I have ordered a Xolo Era 4G Phone from Snapdeal.com.
Dated 20 July 2016.
I received this product on 21 July 2016.
I was facing battery problem and heating issue with the phone. So, I file return complaint for the product. Your executive engineer came to me and check the problem. There was really a problem I have complaint about. He assure me that the product will be return soon and payment will be refund to my freecharge account.
But I am still wating for it.
I have tried to call at [protected] many time but no vain.
Please solve my problem.

    I am nimish vasani one of the customer of snap deal from mumbai, i have been using your purchase app from 2 years now but this time the issue i face was way beyond my temper control.

    I order universal nutrition daily formula multivitamin 100 tabs order number id: [protected] on 13 jul, 2016 (1 item) my first order, initially i got message by your courier that he is not able to find my address where in i am staying at the same address from 10 years and snap deal is delivering the order for more than 2 years at the same address this is just buying more time from customer. I had to again put the requested date and time which was delayed without not reason that one part of the story.

    Later on 18 july 2016 i somehow got my order, but what is see was my order was fully open all the tables were out of the box so i immediately placed the return request as i can’t use open supplements and for which i got refund on 21 jul, 2016.

    Later as a customer i again thought to trust snapdeal and to reorder the same product, so i did it on 21 july 2016, and this time i got order after 9 days i.E on 01 aug 2016, but when i open the order it was really shocking for me, where in the universal nutrition daily formula multivitamin 100 tabs order number order id: [protected] box was broken from behind and there were no tables inside the bottle what an amazing quality check is done, i was only sent a broken empty box. Also after this i again initiated my return process, where in pick up person came on 02 aug 2016, but he refuse to take pick up as bottle was broken and empty the way it was delivered to me.

    So again i tried reaching your customer care team but there is not option on this number [protected] and it again takes me back to ivr, so i had no other option but to put my concern on facebook and twitter, for which they were replying to me and last night i.E. On 02 aug 2016 i get a call from snapdeal that they are looking in to issue, but till now i have not got any output or resolution for the same.

    From 15 days i am waiting for my order, i have already reported this issue to consumer forum as i was being mugged by snapdeal. I am attaching the details of the product which i got along with the snap shot of twitter details. From 15 days i have already paid for this order and still not got my order nor my money back.

    If i don’t get my refund and compensation for the same, i will go to the higher consumer court for my rights. Looking forward of your quick response.

    Snapdeal is the worst! I ordered a Sennheiser earphone on snapdeal and then they sent me a message saying the order has been cancelled. However the seller delivered the item and took the cash from my father who was unaware of the whole scenario. Not only was the package an opened one but the product was different and now I can't return it anywhere. When I called the delivery people they told me to google and contact the seller. Google does not have their number either! Snapdeal has the worst method of customer service and I would never purchase from snapdeal ever again in my life.

      This is regards to the mobile which was delivered on 26th july and within next 48 hrs i called and complained about the battery issue after that there techincian visited he confirmed that battery issue is there... This needs to be replaced... I got cheated no one from snapdeal called me.. I asked for the replacement before the pick up of the faulty product or they can send the replacement at the time of pick up... But till time no one has called me up from the snapdeal... A fraud online company... Have dropped an email to ceo as well but they are not bothered to reply

      Not only u im also facing the same issue.thats why i m approaching court for this.once we approach the court then only they can resolve the cust issues in a proper way.i never experienced this type of cheating from any other e commerce site.

          Hi,
          Recently i purchased micromax mobile. I am facing battery draining issues with that. Even i did not get the screen guard in the box. So i requested for return. But they are delaying in return process. Always prolonging the issue without providing any solution. Atlast one technician came nd mentioned in the form that customer is denied. It was happend 3 days ago but still no response from snapdeal team. As per their policy if the customer did not get any item whether it may be screen guard or anything the customer have the right to return the product. But here im facing battery draining issue also. Previously also i faced this kind of issue from snapdeal. Still i did not get any proper response from them about product return pickup so im approaching consumer forum now. Please solve my problem asap.

          I'm not satisfied with their reply and I' did not get any call or mail further .I just finished court process may be in 1 or 2 days they will receive the notice
          Just now i got a mail from snapdeal in that they said my problem has been solved without my opinion idk how they decided about my problem.so i m decided to send them court notice with in 2 days.anyway wait for the notice.

          I again got a mail in that they r asking me to go to service center.i alreay said i dont have time to go to the service center.i just need a reply that whether u accept my return request or shall i approach for further steps in consumer court.u dont have the right to tell me to goto the service center if i really have tha much of time i never buy anything from u r site.v r buying means we have assurance on u to solve any problem if exists after purchase.so please dont send me a mails like to goto service center.just accept my return request or be ready for a court judgement

          Again i got the mail from snapdeal nd told me togo service center.i think wantedly they r doing these kind of activities.instead of accepting return request they r sending these kind o[censored]nwanted mails.im really very unhappy with snapdeal in this case.even they r ignoring the consumer complaints.1 day back i got the call from cc nd told wait fir 2 days u will get appropriate answer but again i got a mail to visit service center.i think they need a official court notice .anyway im in my trials i will send them court notice hardcopy to delhi branch soon.
          Today i again got d call nd told me to visit service center.i think the persons who are calling nd sending a mail to visit service center dont have common sense.lot of times i told i dont have time to visit the service center but again they r sending this type of mails.i think they r ready to receive the notice so for them i will send the court notice .once their fraud services comes in newspapers they wil realize the prob of a customer

          again i got the call from snapdeal and again telling me to visit service center.they cant understand a customer problem.when i say i will approach court the persons are not answering and trying to escape from the issue and disconnecting the calls.i already understood that my problem may not be solve because of their foolish policies.so im telling to all of my friends to stop buying any products from this cheaters .instead of cheating begging a customer is good.i will never leave them in this case.

So i returned the products company pickup was not in my sity so he email me plz send the product with any courier the courier charge was pay snapdeal to you after received the product. So i send with dtdc and the charge was i pay 1500 per product it's total 3000 rupee's company was email me on 25-07-16 your courier charge was given on your bank account in 4 working day you will received that. After four day wen i dont received i contact snapdeal care [protected] but every time wen i call wait only today you will get it.. But at time now i don't get my money and response also..               I had order kanthil beige stitched suit, even in the q&a it was mentioned as stitched suit, but when i received the product i see that the dress material i got was not stitched suit. The size was also very less. So i placed the return request. But the return request was not processed so i had emailed kunal and app support snap deal.Com. Next day they had called my mothers number she was unable to communicate in english and then in the evening i see a message that account si suspended internal check failed. I have contacted the support number so many times regarding wat were the internal checks and i haven't got the answer yet.
              This happened same with my other order also. Please help in getting the return request raised

                Houseful campbell tv unit, delivered against order number [protected], was part supply as 15 mm mini fix fixture was not delivered along with the item.
                The part number 2 was slightly damaged at a corner also.

                Hence, a refund request was given vide ticket number 27026690.
                As per snapdeal's order page,

                It was informed that i would get a call from [protected] within 24 hours, but did not till now.

                Meanwhile, when i rang up to mobile number[protected], as per sms received to my registered mobile [protected] with snap deal, the number[protected] didn't respond for several calling.

                It is requested either carryout the complete supply and installation or refund at once into my account
                (or)
                If further no hearing from you will be seriously viewed and your poor performance would be highlighted through social with these complete detail such that your poor performance made public to save other people from ordering such items from snap deal.

                No response from snapdeal so far. kindly do make the snapdeal either to complete the supply the missing part 15mm minifix sets of 8 nos and do the installation.

                  Ordered on 28th jul. and its 1st august 7:30pm
                  track detail says package is with courier from past 4 days. and the most frustrating thing is the sales shop is in south delhi and i am at north delhi which is couple of kms away.
                  I dont understand what the hell the courier(jvxpress) company doing with the package. Snapdeal plz deal with delivery service.

                      I ordered for fastrack 9463al07 blue leather analog watch worth rs. 1899 on 28th july which was recieved by me today at 1:30 pm in the form of parcel. When the courier boy left after taking the money, i was shocked dangerously when i opened the box. The box didn't contained the watch. It was entirely empty. Hence in hurry i requested for its replacement on your app. But nothing is happening. I am filled with sorrow. Please help me at the earliest. I kindly request to replace the watch immediately refund my rupees, otherwise i will have to move to cyber cell of police.

                          Look at this armani watch i received half an hour back. Straightway filled the return and sending you the images. Outer cover is damaged as can be seen in the images. Belt is detached from the watch. What is this kind of service? I'm paying 16000 for this kind of service. Please look at the images and reply to this mail. I want my refund as soon as possible as well as a reply to this mail. Also, i'm never going to buy from snapdeal.

                            I have purchased four pair ledbulb of9w 12w 15w&18w respectively and same were delivered on 31.07.2016. After opening of box it is found that top cover of the bulb areseperated from the bulb and illuminations are very low and therefore defective. With a view to above i am very disappointed and requesting you to replace the whole lot with other band preferably syska led bulb as the materials delivered are totally unacceptable. Your urgent action is requested to replace the material at the earliest.

                                First is first, the item sent by snapdeal (A disgrace to e-shopping) turned out to be too faulty.. It has been a really long time and there is still no pickup for the product, even aftet promises being done by them over mail several times, no one has showed at my doorstep..
                                Some action has to be taken.. Its been high time.. The product value is really high to be forgotten about..

                                So, the people whom u had given the job of my order pickup are saying that we dont pick laptops, there is a chance of it getting damaged..
                                So how m i supposed to return my product??

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have ordered cell phone from snapdeal on 4th july, 16.In 6 days i have received my product. But, the product which i received having manufacturing defects. So i request for replacement for the product. Product was pick up by snapdeal representative, refer attachment for detail. After 2 days snapdeal arrange the replacement which showing delivered at my address but, i havn't received the product. Also, proof of deliver sign is not mine which snapdeal showing. Regarding the matter i raised a complaint (Reference no:[protected]. But no action is taken from snapdeal.

                                    I hv bought redmi note 3 from snap deal, they send me defected peace, it's some functions is not working, i hv call snapdeal many times but they didn't give me proper response. When i call them they cut my call. I m very harassed by snapdeal.
                                    Please return the mobile & refund my money.
