Well, where to start.. Can there be a more worse customer support team than snapdeal..?! I didnt get my refund for 10 days,, so i called snapdeal,, and they coolly ask me to type my order id.. Ok,, i can ignore that torture,, after typing the full number,, the computerized voice says the order id is wrong.. Wtf.. I rechecked it,, reentered it correctly and guess what,, the same computerized voice with the same reply.. Such a waste of time and money.. Hey snapdeal,, i wish i could snap the neck off you.. If you guys don't know to value the customers,, why bother doing business..? Because this is not the first time snapdeal annoying me off..
