Hi,
Recently i purchased micromax mobile. I am facing battery draining issues with that. Even i did not get the screen guard in the box. So i requested for return. But they are delaying in return process. Always prolonging the issue without providing any solution. Atlast one technician came nd mentioned in the form that customer is denied. It was happend 3 days ago but still no response from snapdeal team. As per their policy if the customer did not get any item whether it may be screen guard or anything the customer have the right to return the product. But here im facing battery draining issue also. Previously also i faced this kind of issue from snapdeal. Still i did not get any proper response from them about product return pickup so im approaching consumer forum now. Please solve my problem asap.

I'm not satisfied with their reply and I' did not get any call or mail further .I just finished court process may be in 1 or 2 days they will receive the notice
Just now i got a mail from snapdeal in that they said my problem has been solved without my opinion idk how they decided about my problem.so i m decided to send them court notice with in 2 days.anyway wait for the notice.

I again got a mail in that they r asking me to go to service center.i alreay said i dont have time to go to the service center.i just need a reply that whether u accept my return request or shall i approach for further steps in consumer court.u dont have the right to tell me to goto the service center if i really have tha much of time i never buy anything from u r site.v r buying means we have assurance on u to solve any problem if exists after purchase.so please dont send me a mails like to goto service center.just accept my return request or be ready for a court judgement

Again i got the mail from snapdeal nd told me togo service center.i think wantedly they r doing these kind of activities.instead of accepting return request they r sending these kind o[censored]nwanted mails.im really very unhappy with snapdeal in this case.even they r ignoring the consumer complaints.1 day back i got the call from cc nd told wait fir 2 days u will get appropriate answer but again i got a mail to visit service center.i think they need a official court notice .anyway im in my trials i will send them court notice hardcopy to delhi branch soon.
Today i again got d call nd told me to visit service center.i think the persons who are calling nd sending a mail to visit service center dont have common sense.lot of times i told i dont have time to visit the service center but again they r sending this type of mails.i think they r ready to receive the notice so for them i will send the court notice .once their fraud services comes in newspapers they wil realize the prob of a customer

again i got the call from snapdeal and again telling me to visit service center.they cant understand a customer problem.when i say i will approach court the persons are not answering and trying to escape from the issue and disconnecting the calls.i already understood that my problem may not be solve because of their foolish policies.so im telling to all of my friends to stop buying any products from this cheaters .instead of cheating begging a customer is good.i will never leave them in this case.

    Hello sir my name ashutosh dwivedi i was purchased 2 product and that was defeated that i received. So i returned the products company pickup was not in my sity so he email me plz send the product with any courier the courier charge was pay snapdeal to you after received the product. So i send with dtdc and the charge was i pay 1500 per product it's total 3000 rupee's company was email me on 25-07-16 your courier charge was given on your bank account in 4 working day you will received that. After four day wen i dont received i contact snapdeal care [protected] but every time wen i call wait only today you will get it.. But at time now i don't get my money and response also..       Order numbers [protected] and [protected]

      I had order kanthil beige stitched suit, even in the q&a it was mentioned as stitched suit, but when i received the product i see that the dress material i got was not stitched suit. The size was also very less. So i placed the return request. But the return request was not processed so i had emailed kunal and app support snap deal.Com. Next day they had called my mothers number she was unable to communicate in english and then in the evening i see a message that account si suspended internal check failed. I have contacted the support number so many times regarding wat were the internal checks and i haven't got the answer yet.
      This happened same with my other order also. Please help in getting the return request raised

        Houseful campbell tv unit, delivered against order number [protected], was part supply as 15 mm mini fix fixture was not delivered along with the item.
        The part number 2 was slightly damaged at a corner also.

        Hence, a refund request was given vide ticket number 27026690.
        As per snapdeal's order page,

        It was informed that i would get a call from [protected] within 24 hours, but did not till now.

        Meanwhile, when i rang up to mobile number[protected], as per sms received to my registered mobile [protected] with snap deal, the number[protected] didn't respond for several calling.

        It is requested either carryout the complete supply and installation or refund at once into my account
        (or)
        If further no hearing from you will be seriously viewed and your poor performance would be highlighted through social with these complete detail such that your poor performance made public to save other people from ordering such items from snap deal.

        No response from snapdeal so far. kindly do make the snapdeal either to complete the supply the missing part 15mm minifix sets of 8 nos and do the installation.

          Ordered on 28th jul. and its 1st august 7:30pm
          track detail says package is with courier from past 4 days. and the most frustrating thing is the sales shop is in south delhi and i am at north delhi which is couple of kms away.
          I dont understand what the hell the courier(jvxpress) company doing with the package. Snapdeal plz deal with delivery service.

            I had returned the product on 12th July but I am still waiting for the refund.The customer service team is providing me false information everytime im calling them and although they say that the refund was generated on 26th July, I did not get the refund.Please look into this and make sure that I dont need to wait any further for the same.Also the product was received by snapdeal on 18th July, I want to know what they have been doing for the past 15 days

            Also I received a false mail on 26th july stating that the refund has been initiated whereas there is no such record of Refund initiation found.They are not being able to provide me the Transaction number even.

              I ordered for fastrack 9463al07 blue leather analog watch worth rs. 1899 on 28th july which was recieved by me today at 1:30 pm in the form of parcel. When the courier boy left after taking the money, i was shocked dangerously when i opened the box. The box didn't contained the watch. It was entirely empty. Hence in hurry i requested for its replacement on your app. But nothing is happening. I am filled with sorrow. Please help me at the earliest.                   Look at this armani watch i received half an hour back. Straightway filled the return and sending you the images. Outer cover is damaged as can be seen in the images. Belt is detached from the watch. What is this kind of service? I'm paying 16000 for this kind of service. Please look at the images and reply to this mail. I want my refund as soon as possible as well as a reply to this mail. Also, i'm never going to buy from snapdeal.

                    I have purchased four pair ledbulb of9w 12w 15w&18w respectively and same were delivered on 31.07.2016. After opening of box it is found that top cover of the bulb areseperated from the bulb and illuminations are very low and therefore defective. With a view to above i am very disappointed and requesting you to replace the whole lot with other band preferably syska led bulb as the materials delivered are totally unacceptable.                         First is first, the item sent by snapdeal (A disgrace to e-shopping) turned out to be too faulty.. It has been a really long time and there is still no pickup for the product, even aftet promises being done by them over mail several times, no one has showed at my doorstep..
                        Some action has to be taken.. Its been high time.. The product value is really high to be forgotten about..

                        So, the people whom u had given the job of my order pickup are saying that we dont pick laptops, there is a chance of it getting damaged..

                          I have ordered cell phone from snapdeal on 4th july, 16.In 6 days i have received my product. But, the product which i received having manufacturing defects. So i request for replacement for the product. Product was pick up by snapdeal representative, refer attachment for detail.                                     My Order ID: [protected] after purchase was having some technical problem so as per Snapdeals 7 days easy return policy i fiiiled return request. For which the Ticket Id: 25205898 was issued by snapdeal customer care and the item was earmarked for return pickup by 21 Jun 16. Till date i have sent numerous emails and called several times to customer care on phone, but everytime it is told to me that it will be responded within next 24 hours but it was never done.

                                    please donot cheat the customers by giving fake promises like '7 DAYS EASY RETURN"

                                    I had been keeping the product packed since 20 jun 16, please get it picked up ASAP & settle the complaint. Please do not harass the customers that they loose trust from online shoppings.

                                    I returned the product more than two weeks ago still i have not recieve the payment. no customer support only having I.V.R. system.

                                      Phone was ordered on 25th jun through snapdeal. todaywhile taking a video the phone went dead. tried charging the phone, removing the battery and switching it on. did not work. suspect manufacturing defects. please replace the phone asap to avoid further legal action.

                                        We had made online purchase from qatar on 8.07.2016 for voltas air cooler. We mentioned the good to be delivered at vallioor, tamil nadu. After we opened the cooler, we saw it was broken and immediately we made a call to customer service of snap deal. They told us to contact voltas local dealer in tamil nadu. The local dealer came and said that the blower is broken. We informed snap deal and they told us to courier the cooler to mumbai, also they told us to bear the courier charges. Actually i would say the service is very bad also they should follow up when they get a complain about a broken item. Rather no calls and blindly they told us to courier to mumbai. Hence forth we have decided not to order from snap deal and also suggested our friends too.
