I have order of sumsung battery of phone sumsung galaxy s3 on date of 12 july, 2016 and order id is [protected]. This product delivered on 21st july 2016. Then i first saw this battery then it seems to be like fake and duplicate battery for my satisfaction i used the battery then i found battery was about 60% charge but it works only approx 1 hour then i again full charge than it works only about 2 hours. Than i become quite sure it is fake battey. Than i made complain about this battery to snapdeal for returning this battery and for refund my money but i did n't any response from snapdeal to resolve my problem so i made complaint on consumers forum to get shortout my problem.

      I have cancelled my order from snapdeal with in 2 hrs after placing the order and snapdeal is saying they have refund my amount but it is still not reflected in my account after 5 working days since snapdeal is claiming they did the refund of amount 11999 rupees.

      Amount still NOT credited to my account.

      IT IS RESPONSIBILITY OF SNAPDEAL BUT I AM NOT GETTING GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM LIKE ALWAYS.

        Hi, i am dr. Saurabh patel, i ordered dell original battery for my n5110 laptop, my order id is [protected], today i received parcle and and in it i got a nicely packed box but inside its used, dusty, damaged battery which is not for my laptop model too. Seller name: tech smart-hyd-mandal-voi
        This is not expected from snapdeal. I have requested for replacement. So please do needful and show your responsibility.. I have attached pictures of that thing and invoice.

          Hello sir i'm srinivas agir my refund is pending over 4 months. I mean that every time i made a call there are with different answers with alloting different reference numbers. Try to make my problem solved my order numbers are [protected] and [protected] transaction done. As customer service said that what ever the transaction done is clear and they mail me different numbers to contact bank. There is no refund to me on 28 march. If i make a call there made to hold down for a while and suddenly system says it is busy as call ends. Entire bank statement had been mail to snapdeal on 21 july. But no response till now.

              Dear sir /mam,
              I have purchased a noble led t. v from snapdeal on 23 of jan 2016. now that is not working from 15 days. i have lunched a complained on the 9th of july but still issue is not resolved. service engineer came after 7 days to attend the complaint after checking he is asking for invoice. when i asked the invoice from snapdeal they are not providing me, i have called them atleast 20 times in 7 days but every time they ask for 24 hrs time. they put me in hold for long hours.
              Nobody is resolving my issue even they are not providing invoice of the product.

                  Well, where to start.. Can there be a more worse customer support team than snapdeal..?! I didnt get my refund for 10 days,, so i called snapdeal,, and they coolly ask me to type my order id.. Ok,, i can ignore that torture,, after typing the full number,, the computerized voice says the order id is wrong.. Wtf.. I rechecked it,, reentered it correctly and guess what,, the same computerized voice with the same reply.. Such a waste of time and money.. Hey snapdeal,, i wish i could snap the neck off you.. If you guys don't know to value the customers,, why bother doing business..? Because this is not the first time snapdeal annoying me off..

                  Well, where to start? The seller is clever, didn't mention whether its rubber coated or not, but the picture shows images that makes You think its rubber coated. Guess what, its not rubber but plastic. OK, I can get on with it. But the quality of the product I received, no words for it, the product is completely different from the images shown by the Snapdeal site and are damaged too. Now that I try to return it, they casually say they cant pick up the product. Well then, what do You mean by 7 day easy returns in the product page? Me couriering the entire 40kg to You is definitely a easy return for YOU BUT NOT FOR ME.
                  How dare You snapdeal cheat like this..? Not only you guys sent me a damaged duplicate product but dared not displaying My review about the product in your webpage. Whats the point of this..? To cheat more customers ?? you guys start counting the days, , Amazon & Flipkart will kick you off the market.. You damn filthy cheaters..!!

                        I had purchased a seagate harddisk from snapdeal in feb/2016. (snapdeal shows 3 years warranty on product.)

                        After the product shipped to me, i had checked for the warranty of the product on seagate portal & status of warranty was "regional warranty restriction".

                        So, i raised a issue in "snap deal" for a return, after lot of trouble & mis-leading information provided to me (time taken around 1.5 months), one of there customer support executive convenience me that, this is not a problem & that seagate hdd is under warranty for 3 years.
                        Some how it took a lot of my time for this issue, i stoped tracking the issue.
                        So, currenty, i don't have any warranty shown on that seagate hdd, i purchased from snapdeal.

                        But, last week, i purchased same hdd from paytm & on seagate warranty portal, it clearly shows 3 years warranty of that hdd.

                        So, finally, i conclude that the hdd sold to me from snapdeal is fake.

                        Please take action against such type of things from a big company like snapdeal.

                          It's was not once, it was twice the time the promised date was pushed and i had to stick to snapdeal as your customer care assured me that i will get the product today. And that today came 2 weeks later and when i'm asking for compensation there are no positive response and if i don't get compensation i will have to stop being a loyal customer to snapdeal

                            I bought fit24 fitness 5 in 1 motorized treadmill with auto incline system on 27th march and you delivered this treadmill on 6th april 2016. before taking this product i had communicated with your executive they told me to your executive will come for installation and after deliver the product i waited 8 -10 days for installation but none of your executive came for installation then again i called for installation then they suggest you have to install by yourself only. then i called to local technician for installation then installed after 3 week.

                            They find some sensor issue and they rectify and started the machine and i used only one month again problem started and treadmill wheel is not moving i called to our local technician they checked and told me to there is some problem with pcb.

                            And i called today to your customer care executive they told me your warranty period is 3 month and you will not get support from your side and when i called first time to your executive they told me of warranty of 6 month and now you are telling me 3 month of warranty period. now you tell me guys is it worth of spending 33k and used only one month. and your executive told me this is third party so i will not give warranty. i believe on snap deal thatwhy i bought this product from snapdeal. i don't know third party.

                            During the product delivery you didn't send any kind of warranty card so how can i understand how many month warranty you have given to me. now i dont have any proof to show you of 6month warranty.


                            These guys are not providing serviced i called many no body responding properly.

The order was delivered before time I.e. on 30th of October instead of 5th November however no technician has come for installation despite 4 days have passed. Pl.                                     I am booked a power bank (Intex) through snapdeal.com, on cash delivery with delivery charges, the seller also despatched the item. Now the courier service staff called and talk like they are not responsible to deliver the product at my home in d afternoon... Am a govt employee so dat time only am in home. Dats why am asking him to deliver on th afternoons. He told that i[censored] want to get the product in your time... U should go to shop and purchase from there. Take necessary action against him and make needful to deliver my product

                                      I had placed the above order on 30th june'16 & as per the given details during the booking, product will going to delivered on 7th july'16 but only one phone call i had received that they will delivered on 16th june but yet to receive the goods & there is no communication from any of the marketing people who are responsible to execute the work.
                                      If i considered your services is like this then i am very sorry to say that neither myself go for next purchase nor recommend my family, friend & corporate colleague.

                                        My order number [protected] dated 17 july 2016 for purchasing the subscription of saavn.com and for that i was supposed to receive the email from snapdeal with code details within 2 to 3 hrs after payment was done.

                                        Even after 4 days are over, snapdeal is not able to resolve my issue and asking me to check my spam emails etc, i have checked but i havent received the email details for subscription.

                                        Being pissed off with that, i requested for refund today 20/06/2016, but this is also not getting processed now. They are giving some excuse reason always.

                                        I am sure the team here will give me same response that "we are checking and will revert back to you". But friends i am informing you about the fact that dont purchase from snaldeal even though you find them cheaper, this is my 4th bad experience with those cheaters.
