    I am really upset with the kind of service you people provide i recently ordered this is my first order with snapdeal and getting very poor services i don’t know what the hell is this happened with snapdeal i ordered for a on (optimum nutrition) gold standard 100% whey protein - 5 lb on wed, 13 july, 2016 order no. order id: [protected] received the items on sat, 15 jul, 2016 by prepaid paid amount rs. 6, 686

    Following are the problems faced & a photograph of the items & bill attached are evidence that this is not the real whey protein i got this order on 15 july, 2016 then and there i called up and informed you people that i received a fake product there is a cut bottom of box which is clearly indicate the original protein replace with the duplicate which is didn’t taste because it may impact of my health and seems to be a very bad quality conduction.

    When i received my order since then i m keep calling to snapdeal informing you guys and every executive told me “ sir it will take 24hrs we will taking your request and arranging a reverse pick up for you. this daily follow-up processing everyday that i m done i called and had a word with senior person supervisor team leader and managers everybody told me same tat 24rs. had a word with deepak, abhilash, arun who raise a complaint and also mr. kapil ansari

    They are assure me all the possible way with the help of their scripted sentences and make sure you will get a response from our concern dept they will call you from this num[protected] within 1hr to resolve your request almost it’s been 10 days nothing has been nobody call me however after 10 days they sent me an email in which they said we are unable to return or replace your (optimum nutrition) gold standard 100% whey protein - 5 lb. which really surprise for me as of now nobody call me no message nothing no response.

    So the customer care executives and all the seniors who makes fouls commitment with me although there are not aware the process knowledge or maybe they are done a special and different training.
    If you people can’t return or replace this order i think you should not deal with organic food nutrition items this really harassment and getting very pathetic services online portal with snapdeal it needs to be return and then replace it and if you can’t do anything go through with this initiate the refund give my money back to my credit card rs. 6, 686.

      I'd order a nike orange lifestyle shoes on june 30, after receive my items that's not fit me, as the customer toll me i return back to your warehouse after then i got an email to deliver between 13 -15 july, then on 19july i got an another mail that is your item is lost while transit by courier, will refund my amount within 4days but still i'm nt get my amount, very bad experience you guy cheating

          I have purchased a noble led t. v from snap deal on 23rd of jan of this year. now that t. v is not working issue is that when we switch on the t. v noble logo appears then it become black.
          i have called many times to snap deal customer and noble customer care but not getting any response from them. lets almost 18 days but no action is taken, every day i called them and they say give us 24 hours your issue will be resolve but not providing any solution.
          feeling cheated from snap deal and noble as no one from them is responding.

              I bought a product, Order ID: [protected] and claimed for refund and i got a mail on 14th July from Snapdeal once pickup is completed, they will process the item through their quality team. Post that, refund of Rs. 685 will be credited to my bank account within 4 days. On 15th July Snapdeal mailed that they have received Sinimini Printed Round Neck T-shirts- Set of 4 and have successfully initiated a refund of Rs. 685 to my account no. XXXX-2481. And It will be credited within 2 hours. But they didn't pay back after that till today, they make falls promises that money will be deposited soon, buy they didn't, in between they asked for bank mini statement details which i have provided with mail reference number 26742696 and it takes minutes to transfer, but they don't pay,
              making wrong promises and i am spending to much time and money on phone calls and emails,
              request to find way and if possible to see that they get punishment.

              Sir, I request you honestly to look into my matter with utmost urgency, stop the fraudulent cartel inside your system and refund my amount without further delay.

                I purchased a phone via snapdeal. Specification of phone as mentioned on the website looks promising but when I received the phone and used it for an hour, the battery drained fast from 61% to 23%, the battery is poor. Moreover the quality of the phone is lacking in WiFi connectivity and camera as well.The main problem is battery factor and since it has just started to show the problem, I raised a return/refund request on the same day of receiving the package(received on 24th July 2016 and Complaint requested on the same day). Because in future I do not want to go round the service centers.

                After raising the request I got a ticket ID no 26880195 and a pop up appeared on the screen as below :- We will call you from [protected] between 9am - 12 pm tomorrow.. i.e. expecting a call today on 25th July. But I have not yet received any response. Now it is a harassing time for me as I purchased this phone for my Papa, specifically for a good battery backup.

                Now I want to refund this item as requested on the same day totally dissatisfied with the product I received and would go for other trustable brand.

                Kindly response me and initiate the refund request. When I ordered this phone I got it deliver at a quick instance but after that I have been mentally harassing by the non response and delay of service. Its like a normal practical slang for INDIAN consumers that when I am purchasing something at that time I am god for the shop owner and after paying the money; no concern and then the shop owner becomes everything and consumer depends totally on the hands of the shop owner. Please National consumer forum intervene in this matter. My friend who lives in America says that; there the rules and policy for the consumers are very strict and in case a consumer is unhappy with a product even after a month o[censored]se can request for a charge back at any time and gets the refund with the interest amount. But there is no such policy herein INDIA. I want to raise this complaint against snapdeal, it is a first gift that I gifted to my father however instead of a piece of happiness for me, this time purchase of online thing become a harass for me with the customer service that snapdeal offers. Homeshop18 is far much better in customer service and snapdeal should learn from them.

                        I placed an order for iPhone on 12th July 2016. I paid around INR 38, 000 in advance via net banking transfer. They even charged me extra for early delivery. Promised delivery date was 16th July. Since 16th July there is no update on the product. Despite repeated calls and emails to customer care I'm only told to wait or till the don't get the product back they will not cancel the product or give my money back. Even after CEO escalation I don't get any resolution. Today is the 11th day and they still have not cancelled the product and therefore no refund initiated. They made me pay in advance and now not only do I not have the product, I don't have any idea when I'll get the money back since the company cannot track the product that they shipped. How is it the customer's fault and why am I being harassed for this??

                          I bought "revlon charlie red perfume" i think that is not genuine product because it smells so strong and bad. So i register a return request and my request also registered after 8-9 days of my request i don't get any mail or message for pick up. Then i called on their support team they tell there is some technical fault u will get mail in 1-2 days. But i don't, then i called again then they said this is not refundable product because this is a cosmetic.

                          Suggestion - 1. Add some checks on your backend so that in non-refundable items return request can't accepted.
                          2. Mail or message your customer to notify them if product refundable or not.

And i receive it 28th may but it was a baby cycle dats way i returned it to snapdeal. But the return status also given by the haptrik.                                     But much more time they are puting me on hold and saying that they will send me the money within 2 working days, within 4 working days, our concern personal will call you tomorrow. Like that.

                                      On 19th July 2016 I received my karboon titanium s200hd. It's has several issues
                                      1. Sim 1 not working
                                      2. Battery training problem
                                      3. Minimise touch button not working.
                                      My return id is 26618866
                                      I called the customer care several times about 25 to 30 times . They only told me that revert call will come back. But no call received yet and 5 days already gone.
                                      As a first time at snapdeal ... this is my worst experience at snapdeal.
                                      They only assure me...
