This is to inform you that,
I had purchased Dell inspiron 3543 Notebook on 24 July 2016, delivered on 26 July 2016.After login, while checking warranty details it shows that warranty is started from April 13 - 2016.I have raised a complaint (Complaint No[protected]regarding warranty and hanging issues.
After the register of my complaint your executive informed me that, you will get call back from our team within 24 hours for replacement.As per their assurance i waited for 24-48 hours but I din't get call.Again I called on 29.07.2016 to customer care at that time they informed that, end of today you will get the callback from our team, but I didn't got call.On 29.07.2016 again I called at that time the told that you will surely get call from our team within 02.08.2016.Still i get get a single call from your team it is already 1 week over and it is like a endless drive... Only am calling to customer care like work less person but i didn't get any updates from your end.
You have a correct timeline for delivery, You have 7 days timing for complaints and replacement but you don't have any timeline for customer problem solutions...?
I am seriously disappointed with this service.
If you can't replace it, please refund my amount at the earliest, I already waited for a week without any positive response.
I am looking for your response in this regard.

Updated by Gururaj158 My laptop have warranty issues.I received material on 26.07.2016.I lodge a complaint on 27.07.2016 still i dint get any update from snapdeal. They are just giving false assurance.
I want replacement or refund my amount.
