I have purchase one Air conditioner (Order No : [protected] )
Blue Star 1.5 Ton R410A Inverter CNHW18RAF Split Air Conditioner on date 3rd July which I go delivered on 10th of July. I returned it 17th July under 7 Day under return policy. I waited for almost 10 days to get my refund then I have start calling Snapdeal Customer care. Customer care agent said that I have to wait as they are following some internal quality checks and they will call me back with regards to same. Yesterday at 3:00 PM I received call that neither you wont get your refund back nor product as your product has failed some internal quality process and Snapdeal is sorry for that( Recorded call with me If needed ). Now if you consider matter of money it cost 83700 Rs, neither I have my product nor money. Today morning I received mail that "We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We already had conversation regarding the same yesterday itself. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request and your account will be suspended.

Active orders and claims linked to this account will also not be processed and you may not be able to make new transactions. We request you not to operate any other co-existing account or open a new account."

Now I am keep calling them to get my money refund.

Today itself I got upfront answer from Snapdeal Team that I wont neither get product back or any refund ( I have proof for Same ).


I have my all evidence with me. Mr Rajan Sharma Called me and said up front that I wont get my refund and product back. Also when I ask for the reason then he said the Its fail internal quality check and rest he can not revel to customer.

My product is not with me as well as money. Loss of 83700 Rs.

I have work with Vulcan Courier Team Mr. Falgun [protected] and Mr Piyush. both said me product was perfect and send to Bhwandi HUB. Now I have to Track and collect all evidence to follow legal process and Media announcement.

Since last 20 days your team is working on it and after one or two day they send mail or call that we wont refund money, not replace or return product as a company procedure.

I wish I can file IPC 420 and consumer harassment case on you .

    I order a mobile and got a defective piece. Then i return that after i order once then i got a fry pan, when i am trying to return that you are not accepting the product. I am giving complain to snapdeal daily daily they are not solving the issue till now. Uso horrible service by you people.

    Its been more than a 2 weeks this rubbish is happening to me. How can I be assured .
    only some quick action can only be compensate my loss and the trust on you!
    I cant even reply to your mail.I wander how Ratan Tata has invested in you, and the alibaba guy too.

      I am order from Snapdeal.I have received empty parcel. When I go to website of Snapdeal and return to it. When I return to it I am issue suggest that in the parcel some part is missing. So his courier service ix-nuvoex is do not pick up the parcel and said me go to website and again request to return it. But I can't see the option of return or replace so what I do now...?

        I had such a ridiculous experience with Snapdeal.
        I had ordered Tred Flex brown formal shoes (Order #: [protected]). It was supposed to be delivered till 7th August. Till yesterday from 30th of July it was showing status as preparing for dispatch and all at a sudden today I see the order is closed.

        There was no intimation, nothing and no way I know why they closed it without delivering.
        Also, dont know what happened with the payment that I had made.

        This is such a shame!!

        Prompts me not to order anything from Snapdeal

        I had ordered Li-ning badminton racquet on 4th of June 2016.

        This racquet didn't last even 5 games to be honest. I generally play once a week and I didn't expect this to be of such a poor quality.
        Return policy allows a return only within 7 days and since it broke in 2-3 weeks I can't do anything about it.

        This is so ridiculous.

          Dear Snapdeal I am not understanding why you people cheat to customers. 1st I got the empty parcel instead of my phone which I ordered on 23rd July 2016 order no. is[protected]. I launched complain for my refund on 29 July for same you people said I will get my refund in 4 business days. but till now I haven't get my refund in my account. my complain no is 27095558. today I called in customer care for my refund status. the girl said refund is already made. now you tell me how much time it will take to reach my account. don't fool customers I am a genuine buyer and bought many things from snapdeal that why I made online payment. do you people really deserve anyone's trust I guess not. still I am not taking any legal action only for today if I'll not get my amount by tomorrow I will surely file the case against you for forgery and mental harassment.

          I request you to please do the needful by today only. please find the snap shot of the mail of refund send by you.

              I sell products in Snapdeal company. I deal in mobile & tablets. My issue is related damaged product and company is not solving it. I got product mobile Intex turbo S1 screen damaged. Suborder id -([protected]).
              ( Case id[protected]The day I got my product returned damaged I raised a query & send all the proofs & evidences to the seller support. My case is pending from last one month. I got call from seller support they will compensate me only 40%. I said not agree with resolution because I am in loss with product & my product is out of warranty now & it's of no use. I want full compensation or at least 90%.
              Now today I got call from seller support. The executive Barkha was so rude with me. She was so rude & started shouting. she said Aap ne 4o% accept nhi kiya an hm apko 35% dege. Is this a way to talk to seller?
              There is no mistake from seller. My product was delivered correct with seal packed. I got product returned damaged & send proper evidence & what else I will do.
              Previous also I faced lot of issue with company. I was penalised no reason. SNAPDEAL ONLY CHEAT SELLERS & BUYERS.

                I have received my product on 5th july 2016 and returned it on 6th july 2016 as it was not working properly...and when called to Snapdeal for refund they said that we have not received ur product .but on 14 july they said that they have received it and .they have taken many complain but not resolved it anytimes .I have talked to 2th level and they also said you will get money in two days but no refund was made its going to be 4 August no money was credited in my account .everytime they take complain and say that the will resolve it and call me but nothing happens ..it is continuing from 30 days.this is a big business Snapdeal is doing taking money from everyone and never return the money and also one call cost 5 rs and daily I call so, 1 day 3 time
                30 days = 90 times .each call 5 rs ...90 call = 450 rs after someday my product cost will be double...solve this or I will give FIR ...

                    I placed an order for a TV set (order ID: [protected]) with snapdeal.com, on 15th July 2016. The TV was delivered on 23rd July 2016. When the TV installation person arrived on 30th July 2016, we found out that the TV was broken.
                    I immediately called the snapdeal customer service and I was told the pick up will be done with in 48 hours. It has been five days since and the broken TV set is still with me. I'am a salaried person forced to stay home for the last four days (Monday - Thursday), losing my pay!
                    Moreover, i was informed that the courier service attempted pickup on Monday, which is not true. I have been home all this week because I don't want to lose my Rs15000 I spent to buy the TV set.

                    Does not seem that Snapdeal is working on my problem. I got a call today from snapdeal telling me the TV will be picked up within two days, this is exactly what the snapdeal customer care executive told me on Saturday(30th July 2016).
                    I have almost lost the amount I have paid snapdeal for the TV set, also I'am losing money as I have to stay home taking leave, for the courier service to pickup the broken TV set.
                    No particular date has been provided for the pickup, I'am only being told it will happen within 24 hours, every time i called since Monday(1st august 2016).

                      I have got payment method issue. I have saved two debit card on snapdeal.com.
                      I have purchased a mobile cover and company show wrong debit card no. in via mail. and mobile cover quality is very low that product i have returned. and I have not got any refund yet.                         Sold a defective product, told me to take it to wrong three wrong addresses and then stopped communicating. I have visited two of these addresses one of which is very far from my place, only to find that the address is wrong. I contacted them in both occasions, only to received a different address. I had called numerous times with only one answer, sir we are sorry and will request our back office to send some to pick your product. But the apparently the back office keeps on sending new addresses without any regards to my time. I have already wasted two working days to try and visit locations provided by snap deal but I don't have anymore off days from work to go to another place. Send emails and received a reply that they are working on it, but when called the rep said my case is closed by the back office.

                          This is the worst site i have come across in my life.Ordered earphones on 30th july and the order was shipped on the 4th day.
                          Worst service ever given by any site. Never gonna make any order in future. Bye bye snapdeal.I didnt know about your pathetic service otherwise I would never had ordered from your site. I am warning everyone out there to stop purchasing products from snapdeal they are worst.

                            I placed order for Micromax Canvas Nitro E455 on 19 July 2016. And make online payment immediately about Rs 7919 . Site shown estimated delivery date on 26 july. after that they extended it to 1st Aug. on 1st Aug they send email about cancellation of my order.but i have done nothing like that. now today they inform me via email and SMS that order is successfully delivered on 24 July . But i didn't received my order. And there is no customer care no to complain or contact them.. please register my complain. I have no Idea how to get my money back or get my order.

                              I hav ordered for adidas bag since it was mentioned as water proof bag, but books inside gets wet as lyk normally wat happen wid oda bag...so der is no use in spending so much money over dis adidas bag...i need a replacement asap...i tried to contact for replacement but no response frm the company... n the oda issue dat m facing is the adidas print ovr my bag is getting removed...n the base below is also tearing wen getting wet ...n der is no tag inside the bag wch prooves dat it is original...so i need a replacement asap...my order no:[protected]

                                    This is to inform you that,

                                    I had purchased Dell inspiron 3543 Notebook on 24 July 2016, delivered on 26 July 2016.After login, while checking warranty details it shows that warranty is started from April 13 - 2016.I have raised a complaint (Complaint No[protected]regarding warranty and hanging issues.
                                    After the register of my complaint your executive informed me that, you will get call back from our team within 24 hours for replacement.As per their assurance i waited for 24-48 hours but I din't get call.Again I called on 29.07.2016 to customer care at that time they informed that, end of today you will get the callback from our team, but I didn't got call.On 29.07.2016 again I called at that time the told that you will surely get call from our team within 02.08.2016.Still i get get a single call from your team it is already 1 week over and it is like a endless drive... Only am calling to customer care like work less person but i didn't get any updates from your end.

                                    You have a correct timeline for delivery, You have 7 days timing for complaints and replacement but you don't have any timeline for customer problem solutions...?

                                    I am seriously disappointed with this service.
                                    If you can't replace it, please refund my amount at the earliest, I already waited for a week without any positive response.

                                    I am looking for your response in this regard.

                                    My laptop have warranty issues.I received material on 26.07.2016.I lodge a complaint on 27.07.2016 still i dint get any update from snapdeal. They are just giving false assurance.

                                    I want replacement or refund my amount.

                                        From last 10 orders that i placed on snapdeal, they have cancelled 7 of my orders (details of orders below).

                                        I am highly dissatisfied with snapdeal, they cannot be trusted anymore.

                                        If they cannot fulfill the orders then they close the website.
