I ordered a product from snapdeal, Product Name : LG x screen 16 GB(Black) Snapdeal Order id : [protected], Order Date: 20/07/2016 Delivery Date: 23/07/2016 After delivery next day 24/07/2016 i complain to snapdeal customer care that product camera was not mach 13 mp, it''s like 5 mp, Then executive was initiate a return complain (as per 7 day return policy) Next day 25 /07/2016 Currier person call me for pick up item, (Gojavas Currier), He come &; check item stiker & in box accoricess full &give me a receipt, & take item. After take item i wait for snapdeal for solve my problem, 4 days wait, 29/07/2016, i seen snapdeal update, item was received his warehouse, after some time I got a call ([protected]) he tell me, that internal quality check failed, as per your complaint, so you can, t get refund /replacement or returned product. Tehen i ask where have write down if quality check fail we not get any thing back, then he tell, no it''s our policy, I want refund, replacement or my returned handset, Please help me for this issue.here attach Currier receipt copy
