time they told finance team of snap deal will cal me to pay me amount of flip cover.
        But received no call, already 5 days gone.
        Raised this concern on 3rd Aug.
        Why are you people showing this behavior.

          I ordered a Intex ultra lounge but received a Intex life jacket on 21-7-16. I ordered to return the item but nobody came to take the item.. On 26th or 27th July, I received a call from Snapdeal and they told me to send pics of the received item to [protected]@snapdeal.com as they would investigate about the matter but since I've received no mail, no call from Snapdeal. It's sad that they just didn't do anything about it... Would be very nice of you if you look into the matter... Order id [protected]

              I purchased a redmi 32gb mobile from snapdeal on 26 july 2016 and i was handed over a faulty mobile on 31st july 2016 in which the mobile looses its wi-fi network on its own and internet stops to work at all. all this happens when i am able to use internet on my other mobile properly. I complained on 2nd aug about this issue on company website well within legal time frame of 7 days refund/return policy of the company. The companies engineer visited to verify this issue and confirmed through his reciept which is with me. Now on 7th aug 2016 company called me from[protected] on my number only to tell your issue is not valid, as the company takes back only faulty mobile for which i argued that this is a faulty mobile but their representative had no answer. Now the company has also stopped replying to my email also. I feel cheated with this companies deficiency in services. Pls help

                  I ordered excelam 12 13 laminator on snapdeal whose price is rs 3999 but delivered item is excelam eco 12 whose price on snapdeal is rs 2600 but charge me 3999 for this. Even delivered laminator not work properly. Snapdeal cheat with me by delivered cheapest laminator on same price which i ordered and this laminator not work properly. Its my first deal with snapdeal. I am disappointed.

                  I have similar experience with Snapdeal and I thought it was some exceptional missing in supply chain. I see a lot of similar complaints here, one thing is clear they are well aware of this tracking issues and purposefully just acknowledging and assuring action within 24 hours to all. They will acknowledge each complaint and continue cheating customers. I think it would be great to form a group of snapdeal cheated customers and move towards legal actions against company:

                            I ordered an Iphone 5s 16 GB Space Gray and received Iphone 5s 16 GB Silver with Accessories No Handset. I called snapdeal and had multiple discussions with their online team and all available sources however no response. Now they are asking for Govt. ID Proof. I just have a Small Question Why? Because with my ID proof they can prove an agreement of lot of things may be to my Credit Card company so that I Can't Charge Back.

                                  I have ordered lenevo a1000 (8gb black) against the order id [protected] on the 5th july 2016. After received the product we did not get the satisfaction with the quality of the product. I am completely dissatisfied by your product. I don't want to use this product

                                  So i raised a return request on 11 july 2016. But still it did not picked up by snapdeal.

                                  You should return this product without any implication as per your 7 days return policy. I called many times to your customer care representatives but they talked in irresponsible manner. They are unable to solve this problem. They waste my time about to one month. You don't care the time and money of the customer.

                                  All photograph has been attached for your reference.

                                  This type of attitude is not valid to maintain snap deal good image in the market. I expect better solution from you.

                                    I have purchase one air conditioner (order no : [protected])
                                    Blue star 1.5 ton r410a inverter cnhw18raf split air conditioner on date 3rd july which i go delivered on 10th of july. i returned it 17th july under 7 day under return policy. i waited for almost 10 days to get my refund then i have start calling snapdeal customer care. customer care agent said that i have to wait as they are following some internal quality checks and they will call me back with regards to same. yesterday at 3:00 pm i received call that neither you wont get your refund back nor product as your product has failed some internal quality process and snapdeal is sorry for that (recorded call with me if needed). now if you consider matter of money it cost 83700 rs, neither i have my product nor money. today morning i received mail that "we understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. while processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. we already had conversation regarding the same yesterday itself. we're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.

                                    Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. we request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account."

                                    Now i am keep calling them to get my money refund.

                                    Today itself i got upfront answer from snapdeal team that i wont neither get product back or any refund (i have proof for same).

                                    I have my all evidence with me. mr rajan sharma called me and said up front that i wont get my refund and product back. also when i ask for the reason then he said the its fail internal quality check and rest he can not revel to customer.

                                    My product is not with me as well as money. loss of 83700 rs.

                                        Sir the team snapdeal is nt refunding my money since 1month as i gave my courier back to them and when m calling to give complaint they wer saying that u have to wait for 48 hrs 24 hrs so everyday this same sentence repeating so sir plz solve my prob their wer 2products one is abt rs548 and other is abt rs1397 sir m also giving u some proof my courier

                                        They weir not taking a step bcz its already became 35days of my fast product which is a Bluetooth of rs548 BT always when m calling them they were saying plz sir wait plz sir help meActually I have ordered two Bluetooth of Samsung and I kare mini Bluetooth so due to on availability at seller my Samsung Bluetooth was cancelled by the team Snapdeal and they said that we will send ur product as soon as possible so after that I canceled itfrom my side BT when I canceled it. The products already came to courier and i recived it after that I didn't get any invoice of that Samsung Bluetooth which is of rs548 and i gave the amount and received the product BT when I used I saw that it is not working properly so decided to refund it then when I apply for refund I saw in my id that it shows that the I kare mini Bluetooth was delivered to me after that I apply for returned my product on that I kare mini Bluetooth receipt so plz I request u that plz tel Snapdeal that I gave my Samsung Bluetooth on the receipt of I kare mini Bluetooth to the Delhivery courier so plz ask them to refund me of rs 548 thanku it is already passed 35days they were nt listening it

                                        As my friend gave a complaint from his id abt this product after one hr I received a phone call regarding this product and he asked me do u gave any complaint against Snapdeal I said yes then he said k u will get ur refund today u give ur bank account no on which we can refund ur money then I forwarded my Ac number on his phone number after that I tried calling him BT he doesn't receive my cl the no is [protected] daybefore yesterday he called me from this no at 2 to 2:30 pm
