I am nimish vasani one of the customer of snap deal from mumbai, i have been using your purchase app from 2 years now but this time the issue i face was way beyond my temper control.
I order universal nutrition daily formula multivitamin 100 tabs order number id: [protected] on 13 jul, 2016 (1 item) my first order, initially i got message by your courier that he is not able to find my address where in i am staying at the same address from 10 years and snap deal is delivering the order for more than 2 years at the same address this is just buying more time from customer. I had to again put the requested date and time which was delayed without not reason that one part of the story.
Later on 18 july 2016 i somehow got my order, but what is see was my order was fully open all the tables were out of the box so i immediately placed the return request as i can’t use open supplements and for which i got refund on 21 jul, 2016.
Later as a customer i again thought to trust snapdeal and to reorder the same product, so i did it on 21 july 2016, and this time i got order after 9 days i.E on 01 aug 2016, but when i open the order it was really shocking for me, where in the universal nutrition daily formula multivitamin 100 tabs order number order id: [protected] box was broken from behind and there were no tables inside the bottle what an amazing quality check is done, i was only sent a broken empty box. Also after this i again initiated my return process, where in pick up person came on 02 aug 2016, but he refuse to take pick up as bottle was broken and empty the way it was delivered to me.
So again i tried reaching your customer care team but there is not option on this number [protected] and it again takes me back to ivr, so i had no other option but to put my concern on facebook and twitter, for which they were replying to me and last night i.E. On 02 aug 2016 i get a call from snapdeal that they are looking in to issue, but till now i have not got any output or resolution for the same.
From 15 days i am waiting for my order, i have already reported this issue to consumer forum as i was being mugged by snapdeal. I am attaching the details of the product which i got along with the snap shot of twitter details. From 15 days i have already paid for this order and still not got my order nor my money back.
If i don’t get my refund and compensation for the same, i will go to the higher consumer court for my rights. Looking forward of your quick response.
