Sir i have ordered on 3rd june for 1209 rs article.the payment was deducted twice.after a no of complaints they didn't settle it...what to do...i am totaly disappointed with the snapdeal.and it was a bit mental harassment too.my order no =[protected]

snapdeal is saying that they had refunded it please contact your bank bt not giving me any kind of support.

    I purchase asus zenfone go zb452kg (8gb) order id-[protected] on 20th july, i am facing problem with their quality so i registered refund request on 21st july, then i receive a call from snap deal that they will arrange engineer visit for checking issue after that refund process, till then nobody visited & when i calling there customer care they are manipulating me, & telling us every time a different story, so i am very frustrated & disappointed so plz help me for refund my money.

      My issue is tab is not charging, i checked with another charger also but not charging.. I checked charger with my mobile and mobile is charging, means charger is ok but tablet is not ok and not charging.. For this i also attached some pics.. For clear doubts.. I really not under stand why snapdeal doing this.. I called daily three times in a day for my refund status but same rwply comes daily, we will do today but till now nothing happen even they dont call for my issue.. Why 7 days policy is there. I am your old customer. I have clean track record but this i have issue and you are ignoring.. Lots of competative market. Kindly think before do about customer satisfactions.
      I suggest all think before buying snapdeal.
      I real feel helpless. My money is blocked. This is gift. And now i want buy another gift but my money blocked.

      Kindly take serious attention into this.

          I bought a phone "lenovo vibe x2' there was a freebie worth rs.2000 along with the phone. this freebie is a charging battery case. one of the reasons for me to buy this phone was the freebie. i bought the phone but i didnt get the freebie. when i checked the invoice and email, i came to know that i will be receiving the freebie in a period of 15 days from delivery. but even after 15 days i didnt receive the freebie. i contacted the customer care and they offered me rs.300 instead of the freebie which was actually worth rs.2000. when i told them i wanted the freebie instead of rs.300, they said they wont be able to help and they were closing the complaint. and all this communication took nearly 3 weeks. they could have at least offered me rs2000 which is actually the value of freebie.

                65 rs is promo discount
                But at the evening of 15 jul my order cancel automatically.
                and price of order increase approx 1300 rs
                but when i order on time and also get confirmation message by snapdeal why my order cancel automatically.
                i purchase many items on snapdeal but no one time except this time my order could not cancelled automatically.
                so sir please provide my items in same price means 592 rs.
                otherwise i cant believe snapdeal more..
                I hope not only have full faith that u solve my issue and reordered LI ning Shoes in 592 Rs.

                  I have bought a toshiba lap top bag from snap deal.com and the product was delivered as per the communicated time.
                  But i have received a very poor quality product and in a very bad condition so i have logged a complaint and registered the same in snap deal complaint team.
                  And they have informed that before 18th july 16 the product will be picked up from my location amount will be refunded.
                  But till today the item has not picked and the amount has not refunded to me.
                  Whenever i called the customer care team they will inform "we will consider this as a special case and will send the courier team today and refund will do within 24hrs"
                  Reall customer cheating.

                    Its been going to touch 2 months since i ordered my product, due to unsatisfaction of mine with that product i returned, the delivery boy take that back from me. And till now i am waiting for my refund, in between i have called several time to its care, and in return got same answer, plz give us 4 more days
                    To process your refund, and hence again no response after 4 days. I am completely tired of this, i wonder about your 7 days easy return, is this u call easy???

                      I tried ordering mobile covers from your website for my motorola g4 plus mobile phone. There is a 'buy any two noise phone covers and pay for one" offer going on your application. But when i try to checkout i have to pay rs 250 extra. This is cheating. I spent hours selecting covers of that particular brand.
                      Please stop such cheap marketing tactics!

                        This one is the most horrible experience of my life... I promised myself not to buy anything from snapdeal in my life ahead and same will convey to all my colleague and known peoples.Infect i posted all the story on facebook about your torture.

                        From last 9 days, i am contentiously fighting with your customer care people to schedule the pick up for order id [protected] but always received fake promise that they have forwarded my complaint to back end team. Even i contacted to 3 supervisor (Arjun sharma, aradhana, lokesh) but it was the same type of promise... Nobody came till now... You customer care is paid so i wasted more then half of amount of bean bag... As if you are reaching to supervisor then you need at least 50 minutes to explain your case to everyone... If it get refunded yet.. Then it still will be lose for me...

                        Nothing happening from your side... No one is responding me mail... No one calling on revert of customer care call... Seems that you have thug my money... Even i more wasting on calls... Atlast, found this mail id on internet, little hope... Please arrange call back from any senior authority, if someone look after the mail... Otherwise i will think that snapdeal has runway from india with customer's money..
                        Dont tell me to contact on [protected]@snapdeal.com or [protected]@snapdeal.com... Several time i contacted but nothing happened so far.

                          I ordered shoes from this website! Since the first day i recieved those shoes, i lodged a return request for the shoes as the shoes are not of my size. A message came at the app, that my item will be picked soon. But noone came to pick the shoes. They are still with me. I am writing so many emails to smapdeal, but no one is replying.
                          Now a message is coming on the app, that return cannot be placed, as 7 days return policy is over! The delay in return is due to the website, not because of me! This is the worst website, i am really irritated! Poor customer service

                            I have ordered dell inspiron n5010 model laptop battery & but, m i have received the lapster brand batery.

                            Seller : zodiac infotech, mumbai.

                            This lapster brand batery is not working, initial days it was working when the laptop is shutdown mode only and since a week it is completely dead.

                            So, i request the concrned team help me & replace the battery or refund the amount.

                                I want to return the saree as quality is not upto the Mark. As per your terms you will return back the material within one week. I have received the courier on 1st September And I applied for return process on 4th September. You assured us to pick up the same on 6th September. But on 5th September you gave a massage that pick up failure and ask me to reschedule it.

                                What do you mean by pick up failure.we were waiting for you whole day on the address provided you. But no one has come to collect the courier. Kindly guide us. I just want to return back but time is very limited. Please don't waste my time.

                                  I have received sofa set (3+1+1) black leather on 15 july 2016 and 16 july 2016 carpenter was visited my house to check/installation.

                                  Leather is tear at back side and three leg was broken on transit that is already communicated your carpenter and he has taken photo on same.

                                  After inspected by your carpenter (Mr. Mubarak) no further action happen in this complaint.

                                  Request you to update the current status of same.

                                  Dear Sir, Not solve the problem yet. I was send mail to [email protected] first mail on 16 July 2016 as instruction given Snap deal representative (Installer). And also Mubarak from Snapdeal was come for inspection and he also told the same thing to change the broken leg and communicate to concern on same time. I have call recording for same. Second mail send on 21 July 2016 to [email protected] as remiander mail. Third mail on 25 July 2016 to [email protected] as remiander mail. Fourth Mail send to 27 July 2016 [email protected] and mark to Company CEO MR.Kunal Bahl as remiander mail. Please provide me the link so I can attached all those mail supporting.                                       I made an order of kutchina aster hood chimney, id [protected] on 23 rd july, its already 4 days gone but did not get any courier details. Perhaps the seller did not handed over the item to any courier partner. Though mailed in help centre many times, did not get any reply from them. I have already paid rs 18913 for the same. Please let me know whether the item will be delivered or not?

                                        I purchases intex mobile bia snapdeal and this mobile msn number is 1sr[protected] and sap code is [protected] i purchases this on 02-nov-2015, i went store many times to solve my issue but they charged me and my moblie in his hand 15 days when i got my moblie then its also not working properly, please help me in this situtuion. What i can do. Its fault of intex moblie care or mobile purchases means snapdeal to bad product given what i can do please tell me i dont know but please reapir my mobile or give me its new phone
